We find it curious that you can lose many, many, many times in a row until youre down to no coins. Ive lost 90 million in several handsnever a winning hand. Maybe dont purchase coins so the game wont run you down?? Its just odd that all of sudden you cant win a hand for anything. With latest update, sometimes you cannot select a card from the discard pile. Of course its a card that helps your hand.
Could you please change the buttons where the Im ready and Cancel button is not the same button? So many times after a game the jackpot is high so we hit Im ready but the opponent leaves and it quickly changes to Cancel then the jackpot is gone. It should be two separate buttons.
Ive been playing this game for years and its always been our favorite. But recent updates have made the interface just completely unappealing. Its harder to tell when you have sets,the entire game space seems smaller. Wish it would go back to the way it was.
Update: we have to admit, this is the best Gin Rummy app out there, by far. Trust us, Ive tried them all. Previous: we were really enjoying this game, carefully betting and learning over several months. We were feeling fairly proud of ourselves when Id accumulated over $680,000 in winnings! We went in to play again recently to find Id been shorted almost $280,000 in winnings. Ive reached out to the company with no response. Just be aware, you may randomly lose winnings in this game.
We loved the older version better, probably because we were used to it. This is a little different, and when we first used it sadly, we lost 2 million points because our finger hit the wrong button. We noticed that the entire card does not reflect the color when you make a triple or more. It is just like a picture frame. However, we will still play since we do like a challenge.
We love this game also,however it seems like if your money is low you do not have good cards to play with. When you get up past 20;000 that when you start winning. This may not be your problem but definitely ours. The new version. Not good.
The cards are now just highlighted around the edge instead of solid which was quickly much easier to see…WHY?????? Make no sense to make it harder to see them….. And clock is harder to see remaining time….. Time to find another game.
Our game reset to the Valentines theme and reset us back to a new player. We had $4 million in coins and was at level 80. We went to customer support and was asked what our email was. After we gave it to them they never responded back. How can we get some assistance? It also will not let us connect through Facebook. Thank you.

We do not like this new Valentine upgrade.
Love the game, seriously but it have connection issues. 1. Kicks you out of app in the middle of matches. 2. Does not reward completed missions when it should. 3. The stats for players are also not accurate. Either the server cant handle the traffic, info, and graphics or there is a serious bug.
We love this app. But we lose game after game after game with good hands for days. Then we win more but shortly lose game after game after game until we have to buy in again. Very unfair how it is manipulated.
Garbage algorithms. Ill play a joker based game and literally NEVER get a joker. Meanwhile, opponent gets one or both every hand. We worked our way up to over a million without buying anything. Ive lost over 600,000 in the past two days because the stupid *** game wont let us win. And we mean legit WONT LET ME. Just wants you to buy coins. Dont download.
Id call it crooked fun and you can have fun for not too much money if you dont take it seriously. They let you win then they send in the bots. Ive played for a long time and can tell you not to put more than a few bucks in and be prepared to lose that.the bigger your investment, the quicker your loss. E.G. We decided to buy a bundle and then play using jokers. We went from $8000,000 fake dollars to less than 90,000 before we quit. At one stretch, our opponent had over the course of two dozen hands, more than 38 jokers to our two. We got our moneys worth in laugh before we deleted the game.
You can win many times but in the end you will just get terrible hands to run down your coin. Just a way for them to regulate how much you have so you will buy coin. If youre an idiot.
We love this game but only thing is we dont understand how someone can lose all time hardly ever win ive bought so many coins from this game yeah im dumb but love playing an never have coins to play cause cant never win many they cards deal they gin come on how is that.
Ive been playing this game daily for 8 years. We accumulated 22 million coins in that time. Now, in the last 4 months, we are consistently losing games. Something has changed and its not our Rummy skills. UPDATE 6/22/24: losing streak continues.its ridiculous. UPDATE 1/15/25: losing streak continues. Something isnt right. Im down to 13 million coins., playing $15k at a time. The number of hands won is about equal to hands lost, where we used to have a 10% edge. No way our skills have deteriorated. Rigging the game is the only thing that makes sense. UPDATE 6/30/25: still losing! Now down to 11M coins and win/loss ratio is negative. Also noted that beginners (rank <20) ALWAYS have a winning record, to get them hooked into the game. So we never play them anymore. This game has most definitely been rigged so that you consistently lose until you have to buy more coins. A game is NO fun if you consistently lose.
We have ask this same question about 6 times and of course not one answer so trying again WHAT DO we NEED TO DO TO INCREASE MY PERCENTAGE??. We HAVE BEEN AT 94 PERCENT FOR ALMOST A YEAR. HOPING SOMEONE ONE DAY WILL ACTUALLY READ THIS AND ANSWER.

A lot of the gin game applications do not allow you to create private tables with personal friends of yours, but we love the fact this app does!! It allows our mother and we to play with each other with no problems! Easy game play and auto sort options.
This game is almost too much fun! We wish there was more control with the bet stuff rof umm but this game rawks.
Now we hate that if you leave a game, you have to reset your settings for your gamei.e. We change the amount to win and if we leave, we have to rest it.we use to be able to keep it T that Mountuntil we got out of the game we also hate that its harder to move the cards.
We don't like it when people play slowly on purpose.

This is by far the best Gin Rummy app Ive found. We just wish their was a Join A Club or member created tournaments feature, or something like another popular app has. Of course, the other apps have serious issues with letting you sort your melds the way you want, or they arent smooth functioning. Those other apps are constantly trying to nickel and dime you out of real cash, to the point where a lot of the games feel rigged. So Ill take this app any day of the week over those.
This game is really fun to play but if you run out of money. You cant play till the next day or play adds. They should make it easier to play the game.
We really love this game but every two to three days it freezes and we have to delete and reinstall. We have had to reinstall at least a dozen times. Sooo frustrating.

We enjoy this game but yas need to fix a very important problem! When playing RUSH almost every person that Ive played HOLDS the clock at the last 8-10 seconds so the other player cant take theyre turns! That is CHEATING! And it is very annoying! Please fix that by snatching away a card from a person who doesnt play within 2-3 seconds and just maybe itll teach the scum suckin dog cheatin heathens to play fair! Great game hours and hours of fun we lost track of time when playing this game Uber addicting us and our wife sit down and play every night millions of Wrays to make it interesting.
We are a very good Gin Rummy player. Played a lot in real life as well as online. As we have paid more money, this game has immediately allowed the appointant win immediately and over and over. Avatar or not. The more we paid the more we lost and lost IMMEDIATELY! Soooooo obviously!!!! Playing now not for enjoyment now but finding patterns. It's a fun game and allows you to play with friends and set games but at the end of the day it's just a cheating cash cow. Watch videos to earn money. Don't pay money.

This game is fantastic vs the one we were playing, Gin Rummy Stars. There are no scoring scams to force you to either buy overpriced coins or wait 4 hours to play one game at a time (house rake, which makes zero sense on a non-cash game, a non-optional star multiplier which wipes you out of up to 8x as many coins as the Hans bet, etc). The table creation and choosing vs auto-matching is also a major winner vs the former, as well as friend challenges. Wish we had found this ages ago.
The game explanations were clear and we didnt find that it was cheat-y, which was our issue with the other program.

Fake BOTS annoying music this game should never replace playing with real cards and socializing with real people. We are really disappointed. We MADE SCREEN RECORDINGS! How do they end up with cards they discarded. We have PROOF The game is fun, however, there are BOTS. ( one of the top winning players is a BOT named MERRY) The BOTS can usually be found playing NEWBIES TABLE. (They never leave the table). They make their moves FAST, but there is no lightening bolt next to their avatar, indicting they move fast. They do, for the most part. They show up on 750 bets, game KNOCKS AND GIN. Clever names like GIN GURU, CARD CRAFTER, but also Chloe, DONNO just really stupid names. Regardless, ALL have USA flags. ALL use avatars which are free in game. NONE are real pics. Legal liability. When you say READY, they never respond. Your biggest clue is when cards are dealt, its not synched. For example, if they are to go first (PASS or not) if they take the card, you will never see the card they take because your cards are still being dealt. THIS IS THE MOST ANNOYING THING. However, they can be beaten as they always discard the highest card they have which does not match, and work their way down. They do not try for inside straights. They can also change strategy. Honestly, if we wanted to play a BOT, there are plenty of free games. Im just annoyed that we cannot see which card they take, if they have the option on first PASS. We lost many games because we could not see what they took. Play, have fun, but be aware and watch out for the BOTS You are being cheated. We love this gin app but we don't understand why you deleted the option for 100 point games. That is the way real gin is played! We have been playing gin for decades and we just don't understand why you would take away that option. Please bring it back.
Its a fun app but crashes a lot. Ill reopen it and randomly be on a 20,000 game. Super frustrating.
This is our favorite game one of the best ones out right now. Only issue we have with you, you only have one black female and one black male avatar and a whole lot of white ones. Give us more choices and this game would be awesome.

Ive been playing this game for more years than we care to share. But recently Ive had concerns and we sent an email to customer care about the issues Ive been having and no response. Ive always loved this game, but when the other person is able to get the first card so quickly without our even being able to see that a card was even picked, it starts to feel like a waste of time. And we had some other questions but they also went unanswered. Its been frustrating.
