Its a great game and a lot of fun but it gets to be so hard to get purple diamonds to upgrade items to continue playing. Yeah you can buy them but dont really want to pay money for it.
We’ve been playing this game for quite sometime now. Seems like Im always waiting for the next hotel to open. We just finished playing the 2nd round of hot season for the last hotel available. Its sad to us because the game glitched on the last level. We selected to play it, used two of our power ups (one to speed up production and one to double the income). We were then taken to another event going on in the game and the game froze. We had to restart it and when we got back in, it said hot season has ended. We hope that youre able to get this fixed and no one else has to have the same experience. Other than that, we very much enjoy playing this game. Thank you. We’ve now deleted the game until we hear from the developers. After the latest update, the game kept glitching, things that were supposed to work automatically werent and it kept freezing. We deleted the game and reinstalled it. We were on the latest hotel, had purchased several outfits (which arent necessary for game play), but Im now back at level 1. It didnt save any of our progress. Im not okay with totally restarting after getting to where we had gotten. Please fix this! After getting a response from the developer through posting a review, we sent a few emails to the email address they said to. We’ve never received a response. We hope they respond to anyone else. Im now dealing with our second loss of progress due to getting a new phone. It wouldnt let us download the progress we had, just override what we had. Not happy!
Too much freezing. Game didnt save and now we have to start all over again!! We are sick of this happening its been twice already.
Nice game been playing it since the beginning. Definitely become a pay to play game. They burn and timed gift with a of be-rage of prompts. Now $20 to cut upgrade times in half from 8-12 hours to 4-6 hours.
We enjoy the gameplay and believe that the reward system is just. We like that there are challenging levels with adequate rewards for beating them while not making it too easy or P2W. We knocked off one star because there are so many pop ups that it makes the game frustrating to play. Especially when you win a timed award, and more than 50% of that timed award is having to be spent clicking okay or closing out of dialogue boxes. You can see that the developers and designers had fun putting this together but for those of us that just wanna get that dopamine rush, it can be underwhelming to have to sit through multiple pop ups and lengthy animations to get to the next level.
We have been playing this game for about three years now but with the recent update, the super power credit are hard to obtain. It went from 10 to 30 which is really far and takes a long time to even hit that high number especially with the weekly or monthly seasons or cruises with only being able to get one or two. We hope they look into this and reduce.
It takes WAY to long to level up and to earn needed skills. (The running shoe, speed wheel and double coins). Used to get 1 skill for 10 levels now its 30. Ridiculous!!!
This developer is greedy. *Used to get a power up with every 10 tokens. Now its 30 (you dont get that many of each in a month). *Used to get a few gems with every five levels even after beating the hotel. Now you might get one after beating the 80 levels. *Used to be able to beat every level after completing all upgrades. Now theyve slowed down the characters so much that you have to still use power ups to beat levels. Still waiting for that level that uses elevators (thats what caught our attention to begin with). Been playing since 2020. Paid a lot of money too. Most of these changes are within the last few months. Time to find a new game.
After playing this game for such a long time, we have to delete and forget it forever. The very last city is just impossible to pass even by buying a large amount of diamonds. We spent so much money on this game and still don’t have a chance to go any further. Even having bought enough diamonds, there will not be enough coins to improve the hotel, and for some reason, almost all levels are for making money, and not for likes or smiles. Due to the greed of the developers, the game is impossible to pass. This is very sad so good buy. Also, when you get prizes with speed bonuses, for example, for 5 or 10 minutes, the game starts offering different pop-up windows that take a very long time to close, and as a result, you have less than 2 minutes left until you close all the offers. You give a bonus but do not let them use it.
This is a fun game but the over bearingly forced events and pay to play forced down our throat constantly at one point we lost the level 3 times due to not being able to upgrade fast enough and got passed in a competition soley on speed to upgrade which is another unfortunate pay to play feature overall sad it was fun while it lasted.
This game keeps us wanting more due to our ocd lol.
Was told by support that ads should be no longer than 30 seconds long, however, all ads that we get are 45-60 seconds long. ALL OF THEM. This is too long to sit through. We’ve backed off from playing this game a lot since these longer ads started, but now we cant play any longer. These are just way too long.
We’ve pretty much enjoyed the game up to this point. On the Green Hall level 57, Ted tries to deliver the requested item but the guest rejects it. Because this level is a level that requires you to serve every guest, as soon at the delivery times out after trying to deliver it many many times, the game ends when the guest gives up. Very frustrating. Im completely stuck here.
We love playing this game but after level 80 you get to start a new hotel but every time it starts to give you gifts for passing level 80 it takes you to the new hotel without collecting the gifts which is really annoying.
Have noticed that the side missions dont always capture activity. Specifically likes from special guests at Prancing Hills.
We love the game, however when you get to the island theres too many steps to complete to make one guest happy. And if you cant buy diamonds then you get stuck.
Great way to kill a bit of time. They get greedy as the levels progress though!
We felt overwhelmed by the many things going on in this game but we loved it nonetheless.
We’ve been playing this game since 2021 and invested in it quite some money but with this last update made its not working for us anymore.
We have been playing this game for a long time. We havent been able to play for the last four days. It auto downloaded an update and we havent been able to play since. It keeps telling us 8 need to download more updates but it times out. We have tried 3 different email addresses to reach out to tech support and keep getting responses that the email address is no longer valid. Im very disappointed because we enjoy the game, but there are too many out there to keep fighting this. One drawback when it is working is that there are so many side things going on the game moves slow and there are more frequent bugs. Also if you are awarded the fast feet for any time frame you end up only getting to use them for one, maybe two, levels because you have to watch all the side game stuff first.
This is a really great game. There are a lot of good things about it. However, and bare with us because its hard to explain, we get so frustrated with all the little side mini games and rewards boards. We really wish they wouldnt automatically pop up after a level if you earn a new reward or as you progress in the mini games/competitions. We have had so many power ups get wasted because of all the pop ups and how long it takes to get out of whatever it is that popped up. For example, there is a mini game (the icon to access it is a compass we think) that automatically popped up and we got stuck in a tutorial that we couldnt get out of because there was no X or back button. We ultimately had to close out of the game completely in order to get out of it. We had just earned a speed power up before that popped up and most of it ended up being wasted because of it. We also end up getting stuck in the main Home Screen and unable to click on anything while it shows the points being added to the seasonal reward board or the tourism boom mini competition. It really ruins the game play where we cant just go on to the next level without having to deal with all those other things getting in the way.
We really like this game but the amount of side objectives and in app purchase ads makes opening the app a headache. We have to go through a crazy amount of basically ads to purchase extra items we dont need. We just want to play the game. We dont want to buy a package of coins for $2.99. We want to play the game and earn them and pick up where we left off. Not go to a separate page just for an ad in disguise or an unnecessary/ random quest.
This fame was great up until February/March of 2023. Then they changed it so that some levels are un-winnable without buying more tokens. We dont mind spending money on a game, but this is getting ridiculous. We will be deleting this game soon because of this.
Pop ups for new levels cause you not to get the gifts you earn from completing level 80. So frustrating.
If you try to play for free, expect to spend a week and a half to nearly a month just to advance one round. The algorithm requires you to purchase hotel upgrades with diamonds that are difficult to obtain without purchasing them (you only get two a day with daily play). Even if youre playing well and have enough upgrades to pass to the next round, the characters will suddenly do odd behaviors like stay in their room for unreasonable amounts of time, not making requests so you cant earn enough money to advance. Or sometimes they flood you with demand for rooms to force you to lose. Upgrades get to the point where its like 22 diamonds for just one upgrade and some rounds require several of them to advance. With just two diamonds a day, you do the math – no bueno.
Although it is true that you do not have to make purchases to advance, playing a level 100 times in order to get enough coins to upgrade the hotel is boring and frustrating. We have resorted to going in every 4 hours to collect the money from the hotels in that level in order to make purchases. So we basically play the game once every 4 to 5 days because it takes that long to get enough to upgrade a room or food.
You have to actually click on the gift box and click receive to get rewards that are earned after competing a certain number of levels. We completed the required amount of levels to receive a reward and when the gift box popped up, we were immediately sent to the next destination that unlocked without us having a chance to open the gift box. And there is no way to access gift boxes that havent been opened. They need to fix that glitch. This has happened to us at least 3 times now which is about 90 diamonds lost.
They have taken all the fun away from playing this game. Everything in the hotel upgraded and every customer served while still on green, yet we continue to fail the level by $2. They make it to where you cant pass unless you continue to pay. We’ve spent enough. Im out. .
This game used to be great, but now its a frustrating, tedious grind. We’ve played this game every day for years. It used to be perfectly balanced, giving out a generous amount of power ups and gems with daily play. Now, the new update to the game has made it impossible to progress without paying for a massive amount of gems. Sure, you can endlessly grind away at previous levels to earn gems without paying for them, but you only earn one gem for every 10 levels you win. With upgrades to your hotel costing 22 gems, it takes forever to earn enough gems for a single upgrade. Even when you do splurge on buying a gem pack or grind away for hours to earn enough for an upgrade, a single upgrade is only enough to allow you to win one level. Once you complete that level, the next level is once again impossible to complete without an upgrade. So, its back to the drawing board, endlessly grinding for gems so you can win one single level. This used to be a very relaxing time management game. Now its just frustrating. We really hope the developers will consider re-balancing the game to make it more like it used to be.

Keeps saying we discarded something when we didnt. Cant get more than a few seconds in and its taken all our helps away. Worst part THERE IS NO SUPPORT Ads run an crash system. Stop playing monopoly ad. It always forces a reboot. Too bad there is no way to contact a support person instead of leaving a poor review.
Its a great game. Hard to stop playing.

We love this game honestly. We havent commented on a game ever till now. Its a game that has you concentrating but also having fun at the same time. You upgrade your hotel and there is no Ads once so ever. When it comes to paying for a couple of things like diamonds it doesnt cost you much. Thank you for creating this game !
