End of trial and subscription renewal

After the 3-days free trial the subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.

Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.

Best game ever in the history of ever.
When we got this game it was really fun and we were turning off our wifi (1 year ago) but when we forgot to turn of the WiFi it gave us a ad but after the ad we got a reward it said ad bonus and it gives you money (like 11k).
We rly like this game its rly fun But maybe can u do some differences on the game like having is have the ability to change colors on our marbles Just think about it cuz Ive been in one color ever since we got the game.
Before we start talking about this game we wanna say Im 10 years old so it might now be too good First things first its almost no adds we play this game for 1+years and we got almost no add we think it might be luck based (good luck you anyone who reads this) and honestly its really fun you have powers, different colored balls but we wanna have multiplayer ,own ball designs and also custom world wide maps that the developers get to pick if we becomes world wide or not and also its a good game to play in a car on a road trip, vacations, etc (If you are competitive or a bit lazy honestly im lazy so we like this game so you should get it to HOPEFULLY cure your boredom) (Sorry if we misspelled some things or used bad grammar).
Im not sure but Im pretty sure that the developers made the freeze power up a reference to jojos bizarre adventure and just for that Im giving it 5 stars.

This is a great game, we rate it 4 stars because of ads. Its really annoying when we have to watch one, and we cant get the vip thing. If you can in the near future remove it.
We are writing this to the developer. This game is fun and great and we like it a lot. Our only thing we want the game to add standings after each race, the time for each ball, and watch replays on any ball.
This game was good from the start. We are a fan of Marble Races(not runs), so we decided to play this. Suggestions: 1. Add custom marbles 2. Longer races 3. Home screens so you can take a break without exiting the app and not have to upgrade and do stuff while racing 4. Multiplayer.
We enjoy playing this game and the upgrading but we are not subscribing and paying $4 every week to take out ads and get the other benefits that we dont really need. Please add an option where there is a one time payment ($2 – $3 maybe) to take ads out and we promise you youll get more money out of it. As of now we probably wont play this game until that issue has been resolved. We remember why we stopped playing long ago.
Yes we luv the game but WHY did you change the name of the game from marble trap to idle ball race.
So we were going to send a very informational review but right when we were done we accidentally clicked out of it and we had to restart ( The App Store should fix that) Anyways, we were thinking that you should let the players have more control to the ball because its basically a big jackpot. For example, we were in first in a race and the ball in second bumped into a wall right before the finish and got some sort of boost. So we came in 2nd, and thats not right since you barely ever get to come in first. We think you should work on this and not put our review aside. 10 mis later: we were looking through the reviews and this game is crap so now you know why we have it 2 stars now. We can agree that this is chaos with the ads and we know you do it for money but make another game if you need more and dont go being cruel. FIX THIS GAME DEV. FIX IT. We are not spending that much time on this game any longer.
It was an amazing game!!! And then one day when we got on the game, it restarted from the beginning like we havent been playing it. We dont know why and Ive tried to fix it but it started over for we dont know why. Help would be appreciated.

Ive had this game for a good while and it was a good game, we just clicked to watch an add for a bonus after a race and the game crashed and it reset our whole game and we lost all the progress we have made in the game.

We actually like this game a lot and and had been playing for quite some time. However, we went to play it today and the screen stayed black for several minutes. We exit out to the home screen then went back in the game and… ALL MY PROGRESS, MONEY, AND GEMS WERE GONE. Considering how much time we put into this game to avoid paying real money, we think Im just going to deleted the game. Its one thing for us to put time into a gametime which Ill never get backand us at least enjoying and progressing in the game, VERSUS all that time being wasted and nothing to show for it. Tldr: SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. DONT GET THIS GAME.

We think that the game is a lot of fun. The issue that we run into is that the race continues to go even when you open up a new league or the menu. We think it would be better to have a start button. Also, the ads are insanely placed throughout the game. Way too many of them plus its way too expensive to remove them.
We have 7 marble racers but only get paid for the top one which makes the game play agonizingly slow. Like any real race each racer get paid and so we should get paid for the placement of all the racers we own and make the game less of a dead fall thru on player base once hitting the Quadrillions.
This game looks and sounds really fun but its kind a like youre doing all the work for us. In the first beginning of the game we thought it was a trial you guys were showing us what to do not that we were playing. You make things go by itself and we dont really have to press it. One game we just took our fingers off of it and we won we were even at our phone at the time. We hope you guys can make some improvements.
We paid for the 1 month subscription and got maybe five days worth and it just quit working, ads came back, and we lost daily diamonds. We have proof of purchase on our iTunes subscriptions page and on our credit card monthly billing. So we would greatly appreciate it if someone (a developer) would get this problem fixed ASAP. It is a great game but annoying because of the ads still 5 stars.
We love to just play this game and watch the marbles fall down. Overall its a pretty fun game, it just needs a few minor improvements and a few big ones. 1: There should be an option to select your color without having to go through all the others 2: there should be some extra power ups that you can unlock that you could trade places with the default ones if that makes sense 3: you should be able to watch more than just the first place ball, maybe a button that switches camera angles 4: there should be an online mode where you go against other people and has more rewards since its a bit harder 5: you should be able to choose which tracks you want and dont want to play 6: there should be a custom map option 7: there should be more patterns for the balls than just plain colors. We know this game is pretty new but we hope when you are updating it you keep these in mind cause it would make the game even more fun.
Its alright but VIP is too much, make a normal ad-free purchase instead and you will make more revenue.
We really enjoy this game, it is a fun way to just pass the time and we really enjoy the random chance that takes place in the game. However, like all great games it has fallen to the ads. Normally we would have no problem paying to get rid of ads, but 3.99 every week? If you think about doing that, you would essentially be paying to watch balls go through a track with the occasional user input, besides that it is just up to chance. We would have no problem paying a one time 3.99 payment to get rid of ads because we are on the app a good amount of time, but having subscription-based payment just seems like the greediest and most money grabbing way of payment. You offer other packages so that the cost is lower the longer of subscription that you buy, but once again why would we or anyone pay so that they can watch a marble go through a course with little to no actual user interaction. We get that you are still a business and trying to make money so that you can make profit and keep the game running, but we feel that you first need to add more to the game and build a stable client base before slapping that big of a price on it. It simply deters your audience from wanting to play your game in the first place.
Recent update to the game cause ALL advancement we had made to reset, the extra balls, special tools, money, everything was reset. WHY????? Really annoying and in direct conflict to your customers satisfaction. And also all to, what? Make ridiculously minor changes to the UI and add tracks? You need to remember your client base. We wont update your game again for fear of losing any further advancement.
We love the game but an ad after 2 or 3 games really gets annoying.
So their solution to TOO MANY ADS PLEASE STOP, was by offering a paid-subscription in order to eliminate all ads. Seriously. You have to pay money to stop getting ads after every game. Not just simply paying money paying them consistently. Thats absolutely ridiculous. Please ease it with the ads. We didnt give 1 star because the game is actually kinda fun to watch, but please please PLEASE REDUCE THE ADS FOR FREE PLAYERS.

The ads are out of control and FYI your game is not the kind of game that is even worth what your asking for the subscription thing. We have watched this app degrade from a fun time waster game to some kind of cash grab. Also the ads are broken sometimes we get ads within ads and then the game almost crashes.

Its a great game we love the concept of it and the gameplay style definitely recommended it.
This game is very challenging and fun. We recommend playing this app for a goodlong slingshot for your brain. We noticed the app is new and not well developed. But, we dont care about the fact that its not updated yet well barely we think the game isnt a battery drainer like other apps. Anyway we like how its a good app when it starts. We have an anxiety of we dont know yet, but our anxiety was really bad at our brothers track meet and this game helped us take our mind off our anxiety and it was really fun.
Great game but we have a suggestion there should be a mode, you can make a new game whichever comes first, and you should be able to place bets on which ball will be first and stuff and if you guess the winner you get lots of rewards.
We love this game we were waiting for a game to do this cuz we were watching videos on YouTube about marble tracks that were 2D and sure enough this game came.
This game is awesome and play it on the bus to go home its so fun to watch and play before we go to bed its so nice and relaxing and thats basically all we have to say.
