This is the first time Ive ever had an issue with this app. We played over 300 games of poker yesterday and we were supposed to win 6 medallions today. When we went into the app this morning ( about 10 minutes ago ) a message came saying we were a Winner so we tapped on the claim tab but was never awarded the 6 medallions. Ive played this game since it came out years and years ago. This game used to be AMAZING. The graphics, sounds and gameplay were simply the best around. Recently, the developers have completely ruined the experience. Everything is now about ADS and CASH. Pop-ups when navigating anywhere in the app, and they even went and removed the ability to get free tokens from watching ADS. For most players, this kept the game fun and you could keep playing after losing. They completely removed that, which is just bizarre to us. Not too long ago, you could play for hours, both losing some coins, and then winning some back. It made the losses worth it, because you could immediately win it back. Great way to kill time and actually have fun. NOW, its all about losing money. They have fundamentally changed the mechanics of the game to make you LOSE. Its crazy. For the record, we have over $18,000,000 in coins, and over 230 millionaire machine tokens. Ill be fine, but the mechanics of the game are so horrible now that we wont even bother playing. We dont need a generic response from the developers saying we will look into it, or even worse please reach out to support. You guys broke what used to be an amazing game. We guarantee that your new odds algorithm will make you lose more customers, because youre trying to turn a quick-buck. Old school players like ourselves would have gladly spent money to better our overall winnings. But not now, this game is destroyed with these new odds. Trust us, with over $18,000,000 in tokens, this is not a losing streak, or a bug. They purposefully changed the game to make you lose more. In fact, you mostly lose now (2 nights ago, playing slots, over $600,000 lost by just spinning normally. $1,500 per spin, 95% losses. This is unheard of, especially since Ive been playing since day one). The developers should be able to see our history and our purse, so you know this review is truthful, accurate and honest. This last update is horrible, you guys need to do better. Fix the game and make it fun again, not depressing.
Game was fun you could do ad watching for coins. They took that away and became a pay to play game. Hardly win as free player.
This game freezes on globe and Santa wins. We loose all of our wins.
We used real money purchasing coins to play with and we're losing it all because your app is messed up! It keeps freezing up and gets stuck loading or the slot machines get stuck just spinning and we keep having to completely shut down the app! What is wrong with your game we has lost about 80, thousand and some coins it gives us our winnings then take about 1/2 away then add maybe 1,000 this is very frustrating. The rating is NEGATIVE it will not let us send it without a rating.

GSN Casino Games especially the trifecta , Cards, Slots, and Bingo is a disaster on our iPhone 12. No matter which game we play, it is interrupted by the Settings Screen asking us to RATE GSN. We just tried to play Video Poker and Bingo. The interruptions were the worst we have experienced. We cannot get through a poker hand or Bingo call without that screen popping up several times per minute asking us to rate GSN. Even after we rate them, which we are doing right now,the pop ups will continue. We have written to the Support Team about four times to no avail. We receive polite replies but no improvements or repairs occur. We wonder if the developers at GSN will even read this.
