After the update our game reverted to level 1.
Have been playing for quite some time .. Am currently level 36 Love this game but theres technical issues that need fixing. We have 4 inquiries out there. Have had no response. We cannot advance in certain areas of the game when technical issues arise and brings a stop to your farming advancing etc. Other than that game is fun. Guess we need to find another game..
We have this game on our phone and on an iPad and for some reason we cant do any updates on either one. Could you please tell us where to go to do the updates?
Would be nice to get through the some of the areas without a white fog across some of it. Would like to build extra but seems Im landlocked now.
We love this game it reminds us so much of the first farm game Farmville, we also downloaded the mac version called. Farm up and so far amazing, however, we wonder, besides the main space, could the farm be expanded? More land space?
This game is really fun! We just wish we could earn energy faster and have more of an increase in our energy total when we level up.
Why cant Jennifer get the stones or the tree roots anymore? Also every time we go to a neighbor house to do a daily task (with full energy) we come back with 3-6 energy. Wasnt like that before. And now when we leave the game it wont charge the energy. The energy only charge if the game is open. Still love it though.
New version is much more expensive to play. Miss unlimited energy for a period of time. Hard to make any progress without spending a fortune. Disappointing.
We use to enjoy playing this game, but what is up with the new update that now has clouds that you have to use all your energy for. We hope they can change this. It is frustrating.
Horrible customer service.. Been waiting for a response for over a week! We were at level 30 and after the update we lost everything. Not happy!!! Had to start over sadly.
We have played this game for a long time and enjoyed it very much. We felt successful and loved it but after the recent update we dont feel happy anymore. We find it very hard to get ahead. The game is so much harder now. Im a senior citizen and just cant get ahead. Im thinking of deleting this game and looking for another even after investing money into it. Help.
We love this game, but theres a lot of glitches. The most annoying one being we paid to upgrade our oven, but now its stuck asking us to put in the materials to upgrade AGAIN but it wont actually finish it. So now we cant use it and it wasted our time and money. Very very frustrated.
We work to accomplish tasks and leave game and come back and all progress is gone. And it happens almost every day. Very frustrating.
The latest update took 2 of our factories back to original settings. Highly disappointing after took quite a while to build up to upgrade. Please fix this.

Cant pick up pig at all in the fenced in area no matter hard we try. Also why are putting premium content in daily tasks it makes zero sense to spend more coins than you are going to receive? The roulette wheel is RIGGED. What happened to the diner? Full on greed by you people.
We love the game and play it often. In April we right after we got the new expansion we asked for help with an issue on grandfathers farm. We were told to wait. Now is September. The game still doesnt work. And no answer to our email asking for an update when our issue will be fixed. Very disappointing. Do we really have to move to other farm games?
We started playing this game about a month ago and really like it, but now Im encouering more and more glitches. We purchase items we have worked for for days finally buy it and Puff sudden reboot in the middle of playing and our purchase is gone and the money as well. Its getting kinda annoying because we cannot really move on. Please try to fix this and make this game more stable and IF there is a reboot please make sure at least the info doesnt get lost. So after playing a few more weeks, the instability is getting worse. Just lost all our progress on our trains and cars. Was all the way to take our 80 this morning which we achieved yesterday evening and bam. Back to zero progress and reset the clock to waiting SIX DAYS. What a bummer needed to make some money with the20 minutes of unlimited energy. So disappointing. AND so far not a peep from customer support. We play this game to relax, not to get aggravated.
We used to love playing this game, however, now all we are met with is frustrations! Grandpas addition was great but the pig is behind a tree and it keeps saying no path but theres no other way nor any explanation. No need to waste our time. Random changes with the game are strange, then a huge change with no warning. Things are gone or moved. Things cost less or way more. Its nice to be able to have access to gold coins but honestly things cost way too much. If we try and engage other players games, 9 times out of 10 the games freaks out and backtracks by hours even days. Makes us not want to play. Final straw the updates geeks our tablet out every time. And we have a newer tablet. Starting to think we need to find another game.
Im at the quest where you have to find the pigs and we found one but it wont let us find anymore, makes us very upset, cause we cant fix our pins where our chickens etc.. Please help Thur this quest.
This is probably our last day playing this game unless there is an update fixes all of the glitches we’ve had so far. Today we spent 48 gold upgrading the factories capacity and it took our gold but didnt upgrade our capacity.
We have been playing and Im on level 13 but on level 12 grandpa left and he is where the pigs are dont know how to get the other 4 pigs please someone help.
Now that youve fixed it, the game wont load at all.
Trying to finish the grandfather mission but we cant , we found the tow pigs and thats it we cant reach to the other ones for no reason , we hope you can fix this issue ASAP.
We have removed all the trees and shrubs and the pick is stuck.

We were playing the game and now it is gone! We have to start over after years of playing? Where is our farm? We had completely finished the levels. We had over 1400 gold and well over 290K silver? Our buildings were upgraded and now it is all gone? This is not right. We invested time and $ into the game. Where is it? And why cant we spend silver for feed for animals? Where is our game and can it be re-activated so we dont have to start all over with nothing???
One of the best looking farming games for iPad. Seems like a relaxing way to pass the time. Eventually a person gets invested, wants to move things forward and so you invest more time and then money on the farm you created. And then poor grandma gets stuck in the wooded area above the bus shelter. Tapping the animals or pens says there is no path with the pen fence itself blinking as if thats the barrier. At the same time, the tree blocking grandma also blinks but this tree is immovable. So there she sits, knitting in the woods, unable to contribute to the farm. As a player, you eventually run out of the eggs, milk, wool and so on and without these resources, game play comes to a halt. This isnt a one off. For everyone who takes the time to file a ticket (which is ignored) or write a review, there are likely 50 players who dont bother, cut their losses, and delete. As cute as this game is, our advice is dont bother. There are plenty of other farming games with more reliable functionality and responsive developers. Dont be seduced. Go elsewhere.
This is a great game we love it but we think you guys should add horses it would be a nice extra touch and we think it would be more enjoyable even if you cant ride the horses at first.
We enjoy the whole 2 minutes we get to play before we run out of energy. This game requires the most we’ve ever experienced.
If something is already built the number of times requested, why spend time, energy and materials doing it again. This game requires to much spending and not enough reward for your efforts. Plus you use all your energy cleaning up the rocks and stumps. Just seems to require a lot of energy to do anything.
Anytime we go to visit more than one farm, we go back to our farm and all our updates are back to square one but yet all our money and resources have been used up, as if that project has been built. And then the husband was glitching and kept bending down and wouldnt move until we went to visit another farm. This is the second time we’ve lost all our money and wood to a project that says we still need to do it. Now Im poor and nothing has been done.
So sad the developers dont realize the longer we stay in game the more things we can buy. Energy can run out in 5 minutes tops after you collect and feed animals. Oh yes you can see ads for more energy visit friends etc. Here is an idea! Just give us the energy to play game! This is a production type game that gives you ONLY 2 free production spots!!! You need real money to unlock spots!! Are you kidding us?. Graphics are ok… Glitches when visiting friends we have lost purchases (plants, bushes) after visiting several friends. We are still playing however…
We keep losing the things we do, like we just started building our railroad station. When we went back it was building, we look to make sure and the materials was there and they wasnt. This isnt the first time, also when we goo to help others the stuff that we were making at the time goes back to what we had made before, and we had already got them out to make what we need. We have paid our power to so mean things that we have lost. Please help, thank you. We do like this game we have not had this much on any other games.
We love this game but wished the farm was a little bigger.
We enjoy playing – just started recently BUT we’re very unhappy that it is not saving our game when we go to help our friends. When we come back, the crops we’ve picked all still there & new crops we put in are missing. Buildings we’ve upgraded are back at previous level & money & energy is missing. Just May stop playing if this isn’t fixed.
We enjoyed this game at first but the bugs have ruined it for us. If you pay for unlimited energy for a time, it crashes halfway through and everything you did is erased so your money is down the drain. If you visit a friend, you can return and find all the goods you made and collected before the visit are reset so they didnt happen at all, wiping out hours of progress. Its a complete waste of time. Dont bother to download or spend your money.
We dont like this game we love the graphics however every day since we’ve had this game we will go on to everything we need to do get things planted getting going in the in the factories everything we need to do then we will visit our friends/neighbors and when we come back to our farm everything we have done including our energy including everything else isGone so we have to start the whole process over again we have tried three times to get the support team to help us with this problem and they still have yet to help us they just offered to let us join the game which we already did so really you guys really need to get a support team and fix the bugs because its ridiculous and its frustrating. And seriously you wont let us put this review in because we dont have a nickname and the ones we put in are taken !!! Just stop being stupid!!!!

We kind of like this game, however it has a hand full of issues. 1) Energy redemption is way to slow. We want to play longer than a few min at a time. 2) Not sure how it happened but started playing this morning, Came back an hour later and it reset itself back to where we were the day before. We had completed tasks that showing not completed. Very disappointed as we moved a lot of stuff round only for them to move back and moving items to line up are not easy. To time consuming. 3) items only face 1 way and are not versatile. 4) Tasks do not state how to complete them and some of them are even registering that they arent completed when actually done. Game deleted..
Loved the game and am on Level 15 would have given 4 stars except it has major issues. On Level 14 we started noticing that when we try to complete the daily errands such as give 2 gifts, feed 3, etc we have Problems. We go to friends farms and when we return to our farm after completing the daily tasks everything we have done done to visiting friends farms has reverted back to beginning of the prior time that we logged into game. We have noticed this for the last 3 or 4 days not sure how long its been happening. It loses our money we’ve earned, plants we have harvested, canning, baking, sawmill and brickyard work all gone. Some of this stuff it took hours and hours to produce. Too bad because it was a really cool looking app with neat decorations and fun tasks.
This games is great but something went wrong with our phone and we lost all of our progress. We were up to level 14! And it took a lot of hard work. Is there a way that we can get our progress back? Please and thank you.

We love farming and we love this game. However… Could you PLEASE remove the Christmas theme/decor without us having to start over or loose any game progress?
Pretty descent game but moves slow. We think the developer could work on tweaking the transition time to do things like going to friends farms. It takes several taps to get it going.
