Most engaging game Ive played in ages! It challenges you to not overlook the obvious.
We have come to expect games of this type to be pretty cheesy at best, or at worse, unbearably bad. We don't mind the cheese. We like the cheese. The cheese is our friend. That said, we bought this game immediately after watching the opening cinematic, because dang… It was kind of good. Still cheesy, but good cheese. It continues to impress after that, with good storytelling and a sense of drama, all mixed in with different styles of puzzles, which are both decent and not always obvious. The hidden object puzzles in particular make you work a bit harder than your typical ones, a fact that we're loving to hate. Plus there's lots of extra goodies to spot in most scenes and the promise of a bonus game. And one dang cute kitten. Well worth playing.

We love all the games from this developer! The stories are interesting and the mini games and hidden object scenes are great.
These are great games. We highly recommend them. They take your mind off of stress and work fully. Its good for tapping into creativity and refocusing. Good storylines and puzzles.
The audio doesn't seem to work on our iPad, though other games of theirs have no problem, and we can't zoom in to help us locate objects, as we can with others of their games, but in general their games are just what we've been looking for: a variety of puzzles and tasks to solve. The story lines are always but we lose ourselves in the games, anyway.
We enjoyed this game but we do not recommend playing on your phone. There is no zoom option and Ive been squinting the whole time.
We like this type of game, & this particular installment doesnt have an overload of the hidden object minigames. We got the collection, currently Ive only played the Grim Legends title so cant speak for the rest of the Grim Collection. We would compare this to Persian Nights 2, because of the element of twin female MCs and the magical mixing of potions, plus rune fighting. But, Dear Artiflex, Ive purchased over $100 worth of games counting the PC collection that we use pixelwdkittenzATgmail for also but mostly iPhone so :pPLeAsE send a promo to us!! We review usually and provide spelling error feedback with screenshots lol. For instance, in the last game several things were amiss, and more than once a misspelled word such as fusses for fuses in a Ghost Faces installment. We still have plenty of screenshots with the misspells, bloopers and glitches. Ty.
If you dont want to look up a walk through constantly if you get stuck DO NOT PURCHASE THIS GAME.
The game keeps stopping the hints so you have to go to main menu and back in for hints to work. Needs work. If it didnt have any problems then it would be a great game.
We really do the hand drawn scenes are absolutely stunning and colorful. The game play is fun and addicting but Ive noticed when you purchase the FULL game the cut scenes arent synced. Same thing with Enigmatis. The cut scene will start to play, pause, the sound will continue until the end of the scene and then the graphics will play without sound. Thats the only issue Ive run into so far.
We paid for a bundle of 3 games but the first one keeps crashing and closes the app.
We cant get hints to work. Please fix this.
Game is great but we have been getting glitches when trying to use the hint button where it stops working after the first couple of times and we have to keep restarting the game. Is there a fix.
