We have been playing this game for countless years but since the last set of new levels you added, they are impossible to beat. Ive never spent days on one level and its very frustrating. Im still giving you 5 stars since Ive been playing so long but please stop making these levels impossible to beat.

Why must you make us wait a minute between each spin when we are using the Spin to Win to collect prizes? That is 9 minutes EVERY DAY that we have to wait to spin again to WATCH and ad. It is so annoying sitting and waiting.
Since the new update the game doesnt open at all. Very sad.
Ive been playing this game for years, and its fun….HOWEVER, we feel its necessary to warn players about making in app purchases for gold bars. We have had three separate (possibly more) experiences where this game has charged us for purchases we have not made, and charged for multiples of purchases without authorization. We have reported these fraudulent charges to Microfun/Jellipop_match (and Apple iTues), and requested refunds from Jellipop Match, but each time Jellipop Match has refused to refund the money they fraudulently charged us. While they have credited our account with the gold bar packages, this still doesnt make it right for them to make unauthorized charges and then force players to pay and not refund their money when they did not intend to make the purchases in the first place. We suggest to anyone who is interested in playing this game to make sure to either make sure to not allow in app purchases from this game, or keep an eye on receipts for fraudulent charges….and be aware that they will not refund your money if they charge you without your authorization.
Ive sent messages (email) with photos but there is a message as soon as we try to access the game written in Chinese, we cannot read it and we will not click on it to access the game. That being said Im being blocked from playing the game and no response to our emails for a fix. Im extremely frustrated with no response with assistance And now you respond with if youre still having issues logging in you can click on contact us in the game and send us a message. If we cant get into the app how can we click contact us seriously.

Help! We got on today to play this game and the language is switched from English to Japanese or Chinese. It was working fine last night. When we click on that pop up, the app crashes. We cannot find where to contact tech support. We love this game! Please fix it.

We love this game so much but really disappointed that theres no update for more areas in the marketplace or anywhere else.
We literally just spent three days on level 786 and we give up. There are other games that wont cheat and make you sit on levels for DAYS because we dont want to watch commercials!!! Uninstalled.
We play 3 other games that after a while they help you win a few games in a row as incentive, this one not so often and we dont like the fact you only get one red star per game. We think they should give you red stars depending on how well youve done: really good game 3 red stars, good 2, so so game 1, at 1 star at a time youll never get anything done, considering it will always cost money to keep playing.

When doing the step challenges where there are more levels to complete. It would be nice if left own turns would move onto the next level with you. Also we need a new quest. We have 200 stars and nothing to spend them on.
The game is because we are enjoying what is because it is difficult and the stage is longer than three days. Why is the wheel of fortune, but a unit alloy. You are afraid of it as if it is real. We use it for the game. Just and continue to play.
Played game for over 3 years, made purchases and have enjoyed ourselves. Unfortunately in the last 6 mos game kicks us out after a few minutes of play. Ive tried to correct it by following tutorials or step by step instructions but no luck. We have no problem with our other game apps. Disappointed.

We are on level 2974 and they dont have any quest for you to pass the level and we wait more than 10 day already.

What is going on with the game? This was one of our favorites but we are so disappointed that it is not working correctly. All we get is please hold on while constructing??? Ive even deleted and installed again. The only thing that happened was we had to start from the beginning. Please fix this game.
Ive been playing this game for years. It was simple and fun but after each update it got complicated, full of buttons and stuff… Its like matching in not main game anymore we didnt update it for while and after this update we dont recognize this it So we dont think we play it anymore.

We love this game but, since the IOS 14.1 upgrade, we are periodically unable to access the Jellipop Match game. When the app opens, we can sometimes tap at the bottom of the screen and get logged in. Other times the app seems to freeze and we cant log in at all. We havent been able to get logged in for the past 3 days. Please help.
We have been playing this game for years. This update is the first that has made the game worse. It will not load any longer.
Has not opened since the last update. Can't get past the initial Halloween screen. It's been this way for about a week. Too long for it not to have been fixed.

We used to love this game but with the new version it is not fun. It would be good to make 2 versions of this game : one without tasks just like the old one was. Also please make the size of the pieces bigger like it was before.
Today, we updated and it crashed. We have been having a lot of server issues lately and almost lost all our data last week. Also, for the cat special piece your extra treats like the hammer, glove or lollipop should move with you to the next level if you dont use it.

We ADORE this game. We think its so much fun and the graphics and animations are so much better than most other games. We havent been playing for that long, but from what we HAVE played, this seems like an incredible game. Our only concern is the fact that this game is steered towards children, and literally in the tutorial the CHILD says a cuss word. We dont know why that was added including the fact it was so unnecessary, but whatever. We also think the additional thing that they have magic is unnecessary, but Ive gotten used to it. Other than that, this game is so well put together! Very entertaining and fun to play.
We were liking the game but than quest stopped. We were playing this game because we like doing the quest. We guess we need to find another game.

We love this game. Its really cute and similar to other games we really like but it lacks in fixing up the island. Im at level 195 and theres nothing more we can do with the island, we have 20 extra stars left over. You can continue playing the game, but the point of the game is to fix up the island so theres no point to continue playing the game. We would love another update so we can continue playing the game and enjoy the progress of fixing the island.

Play this game nightly. Now its exceedingly hard to earn lives/free play but the WORST is that it crashes every two minutes. Whatever bugs you thought you fixed this last update multiplied and had 1000 babies.
Im very u happy with the new update on the game, we wish u would go back to the old way the game was we can honestly tell u we dont play it as often as we use to because of the update.

This has been our favorite game for a long time and the only one we spent money on. Im in the 2000s but we think Im done. Two days ago the whole game updated and changed and its awful. How could they do it? Im going to give it today and then Ill have to move on.
