We have been playing this game for years on an android device with no problems just tons and hours of fun. Now here we are on an iPhone and it freezes up, almost after every level, but mostly gets hung up after an ad. We want to play the game smoothly again like we did when we started years ago. We dont want to delete the app but may have to to stop the freezing.
There are very few games we truly enjoy and this is one.
The game gets stuck because too many ads pop up.

Great 3-match. However, need to eliminate ridiculous tuned bombs one can not strategize to remove given the randomness of nearby opportunities to even reach them. Separated game boards in which there are no direct links are also obnoxious, but the rest of this game and its feature are delightful.

We love playing this game, the only problem we have is you never win money unless you pay to play even when you solve the puzzles quick. There needs to be more rewards and less ads. Its supposed to be a free game.
We were loving this game until we reached the end of levels. The game now is frozen every time we try to play it. Ive deleted and redownloaded and still frozen.
We like this game and play it daily. Yesterday we downloaded the upgrade and today it opens to the first level and you cant advance the page and nothing responds when we click on it. It is frozen on the first page.

We really like this game. The pieces & puzzles seem to have more variety than other Match 3 games. Some levels are quite challenging!! Ive got a phone full of this type of game but this is the one we always go back to.
We reached the last level a month ago and now we have to wait for new levels to get developed. We enjoyed this game but now getting very upset. Should not take a month to get new level developed.

We love the game but, when we dont quite make it they give you a second chance suppose to give you 3 chances if you watch a video but they only give you 2.
In our experience this is one of the better pop the jewel/clear the screen games. There are enough rewards we dont have to buy boosters, but challenging enough to not be tedious. Once you figure out the impact the different boosters have on the snow and ice, its a lot of fun.

Please fix level 1372. The ice cream cone falls in the wrong spot and you cant finish the level. We really enjoy the game but now we cant play the game anymore because we cant pass this level.

Please fix the glitch in level 1372. The ice cream falls out in the wrong location making it impossible to finish the level.

We are enjoying this so much we dont play bejeweled blitz anymore.
Game started out fun, but then became frustrating.
An ad for this was shown, and we remembered how much we liked the game, so we reinstalled it. Then, we remembered why we deleted it. After each round there is an ad (ok) and then an offer to buy a tool package for this game. You can neither close the offer or buy the package. So after every round we have to close the app and restart it. Bye.
The game might be fun, but you get to play one short round which is followed by a long ad. The ad often glitches out and wont close. We dont even see a way to make it ad free.
It keeps freezing on the Beginners bundle ad. We have to close out the whole game and reboot it, only to have it happen again. Not worth the aggravation.
Like the game, but the screen keeps freezing on purchase beginners bundle – seems you cant advance unless you purchase the beginners bundle.
