These are just a few of the death-defying feats required in the rolling ball platformer that is Iron Ball Ride. Don’t let the peaceful mountain top setting fool you. We don’t have any real complaints with this app. It is very challenging but also entertaining, and it’s surely worth the 2 bucks! Most of the complaints we’ve seen are people complaining about the controls. What these people don’t understand is the controls make perfect sense considering this is based on a physics platform. These people are used to games with unrealistic maneuverability. The controls aren’t bad or hard to use of you just understand the concept of inertia!!! Overall, great app!

You guys did great job on building this game. It gives all kinds of challenges and it makes the game very hard to put down. We already beat the 40 levels in about 3 hours however but it was still worth the two dollars in our opinion since you said there will be more levels added in the future. We would like to make a suggestion if you were to release another update. It would be nice if you had the ability to customize the character’s color. We feel like having the same color character gets a little boring after a while. Anyway we are noticing that people on here are complaining that it has been over two months since more levels were released. They must realize that it takes the developers a while to create levels. We mean we have a game called geometry dash in which we create our own personal levels on there. It takes us about a month to make a level and the stuff is already laid out for you whereas the developers have to take the time to make the right measurements and the right textures and much more. It really is not easy to make games like this because of all that. So please be patient everyone; an update will eventually come!
This is an excellent game. The game design is creative, the physics is spot on, and the graphics are appealing. We played through the whole thing and enjoyed almost all of it. If the creators could find a way to allow camera control, or to keep the camera more or less looking where we need it to, the game would be 100% better. Definitely worth the $2. Bought it because the gif ad looked awesome, and it was.
Make more levels please, its so much fun.
This game is exactly what we’ve been looking for in App Store ever since we got our iPhone. A platform obstacle course game, with great graphics, as well as physics. But, after about thirty levels, it can get extremely difficult. We’re on level 36, and let us tell you, we have a feeling we’re going to stay on level six for a long time. But overall, this game is definitely worth two bucks.

It does need a update cause we completed all levels in 2 days … Need more levels but there are no glitch or anything… Perfect game, doesn’t drain battery neither It gets boring playing the same levels .. Takes us about 2 hrs to get threw the game.
We are currently now 12 and when we were in second grade we remember playing this on the conputer its was our favorite game ever! As we grew up and departed from the game we never could remember the name, and now to see it on app store we are nust so happy. Thanks!
Good stuff very challenging and addicting.
One you start you can’t stop. You just have to keep playing until you finish the level. Super fun and totally amazing game, and is worth the money. Right now there are 40 great levels, there are supposed to be more on the way, but it’s taking awhile. Please get the new levels soon, really miss playing this game cause we’ve already played and re-played all the levels several times it’s not a challenge anymore. Can’t wait for the new levels.

We just bought the game out of love for super monkey ball on Nintendo. At first, the controls were a bit odd to me; as we thought you would have a joystick layout onscreen or tilting the phone accordingly. Overall we love the design, very simple, it could use a bit of more backgrounds instead of the blue, purple and white "mountains." For two dollars we think it’s well worth the price. Two dollars is nowhere near expensive and is definitely worth it. Fun levels, but wow we have to admit that the beginning of 40 was sooo annoying but was very satisfying to accomplish. Keep up the great work and hope new levels come out soon!
The visuals and physics are very much console quality. It’s a small game but it’s worth the 99¢ that we paid for it.

We like this game overall. We liked the challenge of the game. It’s totally worth the $1.99 but it would be nice to get a new update with new stages! We’ve been finished with level 40 for 2 months! And still says "under construction" please release some new levels!
We love the game it’s just you only have we think 40 levels and you need to make more because we are getting real bored.
We loved this game but it ends very fast… It takes 2 days for a regular person to finish it… For good game such as this, we were expecting that the app would update regularly adding new levels since in the end it says so, or at least an update that would make the track bigger. Well there has been a few months if not almost a year we bought it and in the end we’re disappointed, if someone is reading this until this part, DONT BUY IT, ITS NOT WORTH IT, GO BUY SOMETHING ELSE THAT WILL ENTERTAIN YOU FOR MORE TIME.
We have been playing since it came out and we love all the challenges and levels, however, the camera angles and the way the camera is set up makes is confusing for us and makes us always mess up because the camera isn’t going where we want it to go But love the game still!!
This is a great mobile game, one of the best out there we’re looking forward to more levels being added our only problem is that the game resets your position if you do not get to the end of each level and you close the app which is an issue because some of these levels are blood boiling with the difficulty and to have to do some things all over again that needs to be fixed.

Great game and a good way to kill time but need to add more levels! We thought there would have been more added by now.

When will the new levels be coming out???!!!! We feel like it’s been quite a while and we check our updates a few times a week looking for updates. We love the game but it was way too short and the time waiting for new levels is getting a little out of hand.
Absolutely fantastic game, but there hasn’t been an update with new levels since we’ve owned it. At this point we doubt one is coming, so if you’re considering buying it know that you can beat it in about an hour.
The controls in this game are very hard and it always crashes on level 29 for us. So then we have to redo the most frustrating part so far. But it is fun and we still try, we would want this game to have and update where you can have joystick controls and fixes bugs.
Okay, we came through with the two bucks for this game, now YOU come through with more levels as promised!!
This game is an age-old concept along the lines of Marble Madness, though with no free roam. Imagine Super Monkey Ball with none of the charm and way less interesting graphics. The levels aren’t anywhere near as fun, and there aren’t that many (I played through 28 of 40 in under an hour). The real problem is the controls. They are sluggish, unpredictable, unresponsive at speed, and there are no on-screen indicators to tell you how fast you’re going. To make a jump you must swipe 6-10 times very quickly on your device, and then to stop you must do the same in reverse. We’re talking big, aggressive swipes – it doesn’t feel fun or casual. It feels like you’re going to break your screen. Turning is basically impossible without stopping, and the camera is lazy when you turn, often making you try to turn around blindly and accelerate to high speed toward some ramp you can’t see. You careen off the map and try blindly once again. So many of the obstacles are basically just wild guesses. Trying to navigate over a long bridge slanted sideways? You’ll have no idea how fast and at what strange angle you need to hit it to survive, since speed is unpredictable as you have to swipe numerous times and basically can’t turn or stop once you get going. All in all, it’s a really unsatisfying experience. Even winning a level feels like you finally lucked through and you never actually feel like you’re getting better. Lots of things could be done to improve. Change the tiling and background so every level doesn’t look so monotonous and boring? Maybe they could add an options menu with control sensitivity? Maybe a camera that fixes behind the ball so you can actually see? Even for under a buck, we suggest you pass until the problems are addressed. If you want a great physics platformer, go grab Jet Car Stunts. It’s insanely better in every way at a similar price.
Would have given this more stars if there were just more levels. Really enjoyed what there was to play, but with only 40 to complete, it wasn’t worth the $1.99 price. Maybe as a free version we would be satisfied, but if we’re paying for an app we expect it to have a bit more longevity. Every update we hope for more to be added, but it’s been a couple months now and that hasn’t happened.
Ran threw it pretty quick. For 1.99 we expected more content and more updates to levels.

Pros 1. Great game really intense hard to put down once we started Cons 1. Controls are iffy for us we can pull it back to slow the ball down and most of the time it ends up turning the ball in a direction that rolls off the side no biggy wish there was a a direction and speed paw in the corners 2. Save points as the levels progress there’s less save points totally good for the difficulty of the game but the problem we have is we zoom most of the time past some of the difficult parts with bouncing or laughing myself off the side to reach farther points but when we reach a new save point we have to be either directly in the middle and or stay there for a second to actually gain the save spot instead wish that it registered that we made it that far instead of having to hit the point which where you spawn back if you fall 3. Teeter totters fun fun fun seriously love them but with the fact that the ball stays center on screen messes us up when we’re trying to roll around to stay on the platform when it goes down the ball rolls over the direction we’re pulling and ends up doing a 360 or rolls fast off the side wish that there’s was a little more stability control on the teeter totters 4. Our last con we have goes along with 3 but it’s a little in depth the screen stays center with the ball which is great for when your rolling on trying to go fast on disappearing blocks or your totters but when we’re stopped at a point trying to turn to go in a certain direction at maybe a save point or just a ledge before you go into a section maybe add a little camera view rotation so we’re not sitting there spinning around in fields trying to make the ball center with the direction we want to look but also make it that the option can be used when the ball is fully stopped or at a save point that be awesome we like the game sorry for the 1 star it is addictive we play it on breaks at work and we’ve gotten through 34 levels and will go for 40.
We should have took a match to a dollar. We would have been happier. Very difficult to change direction because once you start to change direction the game board starts to move too. We’re deleting game.
This is the worst app ever don’t waist your money on this app.
Been waiting for new levels for months now and nothing. Seems like somebody is taking people’s money and running at this point. Not worth the money if you want to play for a few hours, beat it, then wait and wait for new levels.
Wow. Two updates now and still no new levels. Great job guys, we can really tell you are working hard to make your users happy! We all paid 1.99 expecting a game we would play and enjoy for more than 30 minutes due to pure laziness. But it’s great to see you fixed the controls (which really weren’t that bad) instead of giving us new levels. When you do end up giving us new levels we really hope to see more than 10 like the last time because that would be a huge disappointment. 1 star game.
