The game is easy and fun. However, ever since the update yesterday (01/25/2021) the app wont open. It crashes as soon as we click on it. We tried to reach app support, but their site is down.
This is cute addicting game but whenever we leave this app it crash on us so many time, please fix this, this game is so fun and cute.
This game is ight we just go on airplane mode when theres a lot an ads.
We have had this game for a while, we have even gotten the weekly VIP status. We find it fun, relaxing and entertaining. There are other mini games in the game, like exploration which lets you win goodies for the game. But a day after the update the game has gotten glitchy, the app would not open anymore, we have restarted our phone that did not work. The only way it works is when we delete the game, and re-install it again. It reboots our game from the beginning. We dont think we should be paying for game that doesnt work. Developers please fix this issue, we still have 4 days into our subcription.
So when we started the game we fell in love with it. Easy to use and understand. Loved the concept and all. But today, after a upgrade, we can no longer open our game. So we have to delete. Hopefully you can fix this issue.

The game is cute and we’ve played for an hour since downloading. And the problem is when we exit the game, we cant play again. It just crashes. We’ve tried restart our phone but still wont work. So we remove the game and download again. But as soon as we leave the game, we cant start the game again. We dont know what to do. Ours is iPhone 12 Pro and the system is ios14.3.

They’s an issue with watching ads. Whenever the fat customer shows up we watch the add then when we close the ad our game shuts down. It happens after watching other ads as well. The game would be fun if watching ads weren’t so glitchy.
We would definitely recommend to friends. The background music is calming and its a good kind of relaxing game to play when you are bored and have nothing to do.

We Love it, the graphics, the story, THE FOOD.
We really like this game and would recommend to any of our friends who like idle games as well. We are nearing the end and hope that there are more levels we dont see. Could you add outfits, or different designs on the tables and chairs? Also with the different locations, maybe have a menu you can open up and buy different dishes, with your money or gems? The ads dont bother us because it only shows up if you want money. Its an idle game, we can wait 25-30 seconds.

Good game just why do we have gems? We cant use them for anything… Am we missing anything? We have about 2,000 and there is nothing to do with them. Why have them if we cant use them. They should be used for customization. Like your character or what the restaurant looks like.
We love games where you can upgrade stuff. This game scratches that itch. Its a little heavy on ads when it comes to doubling your earnings or getting speed bonuses.
Grill Masters is a very adorable game, we enjoy to play it even with the advertisements, as you can progress with ease with an ad-light experience. Though, there are a lot of complaints, as we’ve seen apparently needing to pay $8 a week to remove advertisements? I’d personally suggest making the $8 a one-time payment, which could encourage more people to pay for the ad-free experience, paired with a entertaining game. Some other things we would like to point out are how frequent they ask you for advertisements, the "large man" who has the ticking sound (personal squick, please remove the ticking sound! It’s uncomfortable.), which perpetuates a harmful stereotype of fat people. The color and art style are soft to look at and easy to the eye, however the user interface can be very confusing, and we didn’t even know where the settings were until we clicked around and hit the top left corner. Make it easier for people to find settings and even other features of the game? With the English translation, as a native of the language, it’s very easy to tell that the game was likely either poorly or machine-translated. It’s slightly endearing in a sense, but it can get very confusing to understand directions. We can’t say for Korean or Japanese, since we cannot use either of them. Overall through the flaws, we take this game to be good in it’s intentions and made well gameplay wise. We hope to see some of these flaws ironed out, then I’d hope to come back again and again!
We have made it to the Downtown store and have passed the 150th level. However, we have not upgraded to the Birdnest store. Would love you keep playing but we dont want to start over :(.
We wanted to like the game but its too focused on bringing in money. Unlocking tables, watch an ad. Get a vip guest, watch an ad. Playing more than five minutes, get asked to watch an ad every two. Want to remove ads? Pay $8 USD a week. Thats right, this game has a vip subscription for $8 USD a week. No thank you.
This game is really fun & beautiful. Your typical idle game. The only reason it doesnt have 5 stars is because of ads. If you want to advance fast, watch a billon ads. They give you constant opportunities to (in an annoying way). They even give you an option for around $8/per week to get rid of ads & some bonuses. Absolutely not.
This game is so poorly translated that it is way to understand what is happening. The game by itself is not bad but it really is hard to understand.
We deleted this within 5 seconds because the creators cant spell. Im not playing a game with spelling errors. Seriously how does this have over 1 Star for that alone? Our 3 year old cousin spells better than this and this was made by we assume adults. Proof read your games before releasing them. Ridiculous.
How you expecting people to spend money, let alone 8 bucks a week for VIP, in an idle game that you beat in like 10 minutes of playing it?
Im sorry but personally this character shouldnt be in game. Its the only big character you have in game and it just pushes very negative stereotypes of fat people. Pushing stereotypes like these are really bad and hurt people with you not knowing. If your going to have big characters in your game to not make them look like hungry monsters thats only desire is to eat as much as you can. Cant you change his character to like a competitive eater or change it to a big party of people coming in to eat? Please think about changing this character and the effects it can have on others.
Definitely was expecting something else and the result is amazing.
