The caliber of these puzzles remained unmatched , Ive actually replayed them so many times we really wish we could buy more. It is our Favorite logic puzzle app without question. Since Ive played every puzzle multiple times, we guarantee you they all can be solved (not sure about all of the hints because we dont use them) there are however 3 puzzles that definitely have typos we wish they would Fix because they do make the logic confusing. Ive checked the hints only for these 3 puzzles and was able to Confirm by logic that they are mistakes (we should say written mistakes in the clues rather than typos) so when we replay all 600+ puzzles we just keep these 3 puzzles hidden. Regardless we remain rating the app 5 stars because these puzzles creators are brilliant and we want more more more.
We have worked literally ALL of these puzzles (wish there were more) and disagree with those who say they are written poorly. They are not. But you do have to read them carefully and pay attention to words (like neither, nor etc) and to punctuation. They are very clever puzzles.

We have stuck with this game because the puzzles are the strongest and most difficult we can find. Also, just had a glitch in purchasing more puzzles and the support team was incredibly friendly and helpful walking us through it.
We love the Logic Puzzles, but the newest version doesnt fit our MacPro screen, and it wont let us resize the screen. Help, please.
Love these puzzles in digital format and from dell especially! The others dont even come close. We bought all of them, can clear them after we finish so we do them over and over again. Enough time passes that we forget the answers.
We just spent $2.99 for more puzzles but there were NO additions to the 4×6 Extreme.
They require some critical thinking.
First: none of these puzzles contain any errors. Ive solved 729 of 730 puzzles and have never had to use a hint. As the app itself tells you, the puzzles are HARD and theyre not just saying that!! This app is so extremely satisfying for anyone looking to exercise their brain. Like we mentioned, Ive completed all but one puzzlethe Extreme 4×5 titled Free Parking. Its been driving us crazy for over a year now and we LOVE the challenge!! We periodically revisit it whenever we need to really work our brain. Our only complaint is that Im dying for more puzzles.

These puzzles are from the magazines we believe, everything works perfectly. We had a question about running on different devices and got personal attention almost right away. The support was easily the best result Ive ever experienced with an online company. If you like puzzles just get this.
Just like the penny dell magazine puzzles. We admit they are not for everyone, you have to think very logically and it helps with the harder ones to write it down on paper, but we love it. Been waiting for this and it is worlds better than the super easy supposed logic puzzles of other apps. Thank you. Please add the British logic puzzles.
Love that for some of them you have to grab a pen and paper. They're not mindless.
No ads or vids to watch. Reason why this is our favorite logic puzzle app is because of the very detailed hints. In other apps if you get stuck the hints provided are very vague and its hard to learn from. The hints in this app are very detailed and they teach you the thought process to solve the clues. This way you slowly learn how to solve these puzzles on your own.
There should be an explanation for the hint, we.e. How was the fact revealed in the hint arrived at, from which clues, etc.
We wish the hints gave information about the reason why a square is marked as false or true.
Having grown up with the Penny logic books, it was fantastic to have an app with a similar level of difficulty! We liked the sister app, but we wasnt feeling challenged enough. This is perfect! Id give this 5 stars, but we saw a review that requested a notes feature and we completely agree! We use our phones Notes app to help us with some of the more layered puzzles (ie. The parking space one!). It would be nice to be able to take notes or draw inside of the app, instead of having to switch back and forth between apps.
Its so frustrating to do a puzzle that is incorrect. The very first clue stated that 10 errors had been done by the time Astrid took her turn. It was reversed.
We love penny dell logic puzzles, Ive been doing them for years. This app has also been the only game app that consistently stays on our phone. Our only request is the addition of a notes feature. We often have to jump back and forth between the notes app and this one to solve puzzles and would love to have it all in one place.
We love the other logic game from the same developer so we downloaded this one too. We like that these are much more challenging and the wording of the clues is different and challenging too. Our only complaint is when we get stuck and click suggest move it just tells you what cell to mark true or false. The other logic puzzle will explain why with something like if a is true and b is false then this must be this. We love that because it helps us learn and increases our skill. It helps us see what Im missing and we noticed in the other game we were getting better at them. Please add that to this one too.
Fun! Great that its challenging BUT it would be great to know the reason why a move is suggested by the hint. Would have loved to know how the answers for extreme 4X5 were figured out.
Phrasing is ambiguous which adds to difficulty but this is intentional, according to developer who responded quickly (so stars for that!).
Most of the puzzles were fun and solvable. If youre using a tablet or phone, the last puzzle will require you to go off grid, literally, and use paper and pencil. Not a traditional logic puzzle as the logic is not recorded in the grid. Found this annoying, as others have.
Vague and bogus solutions for some puzzles.
Overall the puzzles were good challenges but the last 3 or so puzzles just didnt make sense. There is a parking one where the clues talked about north and south and # blocks away for parking spaces and who arrived with who or by themselves but youre asked to figure out what necktie and last name of the attendees for a seminar. So the clues did not match what they were asking for you to figure out. And by the time we pressed hint a million times the answers didnt make any sense as according to the clues given. There were two other puzzles like this parking one. Eventually we just gave up and pressed hint until solving.
We still have and love the old app. We wish you would bring it back. We love the interface, the colors, everything. The new one isnt nearly as good or user friendly.
It must be us but the sentence structure of the clues is unbelievably unclear. We play 7×7 logic puzzles and dont have as much trouble understanding the clues as with these.
We've enjoyed some of these logic puzzles from the free version quite a bit. The types of hints are a bit unusual and most of them seem to rely more on weird wording to trip you up rather than genuine logic puzzling. Some of them we like quite a bit though! One thing we will note that was the main reason why we took off two stars: Some of the puzzles' hints contain SO MUCH information that you don't need. One of the puzzles ("Free Parking") talks about the position of different people's parked cars using blocks (e.g. 'Joe's car is 3 blocks west of Jane's car). None of the puzzle has to do with the position of the cars in relation to each other. In addition, one of the hints is literally useless because it tells the user that 'the last person to arrive was wearing an ascot'. None of the puzzle has to do with when everyone arrived at the event. So there's no point of the hint being there at all. Some of the puzzles are decent and have really good hints that really make you think. But some of the puzzles' hints are just annoying to deal with. TBH this app is the logic game equivalent of horror movies which rely on using cheap jump scares 99 percent of the time rather than prolonged and suspensful horror.
The matrices dont get any larger that 4×5 but they still have an interesting level of challenge to them. The last few puzzles storylines get unnecessarily complex. And just read confusing. Re: Ive actually played and finished the entire sister app and the additional puzzles that you can purchase on the app. Our issue is not with complexity, its with the unnecessarily convoluted wording that doesnt add anything to the actual puzzle.
We were significantly happier with this app, at first. It all changed when we started adding puzzles to our account for the additional extreme level puzzles and realized they are just the same challenging puzzles from their other logic puzzle apps. Those of us that play on these levels know these puzzles by heart. Weve solved them countless times in the past. Please source NEWLY written puzzles and stop recycling from your other apps under different difficulties.
At first its pretty good and fun. But we have found at least 3 puzzles that are 100% correct, where it says there are errors! We have done each one at least 5 times. We have double checked every move numerous times. There are NO errors, but the app says there are, and we cant finish the puzzle! Very frustrating.
The main purposed of suggested moves is to determine how to figure out that specific move.
Far too many of the subsequent volumes contain puzzles that are unsolvablenot because we cant solve them, but because the clues are insufficient. How do we know its not us? Because the Suggest Move hint simply says Mark the highlighted cell as false, with no further explanation or reasoning given. We wont be purchasing any more volumes.
We have found two errors and there isnt an Ian listed in the first puzzle grid at all.
The hints just say what to mark but not why. Obviously we need to know why because we have to get a hint.
The puzzle Seconds, Anyone? Lists info in the clues that are not options on the board. Several clues mention a certain day of the week or there being a first or second week of having guests, but that info isnt pertinent to the board and the game is impossible to solve.
Literally about to have a stroke trying to understand what the clues are saying.
The wording on these puzzles is very confusing. Some clues are not even complete sentences, just one fragment after another. Our biggest complaint is that the hints just indicate to mark a square false or positive but never explains why. There is no proof that someone should have made that deduction from the clues provided.
That last extreme: there were too many factors in the clues to find the answer. Multiple ways could have worked.
We really enjoy logic puzzles but this one is frustrating rather than fun. The clues are written very poorly and if you dare to use a hint all it tells you is which square to mark true or false, it doesnt tell you why or which clue it is helping to you solve, and so doesnt help you understand the clues or rationing behind it. The clues are written in a very confusing way and each one is long so you end up reading it a few times making the puzzle slow rather than fun.
We love the game, the hints and ability to check your progress but why are there only a few free games. Is there no way to get more games free.
Many of the puzzles have issues with the clues not matching the grid. Like the categories are completely different. Someone doesnt proofread these. Dont spend money of this since you cant even complete many of them.
The creators here have done a superb jobs. We have played so many related puzzles, none could compare with this one. You just have to experience it yourself to know how much more fun this one is.
We believe Show Dogs is written poorly. We tried it several days in a row, to see if it was just our lack of concentration. Ive done over 70 puzzles of various difficulty and finished all of them within 24 hours. This one never made complete sense. Please have an editor look it over again.
We love this style of logic puzzle and this is a really good implementation. We find the interface easy to use, and when we get stumped on some of the tougher puzzles we like that we can take a look at the solution notes to get a strategy hint (just like we used to be able to do by looking in the back of the puzzle magazine, when we used to buy puzzle magazines). We don't always agree with the difficulty ratings, sometimes we blow through some of the "extreme" puzzles and get stuck for a long time on some of the "casual" puzzles! But that's not really a complaint. Our only actual complaint is that we've gone through all the puzzle packs already! But we're going to clear out a bunch of the puzzles we've already done, so we can do them again. Update a year later: Since we wrote our original review, more puzzle packs have been released and Ive purchased and played those too. We see a few reviews that say the puzzles arent logical or arent solvable. That isnt truesome of them are fiendishly difficult but they can all be solved. (Some of those really hard puzzles are in the casual category; as we said in our original review, we dont always agree with the difficulty ratings.) In the whole time Ive been playing, Ive only found three or four puzzles with errors, and in each case we emailed the developer and they fixed it. Well, except for the latest one, but thats because we just emailed it to them a day or two ago and they havent had time yet! We really appreciate that theyre so responsive.

We use this app almost every day. The puzzles are fun to do and keep our brain sharp. The app clearly presents each puzzle, and the interface and graphics are really well done. Of the myriad apps we have, this one consistently gives us the most pleasure.
Wide variety of degrees of challenge. Additional levels are reasonably priced, and a great value. Fun brain teasers.
