We love this game! It makes you feel special to pretend to be a hotel manager and run your own hotel. We love how you have your own choice with different kinds of products and space to upgrade, and it increases how much time you have to beat the next level. Which helps us a lot because we are a bit slow on the time management piece.

The game has improved a lot since we played a few years ago. It is fun to play.
As the title says this game started out fun. Gave diner dash energy which was great. Unfortunately its almost impossible to get diamonds without spending money. While games that normally do that make things needed with diamonds not necessary for game play. This game misses the mark. Without diamonds you cant complete upgrades that are necessary to move through and complete the levels. Had to uninstall as our only shot at getting diamonds without spending money was daily rewards diamonds didnt show up til day 3.
So, initially we loved this game! But now since the update we dont get daily rewards? So we have to pay cash money USD for gems! Thats crazy. Ill keep checking for another update but if this doesnt change Ill definitely have to leave the game because at this time there is no way to progress in the game without spending real life money.
We really enjoyed this game until we reached level 24. This game literally stops you from progressing and unless you purchase gems. At each level you earn coins. But in order for you to get upgrades to pass the level levels, it requires coins. The game only gives you one free chance to get one gem, which is nowhere enough for you to get upgrades. Therefore youre stuck unless you spend money. Deleting game.
Liked to play at first but then you have to make in game purchases to progress to the next level. When you click in to play, you have to click on at least 10!! Different ads trying to get you to buy stuff. Its just too many ads and irritates us when we click it so we ended up deleting the game.
We used to have so much fun with this game. You had to work to get diamonds to progress in the game but it was fair. Now its basically become impossible to play the game. Theyve taken away the regular ways to earn diamonds to make upgrades and youre stuck having to spend money to move forward. Super disappointed because the game is perfect in every other way.
We dont like the new update its costing to much to play this game at this point. We might not even finish the new hotel. The gems cost to much and Ive spent too much money and now the way the daily rewards are step yeah we think youre going to lose a lot of players. Just disappointed.

This is a good challenging game to play make time go by fast.
We love this game and play it when we have time. The only problem we have come across in our months playing is that sometimes you cannot pass a level until you have an upgrade, but you cannot afford the upgrade unless you play the level and fail it a few times. So if theres a streak based challenge, you cant have a streak past like 5 or 6 maybe.

We like the game dont get us wrong. But yall need to do better. You send the people super fast and you dont give any help. Meaning as you progress hire more workers. You dont give good daily rewards to the players and you dont have friends to help or ask for help. Its fun but useless at the same time. We dont mean to sound harsh or disrespectful.

Hello this is a game we love to play a lot and we love it something about it is that you do a lot but the time being a bit longer then it is now that all that we have to say.
This is our second review in a couple days. This game is just much too hard and we dont want to spend anymore money. Im out.
We love the game but using both coins and gems to upgrade your hotel is insane. Its hard enough to even get gems then when you get them you have to use them to upgrade. We have at least 12000 coins as we write this but need 15 gems to upgrade our rooms. Which cost 8000 to upgrade without gems. And Im playing the same level over and over and over and over and over (yall see where Im going with this) again and still get no gems bc we need to upgrade to beat the level. This is our second time downloading and playing this game and we believe this is why we stopped the first time. Fix this. Its like yall trying to force us to spend our hard earned money for essentially a free game in the App Store. We wouldnt mind if this was fixed or maybe not asking for 8000 coins and 15 gems to upgrade coffee. ITS RIDICULOUS!! Stop playing with us.

You pretty much have to spend money right of the back with this game just to even progress you need diamonds and money and they rarely give you diamonds so youll either have to fork over money and buy them just to upgrade the things in your hotel are delete the game Ive played this game for 2 days and Im deleting it because you have to spend money left and right.
