This game is cool but when people play it because we dont know how to start.
We really love this app so much been using it for years now. Always kept us updated On what we unlocked and upcoming online events! It’s like a brand new social platform just for the RE fans you can see contests like edited photos from other users and interact with them. So so cool this app is we’ll give it 5 stars cause it had provided us everything that we expected form the app.
We like this app, especially since Im really starting to develop a newfound appreciation for the resident evil games, only thing we would hope they implement is for the ambassador program when they give us other options for linking instead of Twitter, other than that its not a bad app.
Its great to keep track of your progress and to see were you stand with others. Although it feels like it is only half done. We can see what you tried to do. You wanted it just like the website but that wont work for apps. We’ve unlocked multiple icons but it wont let us change them. Maybe do some updates and treat it like an app instead of the website. It would make navigating it so much easier. The app could be so much better.

With a little care, it could have been great. We love the idea of the app but after all this time its as slow as ever & the ambassador tab asks for a login just about every time. Id be hard pressed to recommend it over just using the site on a browser instead. Not to mention it could use a fresh coat of paint. It still has a back button from over a decade ago.
We want to like this app but they are making people that use the app migrate the account, which its a complicated process and our password doesnt work on sign in and we know thats the password because we just reset it idk whats going on with this app.
We tried linking our twitter account, tried selecting country and language and then the ambassador card and agreed to terms, but the next button wont work.
Dont call a utility or news app a game app.
The app is horrible. Thats when it decides to work. Save your phone storage for an app that works.
Every time we go to login, it keeps trying to get us to register, and when we click on ambassador, it shows that we are in fact logged in, but it won’t let us see any game history or anything other than rigistrstion page.
Great idea horrible follow through though. Event ends then wait a week exactly for the rewards! This site has been up this long but catheter any better with sending out rewards nor can you go back and resend yourself rewards you have received in the past. Money market scam if you lose all game data then theirs nothing you can do. Updates are nice but what is really getting updated? Nothing that will help people that play these games. Never take advice from players. So what exactly is this site worth in the long run? We know we will get a computer generated reply! Worthless. We’ve played these events for a long time and Im the end when we needed help the most nothing in return. Except oh buy this garbage.
We thought this would be a resident evil for mobile but no. Really re portable would be sick! We wish they had made it that. It would let people that dont have access to a big bulky pc or a ps5, ps4 or Xbox into the resident evil universe. The game could be free but you need to pay money just to play the games. It would be a amazing experience even if it wasnt the best quality.
Instead of using this app, just go to residentevil. Net on your mobile browser – its the same. The app is ok but it doesnt even remember your login. So you have to login each time you use it. The website does this also and we do t see any difference between them. We think this app just embeds the residentevil. Net webpages so its kind of pointless.
The app is almost great but because it is essentially a bookmark for the web app it is kind of pointless. Having to login everytime we use the app defeats the purpose of having the convenience of a non web app. It seems like its just a skin for the web version as even loading times for things like image assets hang up like they are being pulled from a server rather than locally. These complaints have been in reviews at least 2 years old too so its kind of disheartening when you see these same issues havent been addressed. If you dont know how to bookmark webpages then get this app, otherwise we would stick to the web version as its the same experience and takes up less space.
Could be a fun app to pair with the re games but its annoying to get into every time…
PLEASE PUT RESIDENT EVIL 4 BACK ON MOBILE! With more content! We would definitely be a first buyer! RE4 was and still is our absolute favorite so it would be amazing to have it mobile please capcom!!!

Please update resident evil 6, its on switch but we cannot upload our play data to the site. We also think updating the entire app would make a massive difference. Its confusing and slightly out dated. Other then that everything is great. Thanks guys!
We are not able to change the system have our games on they are all stuck on Xbox one but other than that it seems to be a solid app.

Works okay. It runs a bit slow trying to navigate the app. Also they need to add the Nintendo switch console to Resident Evil Remake and Resident Evil 6.
The app is completely abandoned, it crashes in the login screen. Pls update it to the latest ios so we can use it also a overhaul to the interface might do it some good right now its very outdated.
Resident Evil Revelations collection is now out for the Switch! It is a good idea to upgrade the app as Switch as Resident Evil Revelations and Resident Evil Revelations 2!
It’s awesome to track our stats on Resident Evil 6 but it doesn’t seem to support the Xbox one version, any ideas why?
Its pretty good overall, but after we beat the games we hardly use this. Its for Hardcore players.
But we feel like the app is being neglected. Though the idea is great and it can be very useful for those who are massive RE fans like myself but the app itself needs some work. We feel like the menus are all over the place and it takes too long for anything to load. Then we have to log in every time we go into the app. We hope these reviews are being read because we do enjoy using it. Im also using the iPhone X. The app can be enjoyable if it was maintained and not feel like its been neglected.
We love this we still play resident evil hardcore all the time its a shame whats happening with the online store we enjoyed getting different emblems and statues along with stuff like that it was fun. We feel like the app is super underrated and honestly super neglected too. The Resident Evil community is an absolutely incredible one and one Im proud to be apart of and RE. Net is the only website to go too so give it the love and tlc it deserves !
What would be a better companion for our RE2 Remake ventures than a complete overhaul of this awesome app? Re:Net app feels dated and needs some talented creators to breath new virtual life into its mouth. We would give it 5 S.T.A.R.S.

The interface is wicked outdated, though.
The idea of the Resident Evil Net and iOS app could be very good. It needs big upgrades kind the PlayStation app before it was slow and confusing like yours but after the last update with complete make over now its very intuitive and nice. Hope you update your app read all reviews big part of the people thinks the same.
Whenever we try to use this app, it reminds us of the last century, reallyyyy needs and update with todays standards smh.
We can’t use the app because it constantly kicks us out by stating a new update is available. Our app is clearly working properly but the pop up prevents us from using it. We’re using an iphone 4S on ios 7. There is no way we’re updating beyond that because of the performance issues that would occur on our 4S.
Im not sure how its even physically possible to load this slowly.
The App Works, Just not exactly 100% Bug Free, Sometimes it will just not do much of anything other than Load.
Highly recommended if you play any recent Resident Evil release or plan on playing in the future.
