Should harder demon levels reward greater amounts of stars? Considering that The Nightmare (an easy demon) and Tartarus (an extreme demon), two levels with extremely different difficulty levels, grant the same reward, it may be time to reform the way we r…

NOTE: While I still believe that harder demons shouldn’t give more stars, I would have worded my argument differently in this video. For one, I wouldn’t have used "rogue mods" as a weak way to take down the opposing argument. I may make a new video with better arguments. I’m gonna keep this video up, just for entertainment purposes.

"Wow, I did not think about levels suddenly changing difficulty, this was a very good explanation. Well done my guy"

"i think it could work with one small change. (this is going off the give/steal star concept)

just make the star difference not as big, like 3 star difference not 10"

Annihilation: Wow, I did not think about levels suddenly changing difficulty, this was a very good explanation. Well done my guy

HarryMario: i think it could work with one small change. (this is going off the give/steal star concept)

Crisis: nice video :) glad to be part of it!

Ninja_teddi: I have a solution: if a 50 star (extreme demon) goes to 40 star (insane demon) change the difficulty but not the stars rewarded so there would be an insane demon with 50 stars. This would look weird but it would probably work out

Cob: 3:39 agreed

xtrapnation: nice video man!

Eilon: While I see your points I feel the increments would be better as 2 or 1 stars rather then 10

pasta #TechnoNeverDies: I think they should just keep the stars if they change, and if it goes up, you gain stars and if you join it’ll just say “You gained +10 stars for beating [Level Name]

SleepySheepyImpossible: Maybe if a demon will stay ten stars until 60 days after its rate, where it will be given extra stars based on the difficulty, and can no longer be changed.

Maksym: My idea:
Easy Demon 10
Medium Demon 12
Hard Demon 15
Insane demon 20
Extreme Demon 30

Holingly: I think in my opinion:

Easy demon 10
Medium demon 12
Hard demon 15
Insane demon 20
And extreme demon 25

infrences: I would reckon decode is easy demon, imo it is easier than levels like x by tri axis and definitely sidestep

2:43 for context

Kobe Abogutal: In my opinion, if this will happen, only mods should decide the demon difficulty, and RobTop could easily demote any moderator that trolls the ratings. Also, players shouldn’t lose stars after a difficulty change, it can be their little reward for beating it early and quick right? It could also affect their leaderboard rank alot. They could just get the correct amount of stars if they beat the level again. And although the Demon List doesn’t work with RobTop, I think it’ll be cool if list demons give more.

Thanks for reading all that, but I have a simpler solution
What about demon stars? Completely different than normal stars.. I don’t see any problems with it.

Thomas CS: This is why the mods should determine the demon difficulty

Daniel Jakl: i think that stars are totaly useless

Kaka Gamer: I beat TOE so I can more stars than sakupen circles

Mustafa Ruby u1: Guess Robtop thank about this way ahead of us

Van Nguyen: GD Need "IMPOSSIBLE" Rated
