We’ve played this poker game for quite a few years now. Its so much fun! Id rather play AIs on here then real people in Gov. Of Poker 3.

Im playing this game for free and its fun. It gives us a chance to sharpen our skills. We can play offline which is cool. This game is exactly what we hoped it would be.
This game is epic. We stay up nights playing hour after hours. Its so fun, the only thing Im concerned about is that theres is too much adds. Great game ever!
UPDATED : developers responded promptly to our concerns and made things right. For that, we’ve change our rating to 5 stars. There are lots of IAPs in this game. But the only place that you will learn that you have to buy a specific IAP to play past the first city is at the BOTTOM of the App Store description. Nothing inside the game warns you. In fact, the IAP you need to buy says to unlock ALL the cities. We didnt need to unlock all the cities. We won a tournament, was given a horse, told we could go to the next city, which is basically saying youve unlocked the next city. Turns out we COULDNT unless we purchased the specific IAP. (Why am we particularly upset? Because we actually purchased the first time-limited special IAP that was offered to us, which was just more chips. It wasnt to unlock the game, which we would have done!)
We love this game we played it since today all day! Great job keep up the great work! If you have anymore games we most definitely wanna play them also!

It takes a lot to get us excited but we cant wait to get off work and play this one. We’ve only been playing it for a few days and have not gotten it down pat yet, but thats okay. This game is easy to figure out even if your not a avid gamer or card player. Its simple, its fun and it helps you build your card playing skills. Most places you would have to pay for that. Love this game. Great way to relax with Texas Hold em Poker. A mix of Old West theming and solid poker action. Very fun!
The game has great tips along the way and can be slowed down for beginners. Its fun that its also Poker + FarmVille with little tasks along the way.

We had it on old desktop and it was kinda slow but on newer iPad it goes so fast that we had to slow it down.

Fun game. Havent seen the bugs that others talk about. Well worth the $3.99 upgrade to access the other towns and remove ads. Great graphics. Fun to play different levels of games. Challenging enough for a novice poker player like us. And fun to navigate the game map visiting stores and towns. We have not needed to buy chips (well, dont play poker recklessly, so there will be no need to spend more money).
We played this game before 2014 on pc. & between the years we played this game on many android phones. Now we still play this game on ios , u know how much we love it.
Kid friendly poker. Avoid the adult stuff on online sites. We can slow things down in order to "coach" our granddaughter . We never have to wait for the other players, but we can take as much time as we want on each turn. We’re lovin’ it! By the way, at the coal ours, they make up this own the rules!

We havent had any of the problems other reviewers have mentioned about the game having an error that miscalculates which hand should win.
Man, what is with having to buy the right to go to other towns? Come on! We can see winning x amount of poker hands to get to next town, plus the houses! Thank you for fixing the froze up game! Your game froze up on us and we were in tournament, in the lead. What the heck?
If youre looking for a poker game without playing with other online players, this is a good choice. This game allows you to play and resume at your will. Dont quite care for the in game story line but its not annoying. Buy all the house at each stage to collect rent and this will minimize your losses on the day you aint so lucky.
We really like how its set up. Its definitely different and we think our new favorite app.
Very addicting game but too many ads, and the same few over and over. We understand its a free game but wow thats a lot of adds.
We enjoy playing this version but we really wish it would have an option to stop the play after the last card so one could actually see what the other players cards were. That might help to figure out if they were bluffing or had the best hand. If there are more than 3 players it is almost impossible to scan the others cards before they are collected and a new hand is dealt. With that extra feature it would be a great poker training game for someone that wanted to practice before heading to Las Vegas.
Well one, did you have a lot of chips in the pot contributed ? The game goes if you dont have the amount to match the other opponent and you win the hand against them you dont get the entire pot. You get a portion. Its like saying you put in 50 in the call and he went all in with 5000. If you won you would only get a lump sum not all of it. Thats how it is. Unless you called the amount he or she put in then youd get the entire pot.
Only con is it cost $$ for full game.
Nice learning tool but we wish that at the conclusion of the hand it would slow down and let you see everyones hand so you could see the winners hand.
We feel this game has a point where it forces you to lose maybe its just me.
Fun distraction while getting over our covid booster. Fun for a beginner. Love that you can slow down the plays in settings, easily pull up the rankings chart, & hit the info button to see how a hand was won. Ads covering up buttons is annoying. No idea how realistic AI is bc Im a novice. Wish there was a TX holdem version.

We wish there was more time to see what the winning hand is before the next deal. And, says how they won – flush, two of a kind, etc.
Its fun. Our daughter has learned how to play poker and it is toning our skills. Im thoroughly enjoying the game.
Plays well It doesnt expand to different towns well.
We really enjoyed the game until we defeated the second area of play. The coal ours. At which point you receive a horse and it tells you that you have unlocked 2 more towns…… Which you have to pay 3.99 to go to. Very disappointed.
Beware, they will get you in a spot where you cant play anymore without buying extra chips. Game says we must sleep before getting paid, but must play game of poker before sleeping, and we dont have the chips to play another game of poker without paying real dollars, which we refuse to do. Not only that, but very buggy. Freezes up and you lose your game. Disappointing.

First off we like the game but there has been a few hands that the better had hand has lost an 8 out of 10 pocket pairs the others fold on like they know or can see just awful funny that it happens so often mean its just a game not real money but seem a little off and like we said theres been a few hands that the better hand has lost somehow or another.
We like the AI. It seems like there are several different playing styles programmed into the different characters. Fun and quick poker games. The game outside of the poker game is a good concept- buying towns, traveling, and eventually becoming the governor of Texas. If you buy a new hat it only stays on you until you quit playing. When you start the game again youre back in your default hat until you go to the hat store again to change it. Very annoying to us. We wish there was an option to change our characters voice. We also wish that when you win a horse, carriage, or car that you could actually see it. Spoiler alert!!! When you win the whole game by owning all the towns and defeating the governor nothing much happens. Huge disappointment. A little blurb pops up saying congratulations youve defeated the governor. You dont even get a newspaper flash like you do when you win a town. A little more celebration or story line sure would be nice after so many hours of play. If part of your motivation to win poker games is to see what happens next in the game you will be sorely let down at the end.
