We keep getting the message that an internet connection is required. Our internet is fine though. Im on our internet writing this review in fact. We’ve updated the app, but it still wont log in. Are you having server trouble? Update: thank you for fixing the problem.
Fun past time! Great updates and graphics! Only real concern is the main progress seems to have stopped at level 65 ours with no discernible estimate on when new levels will be available. Game events are still fun, but a little less impactful when main game is stalled until new levels are available. Update: the developer is really great about getting back to you and theyve advised newer levels coming with the Halloween 2021 update! Looking forward to it!
Says internet connection is required even though everything else works on our system.
Love this game but it keeps saying no internet connection.
This is our favorite game and it wont open. It was working this morning and all of our other games will open. When we open this app, it tells us that it requires internet connection, but our phone is connected. We couldnt find a support inbox to help?!
Its a fun game that we can play all day but now it keeps telling us we need an internet connection, we have checked our internet connection many times. Hopefully this will be fixed soon!
We wrote about how the events feel like ply to win money scheme and how introducing the crown, and a leaderboard made it feel a little worse because of level imbalance. Well that imbalance is much worse than we initially thought because there is an over 20 level difference in some parts with over a 22-day clearance with that imbalance so unless you are willing to pay to speed up the clock by 12 hours multiple times you can not even get all of the keys let alone the 30,000+ crowns needed to be in the top leaderboard positions.
We just open the game and yes our router is indeed connected to the internet but the error "Internet connection is required" box keeps appearing, we checked and checked again we even tried using streaming platform and they were working properly, its just your game that has the issue.
Ours 30 states we have to activate all other mineshafts to advance. There is no more elixir to ours. How can we activate the mineshafts without spending money to buy elixir? This is the first time this has happened. Is this a money grab? A bug? And we’ve spent money on this game. What gives? UPDATE: Time to delete. Need thousands of elixir. Your response nets us tens to hundreds.
Decent time waster game. 1 star for soliciting a review. Dishonest tactic to boost exposure. If a game is good, Ill review it on our own time. You beg us for it and you instantly get 1 star. Not even sorry.
We have been playing for months and havent had issues now all of a sudden today it keeps saying an internet connection is required. But we have internet for all our other apps just fine. Annoying as we were doing well in the tournament.
Used to be a fun game. Now its mostly ads. Probably 65-70% of the time!

We are on ours 29 and was doing very well at the latest event. But we have been trying to log back in for the last hour or so and every time it says we need to connect to the internet. Obviously we are connected to the internet or we wouldnt be able to post this review. This is the only reason we give it 4 stars instead of 5.
Have been stuck on level 66 for a week now. Says it is waiting for update. No luck yet.
Nothing to exciting, but helps kill time.
We’ve been passing time this game for almost a year. We truly enjoy it but WHY do we get so many glitches? They come and go like eating greasy tacos. You know its coming back.
Im enjoying the game but find it way too loud. We have the music set way low but theres no option to adjust the rest of the sounds. Would give it 5 stars instead of 3 if we could do that.
We were switching from the event to the main and was told we needed an internet connection for the game to load. We had been on Cellular data prior to this not WiFi. After closing out and opening new with still getting the error message as well as going on WiFi with no luck, we checked for any updates. Updated 1.8.1, restarted our phone and opened the app. Still getting the error message on WiFi or cellular. Bummed out since event just started and is almost over. Otherwise would give 5 stars as love this game!!
This game was fun for a bit but there is no way to get very far in the events without spending a lot of money. Its incredibly obvious and the rewards are not even close to worth any money you could spend.
We paid 50$ usd of gems to get blue potions for season. We used so little. Got tons left 20k ish. After season over and new season starts, to our disappointment they wiped them all.
We’ve never left a review for a game, certainly not one that we downloaded just to keep our bored little mind occupied for a few minutes every hour. But we’ve never ran into a mobile game that updates and changes the game in exactly the way the players want. Adding mini events, shadow progress bars before you upgrade a ours, dynamites, tapping through rewards quicker, letting ours upgrades affect the next collection. Minor changes like these make the game more fluid and keep the player base engaged. Its so painful to play a game that gets a major update with new content but refuses to acknowledge little bugs in the content that already exists, or refuse to add features that make maneuvering through the app easier. This game gets both new content added AND gameplay optimization features, its fantastic!
Its fun and interesting. We just wished that the gold we get when finishing a level, would carry over to the next one. Its frustrating starting from 0 every time we pass a level. We really hope that this particular thing, can be changed. Besides that, its a fun game to play .
Stopped loading today 8/30/2021. Uninstall, reinstall, nothing. Also copied errors to the clipboard twice. Hopefully they find a solution AND we dont lose all that we’ve collected.
This was a great game. We were playing it every day. Until the 1.8.0 update. Now it wont load. We’ve had to uninstall and reinstall, and that helped briefly. But its back to not loading again.
We were having decent fun with this game until suddenly last night our Player ID somehow got swapped with someone else. We were on Level 24 with 2.7k gems and when we opened the app, it was at Level 18 with 13 gems. The progress for the game’s event was also far ahead of what we had done myself. We sent an email to support but no one got back to us and we’re really sad about it :( we were having a lot of fun with the game before that.
This was a great little game, but since the V1.8 update it will not open!! Just sits on the opening window! Gonna delete it if not fixed.

Way to many ads every time you click on something it ad time. Disappointing. Game is fun except the wasted time of waiting on the ads.
Im enjoying the game, BUT there is way too many adds. You are spending just as much time watching adds as you are playing. We dont think its worth playing the game.
Is there a way to start over at ours 1 without losing our purchases like the no ad purchase? We like this game but Im on ours 57 and the game play has gotten so slow and would like to start it over.
We dont mind the ads until this past week. In the past week, when the ads finish, a double arrow appears. If you dont press it, itll stay. When you do press it, it takes you to another page to down load the advertised page to which an x shows up. The main problem is the x is so minuscule t hard to see. It is 1/4 of this x. It takes 10-20 times to get it to close. This last time it will not close at after about 50 times. We are seriously thinking of quitting.
Disappointingly low number of levels. However, while the levels do last, buying the lifetime no-ads bonus for $25 does away with all advertisements in the game yes, ALL ads are gone once you pay for this, but you still get any and all bonuses that you normally wouldve had to watch ads to receive. Worth it, for sure, but it would be nice if they got levels out to us more quickly.
Been playing it a lot lately but have seen it is the same every ours. Merge goblins and break rocks to collect gold. Gold is useless in the game. There is nothing to do with it once you have it. No reason to buy gems since there is no reason to ours faster. Has really become boring after doing the same thing after 20 mines and 3 events.
Downloaded this game from an ad in another because the preview looked like fun. Of course its nothing like the preview. You get some goblins, smash some boulders accumulate gold & have to start over when you get to a new ours. You do this over & over& over again. Nothing else! THE MOST BORING GAME EVER!
We’ve been playing for over a month and aside from the events being nothing more than a way to try and pressure people into spending money we’ve enjoyed paying and will likely continue. Though today we’ve had an ad pop up for Idle Inn Tycoon that will NOT go away and keeps popping up every few seconds. Im not sure if thats something the developers can solve or what the issue is. We dont know where else to go with this and we do know the devs read these reviews so here guys. Can you fix it?
We really want to give it 5 stars but heres what needs to change. First first dont have false advertising!.. You have a good game dont claim to be a tower game when you arent. Seconf of all the upgrades are so screwey!.. Currently we have a low level ours we cant upgrade because the requirements are too high although we’ve upgraded two mines above it!.. And they are automated as well. At this point the low level one doesnt make enough to make it worth it. The permanent ours upgrades (cards) are dumb because literally each ours is harder and harder anyway so the upgrades really dont get you anywhere. You get a limit to how many goblins you can have at one time but thats dumb too because our limit right now is 12 but literally we only have space for 3 to dig right now. Maybe when Im able to spread out 5. That leads us to our other issue. We currently have 6 goblins but 3 are so low level we cant use them anywhere. And the frequency we get more is ridiculous and it takes forever to upgrade them enough to even be USEFUL. We have level 8 and 9 goblins working right now but have a 3, 4, 5, and 6 waiting to be upgraded. Dont even get us started on the events. You only get a couple days at the most to get through it and you cant upgrade goblins high enough fast enough!.. Some of the mining takes over a day for ONE ROCK! THEN, when you get to the next ours you literally start over with the same low level goblins but all the rocks are way higher levels. OK, enough negative the positives great concept good graphics and game play. But maybe the developers need to try actually playing their own game and figure it out for themself. It is not very clear on how to properly upgrade and its way too hard to get the goblins high enough to be able to even dig through high level rock. Please adjust upgrading and difficulty.
Hope you never find yourself wanting to play this game on a road trip or without internet because even though the game has no reason to require internet, it refuses to open without it. Another one on the list of dirty developers.
We love this game to pass time but here lately the ads that you play to get spins or special crates are not working properly. We watch the whole ad and it still isnt giving us the spin or create. We have to watch multiple ads to get the item and its only if the right ad plays.
Started off a good addicting game. However, one day we opened app and all our game was lost. We did have our game linked to Game Center. But our progress was at ours 36. All data, progress and purchases lost. Contacted support and started a ticket. After a few email communications the support said they are putting us back at level 36 and restoring all purchases. After two days we were still at ours 1 and no further progress contacted support again and she said she will elevate to higher support. After three days we received email stating our help ticket was being closed as no more activity. Well ok then. Everything lost and no support. So beware of all being lost and no support to help you. Deleted game and just want to warn others. Caution.
