We like the Jigsaw Puzzle Plus upgrade in 2022. We like having all of the edge pieces at the top of the tray. But, has there been a tweak to put some on the bottom as well? We like seeing all of the puzzles within a category all at once. Im glad we were able to get back to no ads since we had already purchased the app years ago. We love the variety of puzzles selections! We like the option to change the background color of the puzzle field. So, in spite of a few glitches with the upgrade that we experienced during the first day or so after the upgrade, Im very pleased with the app. We play it on an iPad exclusively, btw. The only thing we would recommend is that there should be instructions on the options or a guide to how to navigate the app. For some people, it may be frustrating getting into or out of a puzzle, for example. Or, finding where the sound or flash options are. Thank you! Update on April 1, 2023: Im still enjoying Jigsaw Puzzle Plus. We have two requests, though. Is it possible to have captions on the photos? Also, is it possible to add a feature where a user can send a photo of the puzzle they just finished to someone and also to tweet it, too?
We just worked two different puzzles. One had two missing pieces and the other had one. These are puzzles from our library and 1400 pieces each VERY unhappy about this FIX THIS NOW!!!!!!
Decline in functionality since we wrote this review. Ads are right next to the tray of pieces, and it’s hard to avoid clicking an ad when trying to drag in a piece. That often takes you out of the game, and when you go back in it’s messed up, sometimes having lost pieces or even wiping everything out. Very frustrating. Just lost everything when we had only 7 pieces of 260 left to place. It’s a shame because the puzzles themselves are excellent, but we’re looking for a new app. The best jigsaws out there. The number of difficulty options and of different puzzles make this exceptional. Have never encountered a bug or a boring puzzle. Kudos to the developers.
Was our very favorite game app. The upgrade is awful, the pieces are difficult to move around, hate the sound effects. We dont want to choose the number of pieces each time, just let us set it. One improvement is that it is now easier to remove a group when done. Otherwise the whole thing is much less pleasant to use, not relaxing at all. And we dont need a little bell chime with every correct piece! Ugh.
We figured out the new interface and discovered where everything is and Im pleased to say this is now the perfect puzzle app. We recommend purchasing the paid version. Its seamless and so nice without the ads.
We like that you can see all of your individual puzzles on the our Puzzles screen, and we like the larger background color selection, but actually filling in the puzzle is awkward. We wish we could articulate how it just is.
There is no longer a way to select whether or not to only have edge pieces or a mix. It is also difficult to get back to the puzzles we already have. So far have found little to like about this update.
We purchased this app several years ago and have enjoyed the way it works. We would have given it 5 stars. With the upgrade, the first question Im asked when we opened the game is whether or not we want ads. We said no and the game would not open. We had to uninstall and reinstall and approve ads to get it to work at all. In the side tray, all the edge puzzle pieces are at the top so theres no challenge there. Its just a hot mess. Please revert to the original format. It wasnt broken and your improvements have made it far less enjoyable to play.
Yes, the graphics are nice, but now its more complicated to navigate and there are ADS! Prefer the old version without the ads.
OMG what happened? Overnight the app has changed dramatically. Was there an update? We loved this app, it was our favorite puzzle app and we played it every day but we absolutely hate whats happened to it.
This has been the best until the new update and now it is awful. We have enjoyed the old game for years so will have to give it up, Sorry.
The changes that were made within the past few days are really bad. The way the puzzle pieces move, the sound effects, everything gets a thumbs down! They shouldve left it the way it was.
Why did they mess with it? Now its hard to get pieces to stay in place, they bounce, no more putting borders up first, soooo many problems! Hate the update and sorry we paid for the ad free. Wont be using anymore.

This was the best app for relaxing our mind after a long day of work. This new update is horrible, moving pieces feels choppy, we’ve lost the ability of the full screen because of the ads. Very disappointed, will now have to search for a new jigsaw puzzle app!
We liked the format the way it was, too bad you changed it.
We have been playing this puzzle app for a few years. Recently, everything changed. Now it is very slow to load. Now its loaded with ads but the old one didnt have ads. Playing the game is no longer enjoyable.
We were devastated when this app disappeared, but so happy it is back! So many puzzles to download and new ones added all the time. Plus you can use your own pics! HOURS spent filling downtime with this. LOVE it!

Yea, the developer fixed this for the iPad. Well made Jigsaw Puzzle and lots of paid and free photos. Nice to be able to remove the ads for $3.99 as worth it. THANKS to the developer.

We’re always taking screenshots of beautiful landscapes within our games that we play- and this lovely app allows us to puzzle them. It can be complex +1000 pieces for us, 20 for our child, and it saves the puzzles in the app! Love Love Love it!
Be warned! Highly addicting game!!! Love the game and that they done not just have a few free puzzles – but literally hundreds of them! Most of the others felt like a bait-and-switch "free" puzzle app. This one rocks! Keep it up y’all! Lovin it!!!

This is the VERY best puzzle in the App Store! Love it!!
Puzzles are great, but we can’t get past the double-tap to rotate. Even with a stylus, it’s annoying and often takes several taps to rotate. Maybe this feature will be improved in the next update.
The puzzle does not stay in place and will hide your pieces. The tap twice to rotate feature is cumbersome. Takes pressure to make it work. The side bar of your pieces will move way to fast if your not careful. Although not the worst puzzle app, magic puzzle is by far the best there is. Also, where are the critical reviews? Do you delete them?
We will never buy another puzzle at the stoRe again… We have done several of the puzzles in this app they have super fantastic selections and size puzzles you want to do. Some really great ones are only 99 cents or 1.99 Worth it for sure! The app has never frozen or clichd it’s the best one we’ve used! Thanks so much for the app we’re addicted to puzzles now!
This is probably one of the best mobile jigsaw puzzles we’ve come across. There is ability to select the number of pieces in a wide range, and the images that come with it are great as are the sets you can buy. You can also use your own photos, which is a really desirable feature. There are only a couple of things that could make it even better: 1. A separate control for scrolling the drawer as it’s sometimes hard to get your finger on the drawer rather than on a puzzle piece and vice versa. 2. Ability to choose different puzzle shapes and amount of grid curvature. 3. Image resolution seems a little "soft" when low numbers of pieces are selected. Great work!

Love this app. Satisfies our jigsaw puzzle addiction. Plenty of picture choices and degrees of difficulty.
Love this app. Their choice of puzzle photos and options (size of puzzle, background color of table etc) are great. Plus you can make a puzzle from one of your own photos of you wish. Sometimes we get frustrated with the "snap to grid" feature on the puzzle pieces but it sure is a nice feature when the piece matches something nearby!

So rare to find a true jigsaw puzzle game that is just like you were doing it on the card table with the family and the quality of the selections is amazing. The only improvement we would suggest is that a description of many of the pictures would be appreciated where possible. There is no better product than this!
