They apologize for update that forces one to pay a second time and claim player can once again have full access without paying a second time – but then dont give you a way to do so. Very unethical. And a bullying tactic.
There is a different way to play every game and every level is a different game, so the variety of game playing is endless. You play the same game over and over until you win. This is our favorite game . It never gets boring. We promise you that you will love it!
Would pay $ for cheats and hints though.
How do you get too level six it wont let us play level six do we have too buy it in order too get too level six?
To get into 7 Seas we have to subscribe every time we want to play. It is aggravating, to say the least. We have given up and wont pay for it again until that problem is solved!

Great game but after we subscribed it worked for less than a day and wont let us back in the game. It tells us to subscribe and tge when we try to subscribe it tells us Im already subscribed. Very frustrating. Please fix it.
Update: The game has stopped crashing, but we had deleted and reinstalled it, and now we cant restore our purchase. Its looking like the only way to use the app is through a subscription, but there is still a paid option. We already paid $9.99 for this app – it shouldnt be a mystery as to how to get it back. We sent an email hopefully theres a fix for this. _____________After avoiding updating this app because of all the recent problems, we accidentally hit update all on our apps and now it crashes instantly. It was working perfectly with the latest OS until we updated it. Its been years since we bought the app, but its not unreasonable to think it ought to still work (without having to buy a subscription!) ______________________ Previous review… So far, we really like this one we’ve loved the Jewel Quest games for years, but we thought we were through with them after the last version. We refuse to pay for extra moves and boosts just to keep playing. We don’t mind paying once to have the whole game. Love this game, BUT. When we got to level 10 we had to renew the subscription to continue, even though our subscription did not expire for another 2 weeks. We paid $4.99. Now Iam on level 12 and it wont let us play unless we pay another $4.99,Ridiculous!
Though you can certainly download the game for free, progression beyond level 6 requires a monthly payment of $9.99. Considering the number of similar match-3 games on the market, this price seems excessive, especially since the app does not bring anything new to the genre. We immediately deleted and will not download from this developer again.

When went to our game Jewel Quest Seven Seas a page is up blocking us to play. We have already paid $9.99 for this game & we are on level 88. We can not get back on to play. We Well since November we have been trying to get our money back because we couldnt Play the game. It locked us out. They sent us an email to tell us how to get our game back but trying it did not work. We think the we win company are nothing but thieves & apparently They dont have people working for them that know what their doing. We will not even give them we star. Game 103 expert level the wheels dont change when you get them. They go from 5 to 4 & back to 5. Then sometime it says 0 but you dont win even when you have gotten all the gold blocks.

Very heartbroken when it crashed just when we were nearing the very end! We keep trying to get back in but it keeps disconnecting. We are looking for other similar games to this one. We truly enjoyed this game, seriously! We wish they would fix this up so it can be back. No other games are like this one. This game is very fun with unique challenges. We are at the point where we have to pay $9.99/month for this and other games before we can continue. We dont mind buying a game but Im not spending money every month for games we dont want. Maybe this is offered as a separate purchase but we honestly am too busy to search.
At level 13 this company requires you to start paying $9.99/mo to play! Id rather watch some ads. Im definitely not paying that! Maybe $5.00 total to buy the game ad free. Deleted.

Is this correct that you cant go past level 12 without subscribing for $9 a month??? We love The old Jewel Quest games and was so happy to find this one and we would pay $ to buy it, but Im not going to pay that as a monthly fee.
We got this game and it worked good before. But now its not working on our new iPhone 11 PRO((((. Give us back our money.
So apparently you can only get to level 15 and then you have to purchase the game or spend money to continue. So much for free. Oh well deleted the app and moving on.
Today we got an email from iWin with a sure fix for the crashing app and the restore our purchase problems. We didnt expect thisits been a while since we gave up. We are glad they didnt and figured out a fix for one of our favorite games. Bravo, iWin!

We just downloaded the game. We were able to play the first and second level with no problems. The third level just spins and spins and will not download. Disappointing as it looked as though it was going to be fun.
Purchased the game a year ago. Decided to play again and re-downloaded. Two levels in and got a full screen ad demanding $9.99 a month. We ALREADY PAID FOR THE GAME. This is ludicrous, and we feel as though we’ve been robbed. Disgusting and very shady company.

We purchased this game years ago. Always liked the Jewelquest games. Have not played in a few months. Open it to play and cannot. Read reviews and come to find out you want us to pay 9.99 a month? After we already bought it years ago? Yea, not going to happen. And we will not purchase another iwin game again. Fix this, answer some people comments, do something.
The text is hard to read and it has two black bars covering the game. We have an xs max.
We phone 11. Black bars at top of screen and 1/4 of way up from bottom. Unplayable.
This was our favorite & only game we played on our phone. We had made it through the first 120 levels & into the Expert mode, but now we cant even play w/out paying a $9.99 monthly subscription fee… Not worth it!

It is so challenging, we cant put it down, we got all the way to the,last game to play, our iPad crashed, have to start over. We have paid for this game when it first came out. All of a sudden after years, they want us to pay again, we even rejoined accidentally and we still could not play. We had to remove from our account and redownload it. ThT took us back to the beginning. Very frustrating, but Im addicted.

One of the finest, time-consuming games of all time – seemingly destroyed by greed. Although IWin claims to have fixed the problem and despite having previously purchased the game, it only opens briefly then immediately closes. Shame!

We absolutely love this game. Its an addiction. But this morning when we went to play our game, that we love so much, there was an addition, an advertisement for all access games. They want us to sign up for $10 monthly payment. And all of a sudden we cant play our game that we paid for. All we can get is this ad on the screen.
Fun game, love the challenges. Would rather purchase than deal with in-app purchase offers. We had completed up through about #104 when the game locked up and our choice was to pay $9.99 per month and get access to several games, or delete the game. Im picky and dont want access to a whole bunch of games. Id rather pay up front which is what we have done in the past 20 years. Not all games are fun. Some are awkward and poorly done.

We purchased this game 2 years ago in order to play without ads & played it a lot. Stopped playing for awhile this year only to find that we now have to spend more money to continue playing without ads. We love this game. We purchased it several years ago. It was our go to game for a long time until we got an update message. So we updated only to find that we had to purchase a game we had already purchased. Sadly we had to delete it. Didnt want to purchase again and wasnt interested in the package being offered. We still miss playing the game.
