Community Insight:

Its so rare to see offline mobile games in this day in age and this one is perfect!!! We hope the devs try their hand at a offline FPS game in the future sticking to keeping things simple and fun and exciting. This game is like Borderlands meets Returnal but in space. Must play for sure.

First of all, this game is something else. The way that they portray simple but effective graphics with the most blood pumping music only scratch the surface with the visual and sound design. The way that simple radar markers can turn into huge capital ships as they warp into the battlefield hammers the space fighter feeling home. As you dodge and weave between the masses of enemy interceptors and hulking behemoths that are sent at you, as you hear the sounds of your breathing as the ships weapons release a serenade of fire towards the ship nestled between the holographic crosshair, you realize just how much fun this game really is. Ive never felt more excited to sit in our bed, put in our airpods, and start playing. The gameplay is addictive but punishing, forcing you to think twice before going into a high-risk mission for extra loot as your pilot and ship are on the line, while it gives you some leeway on the roguelike aspects, it gives enough challenge that you still feel the stakes at all times, the weapon designs are simple but amazing and seeing them fire in the corner of your screen gives you a sense of power that really gets your blood pumping. The design of the ships is also perfect as they incorporate every ships unique ability and trade-offs into the design itself. The music acts as an adamantium backbone onto the games already solid foundation, the songs are hand-picked to match the chaos and difficulty of said mission, making you dial in like a sleeper agent. The price for this perfection is a steal, we suggest this game a thousand times over to anyone who sees this.

This game is great in both the late and early game, simply because it is up to the player how hard of a mission they pick. It runs well, albeit with low graphics, on our fairly old iPhone X. Our only real issue is that some of the ship cosmetics for completing special challenges, such as the bayonet, dont seem to reward you even if you complete the challenge. However, this is a very minor issue that may be exclusive to us, and Im sure will be resolved based on the devs track record.

The movement/combat is simple yet surprisingly fun. Scale of battle is fairly large with detailed combat zones. The Voxel graphics are simple but get the job done. Only issue we have is that shadows on higher Graphics settings tend to look a too pixelated when cast into the cockpit. (But nowhere near immersion breaking) Overall the game is beautifully chaotic and we highly recommend it. Thank you for making an Awesome game.

Can you add a level system or a mini battle-pass please. Ive been playing since 2020 (back when it costed 6 dollars) and been playing ever since. The graphics, controls, attachments. Everything is amazing. A level system or a mini battle-pass would be awesome. 9.5/10 game.

This game is a super replayable arcade space combat simulator that has unfortunately not been given the upkeep and attention that it deserves. The gameplay is fast paced and addictive and there is really no other game like it currently on the iOS store, witch is a shame when we say that this game has been overrun by glitches and other bugs due to a lack of updates. For anyone reading, we urge you to try the devs other projects or try and contact them but for now, we do not recommend spending money on this game in its current state.

We want to love this game. Im leaving our original review below but we dont feel this way anymore. The game is very fun but it crashes constantly. It. Will. Crash. And when it does, you will lose all your progress. Not just mission progress either, items are lost on death and the game crashing counts as a player death. In case that wasnt enough, your character gains permanent negative modifiers with each death. Not only will you lose hours of grinding since gear and perks are both random drops, it will become more difficult with every crash unless you hard reset and start over. If the dev ever returns to this game we hope to restore our original review. Excellent controls, nice aesthetic, great haptic feedback, perfect mission duration for playing on the go, and no micro transactions! The flight controls are the most intuitive Ive come across regardless of platform and are the highlight of the game for us.

We start playing the first mission, which is an easy mission involving five waves culminating in a battle with a cruiser. The first four waves, we do almost nothing: the ship kills everything itself. The last wave, everything we throw at the Cruiser does absolutely nothing. It always kills us. We cant even take down at shields with the weapons. We have at the start of the game. There is literally no hope against it. How is this fun? The Support link on the app page is dead, so we cant ask anyone either. Oh well. Ill give it two stars for a nice concept.

We're running an M2 Mac mini on macOS Sonoma 14.4.1. We have 16 GB of RAM and 1TB of storage. This game immediately locks up on startup, showing the "spinning beach ball of death". After about a minute, the game is still in a frozen state. The only way we can close the game is by switching back to our desktop and Force Quitting the game. According to the Developer's website, he is not working on this game in favor of another one of his projects. We will be requesting a refund from Apple, for our purchase price.

This game is awesome for satisfying that space flight craving, and is extremely well put together for a two dollar mobile game.

We really love space combat first person shooters and always wanted to try BattleSphere on the Atari Jaguar, but sadly still have not had a chance. Interloper is amazingly great and giving us the vibe of what that specialness must have been like. The game is beautiful, unique, and fun to play. So much more to learn and we have not played a game this much on our iPad in years! Thank you Matt.

This is a game that brings back the early space combat goofiness of games like X-Wing and Starfox, and its a perfect gameplay interface for the phone. Dont miss this one.

It would be cooler if there we more ships though.

Hello, we would like to play this game, but continuous ICloud or GameCenter popups prevent our cursor from being able to click continue or next. When you first download the game it automatically takes you into a game, without any sort of introduction screen whatsoever. There is no way to pause the background action so you can click continue on the pop ups. Please fix :} thank you.

We were excited to play this game on our M1 Mac Mini, unfortunately there are no detailed instructions on controls. So far we know how to fly with the mouse, the functions of both buttons, and space bar. Having no menu makes it very annoying to figure out how to start a new mission. We have to restart the game to be able to fly, but without weapons, because we lost them on our first fly. On our iPhone 14 Pro it doesnt finish loading, sticking to the loading screen forever.

We bought the game and never loads on our iPhone 13.

Pop up shows up informing you about what's new with gamecenter, but game takes control of mouse, so can't play game.

Doesnt load on our iPhone 13 Pro.

We keep getting killed, loose the guns and there is no clear progression, we regret paying for this game.

Its a fun game to waist an hour or two on but it has a few bugs. Mostly the buttons sometimes wont register.

It feels pretty good. We can just jump in for a quick few rounds. Pretty slick. But why why why why is the default controls with the joystick on the right, not the left? We know you can change itbut when in video game history has the main joystick been on the right.

We keep getting this problem where the game just randomly crashes. Ive tried everything but it just crashes constantly.

Its a fun game to waist an hour or two on but it has a few bugs. Mostly the buttons sometimes wont register. Also the game lags a lot even when we turn the settings down. Another smaller thing is that when Im customizing our ships load out and remove a weapon, a clone of that weapon will show up on the ship. Just a small visual glitch nothing major. Also the screen sometimes doesnt fit properly on our phone( iPhone 13 pro max) like the buttons on the side of the screen are to far into the notch in our phone so it just cuts them of, making it really hard to push.

Lots of guns justdont shoot. Not sure why but railguns wont lock. Utilities randomly fail , was great losing a couple fights out of the blue when we couldnt repair. Lastly the ui puts important buttons on the notch if youve got an iphone. Either you cant see your utilities or you cant see your ammo loadout.

We have it on ALL of our devices from MacBook to iPad to iPhone. If there were to be a watch version Id have that too. This app is totally worth every $$. It is one of our crucial time passers and also works with a couple of controllers, even with iphone. Looks good on Apple TV. We are still holding out hope for a future version with planetary missions such as bombing runs and aerial fights.

Railgun has a chance to just explode. If you fire it close to a wall or there is a wall behind you you will get hit by your own blast killing you instantly unless using the bomber. Edit: finally its fixed. However there seems to be a problem with your aiming reticle. It seems to drift all over the place instead staying in the center resulting your weapons not firing even it is in range. Anyways, game is getting better with each update.

Ill keep it short. All carrier capitol ships are broken. The ship doesnt load right, and dies almost immediately. It has to targetable hit box. This causes a soft lock, and makes it so you cant complete certain missions at all. And, Ships just take damage? Seems like it happens when they are far away. Finally, if you escape a combat trial, and click on the claim items button, you get the Threatening Lance Beam, with the description in Latin and the stats maxed out at 12,000. You cant claim it though. Other than that, cool game! Also, could you change combat trials a bit? Its biased towards the AI. Even if you win, their weapon shots can still kill you, and it counts it as a loss. Like, we can win, but the railgun shots still there. And it hits us and we die, losing the match we should of won. Final thing we promise. Missiles have no hit box when fired, making close up fights harder so the missiles just circle the thing we fired at. Lances dont hit at their farthest range, even when pointed straight at a frigate. Or its just the frigates. Have a great day, and good luck! Edit: Seems fine now. Pretty good job, and we hope you havent burnt out doing all these updates.

We bought this game as it looked really fun and we enjoyed it all throughout the tutorial. Its just when we got to the load out area we dont see any button to start the game. Maybe Im missing something or maybe this is a weird bug.

Very fun, can be buggy sometimes and crash.

Fantastic game! Though could use some customizations, like the pilot and fighters. Other than that very fun to play.

Thanks devs! A very nice game with fun weapons and ship utilities. Could we suggest that high-level weapon drops be more frequent at advanced levels of play? It would be nice to be rewarded well after a 7-round hard skirmish.

Got merged into a piece of debris and died without any chance of escape. Couldnt even warp. Lost starting character to this bug.

Constant crashes kill progress and so do random deaths. Hate the injury system too. Please give an option to just trash that pilot afterwards because this game is fun enough that we like playing it but the flaws just make it unbelievably frustrating.

This is still one of the best spaceflight sim shooters. We have it on all of our devices. We hope someday the Dev can add planetary missions, bombing runs, dogfight scenarios. We will gladly pay to upgrade to that. We love this game. It is the only reason we bought an extra PS4 controller. Looks great on Monterey! Our only concern is that any graphics setting on our MBP intel i9, with all the upgraded bells and whistles, above Potato will murder the battery and on power has such a load the fan kicks on after a few minutes.

Something went wonky this last update. Did a trial run and was blown out of the sky immediately . Rebooted and then guns wouldnt fire, then pressed the exit run button and game locked up.

Certainly not worth $6, even w/o the bugs.

We just downloaded your game and our Tutorial wont even play through Im stuck waiting for forever and the game doesnt progress with the tutorial. Even if we select skip tutorial we are still stuck waiting endlessly for the game to do anything. We are on IOS 15.4 please fix this issue.

Game looks awesome from the screenshots unfortunately we havent been able to get passed the tutorial. It says lets start with flight controls, then OK. After this no matter what we do or where we push, nothing happens. Zero. Apple wont let us refund the game, so we are out the money spent on something thats broken. We even tried skipping the tutorial and it still doesnt work.

Great smooth gameplay and cool graphics.

The game is great. Controls took a while to get the hang of, we recommend spending plenty of time getting comfortable with them and playing with the settings at the tutorial. We also recommend you increase the resolution otherwise text is pretty much illegible. We do have an issue every now and then where we get stuck in warp when we finish a run. Sometimes it will catch up and give the payout but other times we have to close the app and restart it and it gets rid of all our loot. Also, the energetic perk seems useless? It says it gives you an extra perk choice, while taking up a perk slot and not adding any? We dont really understand the point of it being there. We think adding new perks would be great, maybe some rail or flak perks? This is definitely our favorite game on the App Store right now, worth the few bucks you gotta spend.

Rllyyyyyy good! But we cant turn the volume off all the way for some reason we like to listen to music or books when we play and its hard when the sound effects are louder then em.

Excellent controls, nice aesthetic, great haptic feedback, perfect mission duration for playing on the go, and no micro transactions! The flight controls are the most intuitive Ive come across regardless of platform and are the highlight of the game for us.

As a lover of sci-fi and astronauts and such, this game is probably our favorite mobile game out there. Its truly a wonder to us how its not more popular than it is! Ive searched for something like this for so long and we just found what we were looking for. Keep this up please, if you take it down for whatever reason we probably will never forgive u.

This is a wonderful idea, and the longer it is put the Better it will get, but currently there are a few problems 1. The game randomly quits, its not that often, but when it does you lose all the loot you got from the run you were in, and its REALLY annoying 2. UI is a bit glitchy, when you change the UI size, and go to portrait mode, buttons get put into each other, and if you have a notch, it will get in the way we hope these issues get fixed, but its such a good game that if we had known these issues, we still would have gotten it.

We play so many games from console to iOS. Anime games like Honkai, to Into the Dead. THIS GAME, is super innovative. And the vibrate function gives us huge ps5 controller vibes. How on earth had no one ever thought of that before. Great job to the Dev(s). We were a bit confused at first but now Ive got the grasp and am loving this stuff. *flight controls can be super tricky at first to get a hold of. We personal turned off the inverted Y axis which made it much easier for us to orientate ourselves. Amazing.

Interloper is a great game! Fom hectic survival missions to streamlined transport runs you've got tons of options. We have really enjoyed the game, and though it occasionally causes our computer to overheat, It runs well.

Only things we have to say are just that the graphics make most of the small text difficult to read, and we noticed a bug or issue that when we accidentally opened the achievements tab while using the controller it wouldnt let us back out of it unless we closed the game entirely.

So it starts off amazing. The combat feels great and the customization is great. Sort of. We feel very limited by 2 slots per item type. Also, we went straight from 1 round of medium to hard mode and straight crushed it. The unlocks dont seem to be getting better. Am we missing something or is the gameplay loop really shallow.

Ive been really enjoying the controller support. Makes us feel more comfortable on harder missions. Until the game crashesI can play easy missions just fine. Once we go into a medium, the game almost always crashes after clearing a few waves. We once got to the very end of a mission, into the perk selection screen, and the game CRASHED. Im on an iPhone 12 Pro, graphics turned down to low, FPS at 30, enemy indicators set to radar only. This shouldnt be happening Theres something goin on with the rail gun too. Every time it fires the screen jerks out and back in. Very disorientating, and we have screen shake set to zero. We paid the full price for a game that just crashes every time we play it, and we cant even enjoy the true potential of the graphics because thatll just make it crash faster we feel like. Very frustrating. Please fix. We want to love. We want this to be our go-to controller game.

Super great game, we really dig everything Ive experienced so far. But.As much as we were looking forward to this game so badly, it crashes every single time we get close to blowing up the cruiser in the tutorial. Ive never been able to progress, and its a bummer we paid $6 for 4 rounds of basic training gameplay. Running a high end iPhone, and even turned all the setting to bare minimum and it still crashes on us. Please help or provide a refund of some sort on this issue. Thank you.
