The game wont get passed the loading screen, so we can actually play the game. Is there a way for this to be fixed.

Us and our friend played this game together religiously, and then we ran out of content, also they rolled no ads so they got infinite money and beat us instantly. Would love to see more <3.
We’ve just downloaded the game this one and hospital game neither will load. We’ve played them before great games but now they wont open please fix.

Every. Single. Time. We try opening the app our restaurant gets stuck on an endless loop of asking us to click on the missions tab and doesnt let us do anything else at all.

The game is deep and has a lot you can do. From expanding the restaurant to managing inventory to deliveries. Its all great. The issue is there arent enough restaurants. We’ve been staring at the coming soon for a while now. Really wish they would release 4-5 more restaurants so people can continue to play and support the developers.
The only food they order are cheeseburgers.

U guys sure are slow at adding more restaurants and events for ur most well played and most rated games such as the hotel and now burger empire its also a turn off to keep restarting from scratch with the alien event no one has the patience to keep doing research especially with half of them takes an hour or more same thing with the hotel.
It wont load for us but its probably our inernet so Im still rating it good as we like restaurant tycoons.

This game is a free to play junk full of ads we got 1 ad that was 45s long almost a minute of an ad.
We bought the no-ads pack but it rarely works in the events!!!! Its so frustrating, we bought it because of the advantage of not watching ads to accelerate the constructions and researches but it always appears as NOT AVAILABLE instead of reduce 15min. So frustrating, we want our money back!!!!!!!!!!
We asked them over a year ago to have Apple ID so we can save the game because it doesnt say properly from our iPad to our iPhone dont download their games they dont want to fix the problem.
Its frozen/glitched at the tutorial by the check mark. Its said tap and its stuck there we’ve deleted etc and still the same. We think our game profile is linked to it and we cant unlink to see if itll work it just keeps starting exactly at the same spot and glitching.
When are we getting new levels? We’ve maxed out all upgrades for our burger spot.
Happy to see that codigames update a fix this fast. We cant say how this update works but we do notice new issue coming up. After the daily reward, the game directly fading all the buttons out, we tried to click everywhere and no response. The little guys in the screen still moving and the stock on cooking station and storage still works, just we literally cant touch anything because no respond. Ok, the first restaurant is a bit slow, but we can live with it. More annoying part is lack of guidance. We can see theres a place for research and construction (since we need to buy the stuffs) but we cant find it anywhere, thats annoying. And the most unbearable part is after upgrade the restaurant to the next level. In the second restaurant theres seems like officially finally we can have setup a cheeseburger which we research it long long time ago in our first restaurant, and then the tutorial is start, and it froze in the place that keep telling us to open the cheeseburger in the research! We already research it done! So the complete game is froze. Seriously? If you allow more play room before the tutorial, then your tutorial need to find a way to be flexible! Or you should just have a quick walk though in your first restaurant and all tutorial is done. As a long-term player for codigame, we cant believe is rookie mistake will happen in such studio. Very disappointed.
We gave one star, we installed the game, it will not load, so we couldnt play it.
Its stuck on the mision list and doesnt let us move we havent completed a task but its saying we have.
We’ve completed all of the objectives and am on the last Restaurant. We’ve spent money on the game and now its not interesting anymore. This is the one game over the last year that we’ve actually enjoyed playing(and actually spent money on) while Im bored. Please add more to the game so we can keep playing!
We maxed out everything!! Theres nothing really to do after the veggie burgers.
The game is fine. Similar to the other games from the company. But one very annoying thing is that if, like us, you see the option for a cheeseburger research upgrade and buy it at your first restaurant, that soft locks you from ever playing the game again when you progress enough to get the second restaurant. We’ve restarted our game several times in hopes of turning off the tutorial so we can progress, which didnt work. We then decided to just cut our losses and redownload the game, starting from scratch. Annoying, sure, but its only an hour or two of work, and if we try we can make that up quickly. That was when we found out that if you have gamecenter, which links up automatically with the app, that your progress will be saved no matter what, and you will never be able to fix it. Overall, its a fine game but that bug is absolutely terrible.
We actually liked the game at first, and wanted to keep playing. So to support the devs we bought the ad-free pass. The same day, we reached the last level. We’ve been waiting for OVER A YEAR for the next restaurant thats supposedly coming soon, and given up all hope. The devs has since launched more games with the same style and revenue methods, so its clear this was a cheap cash grab and nothing more. We miss the old App Store when devs gave a crap and didnt just collect checks for a game that turns out to just be a rip off of an online game course.
We reach chez at the first restraint now its stuck in a never ending loop on researching the chez.
The game is pretty cool. Though when we finally went to a new restaurant it wouldnt let us move on from the cheeseburger research. Since, we already completed it from the last restaurant. We dont want to deleted yet cuz we feel likenitll stop but we try to refresh the app nd its still stuck on the cheeseburger research!!

We love wasting time on this game but new the developers need to add content. The weekend challenge has been the same for the past 3 weekends and there are no more levels to progress through.
We really really enjoy this game. However Im at the top burger shop now and we cant upgrade our shop because there isnt another one. It is getting boring, please fix this!!!
We actually really enjoy this game, enough that we’ve spent actual real human money on it. The only downside is that we are already done with the few restaurants that are available, and we cant go back to 100% the ones we got through while doing the bare minimum. We dont want to restart so we can have more to do because then our money would have really been for nothing, but we unfortunately have nothing else to do. (It would also be cool to have at least 1 other event that isnt just the aliens, though we understand that might put a lot of pressure on you guys, maybe at least make it happen more frequently so we have a reason to play the game!)

This is one of the best idle games we’ve played however we wish there was more prestige restaurant so we could advance more in the game but Im sure there will be more in the future so we guess we will wait.

Stupidly addicting! It just need more restaurant so Ill have to advice not buying builders or research till they add more restaurants among other things. You should buy the No Ads as it will feel like you bough the whole game.
When we have the Car sharing we noticed a bug when the people were transforming to cars and the drivers were NOT WAITING FOR THEIR FRIENDS!!!!! FIX IT Also can you make it so that the group in a car has the same line position and sits at the same table! ALSO ADD A DRIVE THROUGH AND TAKE OUT AND PICK UP SERVICE!!!!
We bought the Ad removal which allows us to progress in the game faster. Only problem is that there are no more restaurants to open. It would be nice on the next app update to include at least 3 more new restaurants to open and take into consideration that more restaurants should be made available sooner rather than later! And regarding the events, maybe have mini events AND major events. Mini events could run every 30 hours (or so) and then have 1 major event weekly. Im The kind of person who can get bored very quickly if there isnt something new; but the developers have done a great job so far.
X20 multiplier effect does not work for Green Field Burger. Slow earning rate.
