Miss spinning the wheel where we could get some money to play on.
Fun game but Ill Spend our own money on coins and then Ill win big and the game will crash and then Ill lose all our money. Happens everytime Not worth spending a single dollar on this game.
If we could advise anyone of anything it would be to avoid this app at all costs. This app is a joke and will not let you win anything because it only wants you to spend your money. Do not we repeat do not download this rip off app.
We were past level 300 when they decided to chop everyones level down by 90%, meaning we went down into the 30s. They didnt change the levels to unlock so we still have to play and play and play to get back to the next unlock in the 300s. Total scam – Im surprised they got away with it and are still in the App Store. Excerpt from the tech support response to our email: we have made some pretty exciting changes to the look and feel of the Hot Shot Casino! As you have seen we have adjusted players levels within the game. Rest assured that this was across the entire game with ALL players. All levels were taken down to 1/10th of the number, plus 1, that they were previously.
We have been a fan of this app for a while. Until a few months ago, they made a change to the game. The levels that it took to move to a new game went drastically up. We were so looking forward to the next game that would be eligible for us. Three months later the next game is 86 levels away! Ridiculous! Im trying to stay as an active participant, but its making it hard. Very poor decision made by the developers will eventually chase us away.
This apps often fails to pay correctly or credit your account when you collect the 2hr bonus, even though it says youve collected- it doesnt add it to your accrued amount. Disappointing!
Throughout the day we get the bonus credits to play before we go to bed. We can bet the lowest amount we can bed, the most we get out of the games is about five minutes because we can never get wins to stay around. Saw a slot that wouldve fun. Downloaded the game, found out we had to be level 500 something to play it. It take forever to level. We payed for more credits. They set the max bet right next the spin we hit it on accident and our 20 million coins gone. Terrible set up. The slots are fine just like everyone slot app.
If you are near to out of points, say you have 60k and spin 50k. If you win something on board, like 50k, its not credited to your balance. You the. Run out of credits even though your final spin paid enough to keep you spinning. Seemingly no way to email company, have screenshots.

We made the mistake of updating our game on our iPhone when the update first came out thats why we mainly play on our computer and iPad now today we see the computer version changed and the iPad wont let us play unless we update which we refuse to do. We realize the company is in business to make money but raising the bets for instance the game we play the most the small bet was 4,000 then one higher was 8,000 now it goes from 4,000 to 15,000 just so you run out of money quicker. And we cant tell what our winnings are in the round on the iPhone because the print is so small we have to take a screenshot and blow it up. So we have a account that had a level of over 450 with the email we used to simply login, but with the new update and everything change, we lost the ability to do that and either force to use our Facebook login or play as guest. This app use to have great games that were really fun to play. The company instituted an upgrade update about a week ago and everything went to hell in a hand basket. You are given a daily freebie of $120,000 credits, thats great But the minimum bet on games we use to play like Hot Shot Progressive use to be $4000 and now it is $50,000. Thats quite a large jump for minimum bid amounts. Also the Hot Shot reels are now few and far between. Lastly customer service is non existent. There is t any place found to actually send or interact with a rep from this company. So if you like auto pilot games with the slant toward always buying their credits to play then this is your game app. Otherwise No!
The game can be fun to play, however, every update you loose almost all progress and credits you have too.. We have now gone from several hundred, hard earned levels, and dropped down to almost a beginner level… Why spend money on a game to advance to better games, when they take it all away? Ridiculous!
Update ruined an app we used to like.
Meh on the game. Twice now we have won in slot tournaments, but never got a prize, the game just hangs with calculating. We will probably keep the game around because we like the Hot Shot game, but otherwise we cannot recommend this game.

The app is intended only for you to pay expensive amount for so little coins. This app is not enjoyable since you get only free coins every 3 hours that cover 1 bet. When you buy coins the slots dont pay out anything so the coins go really fast betting the minimum bet. We did the update thinking there would be improvements to the game and now we are considering deleting. Like the slots but every update resets our credit count. We had 50mil in credits and after the update today it down at 2.9 mil. Thats funny because if your buying credits using in app purchases then the company is stealing from you. And no one is doing anything to stop them. We are one of many apple developers in here and its a scam to get more money from players. We have reported this issue via the dev forums and this companys attempt to defraud its users.
All of a sudden a new update and multiple screens pop up before one can even get to the game. Has to be the first time in years we didnt even open the app cause we dont want to spend so much time getting rid of all your pop ups. Seriously no one has the time. Please fix.
