We wish you would make a cart option so we can place multiple puzzles we want to buy in the cart and pay for them all that one time. We use PayPal for all purchases so we have to do a separate transaction for each puzzle one at a time and it's very annoying. We used to do the puzzles every day for years, but not as much anymore. We also wish we could buy puzzles with some of the coins that we earn. We currently have 235 puzzle packs we have bought over the years. We are looking at the game and we see 23 more puzzle packs that we want to buy but we're not going to do them one at a time through PayPal. Updated 12-31-25.
Ive been enjoying this puzzle app for years and really love it! Cant say enough good things about it. Love the options available for relaxing play: number of pieces, sound, music or none, ways to earn coins, lots of free content and especially the December puzzles to unwrap each day!! Ive been doing jigsaw puzzle for years now & we totally think its the best on all the rest of the puzzles Ive downloaded & deleted at the same time we saw what they were like.

The past few weeks the ads have been really messed up. Often we cant get the points we earn from completing a puzzle bc the ad goes totally blank and no matter how long we wait we cant do anything or get out of the ad. We have to restart the app and lose the points we earned. Also now doing it at the beginning and middle of game as well. Constantly having to start over. We love the game but am about to quit playing it bc it is very aggravating. Hope you fix it soon. Giving a lower rating due to that and hoping someone sees it with a lower rating and can fix it.
We love this app, hundreds of free images and with the coins you collect you can buy new puzzles! Its so fun and we love it so much and we hope to see you get it so you wont miss out on the fun and you can even take a picture and turn it into a wonderful puzzle you can always pick how many puzzle pieces you want they go from 9-445 l love it if you dont believe us check it out Gracie R Age 11.

We are writing this review and giving it 5 stars in hope everyone will see it. We love doing these puzzles. We have done hundreds had so many objectives completed then our app froze up the other day. We were forced to redownload it. We have lost all our progress all our completed puzzles everything. Logging in does not help bring it back. Contacting support has not helped because they are non responsive. So here we are with an app that isnt even loaded back to the former state it was in and everything gone. So have fun, and pray your app doesnt crash.
We really enjoy your game. Today 10/18/25, the game pops up with a network issue when our system is working. All our other apps are working so this game is broken. Please fix this. Then we will change to 5 stars. Thank you. YAH! You fixed it. Thank you! 5 stars it is.
What happened to being able to buy puzzle packs with coins? Whats the point of collecting coins now? Very disappointing. BTW, we wish the pause button was on the puzzle page & not on the banner.
We've been using this app for approximately five years. We prefer the most colorful puzzles, which are always readily available. The prices are modest, and they offer wonderful daily FREE puzzles!! We have other puzzle apps, but we wouldn't dream of switching! We have never had a technical problem.
This game has always been absolutely wonderful. When iPads first came out, we downloaded it and loved playing. We will soon be purchasing our fourth iPad and we will need to download it again and transfer our game information. We are hoping that this time our game history actually transfers. Say a prayer.
Best jigsaw puzzle game ever. They offer Americana, the only jigsaws we like. We would like to add a wish. If its possible, can the devs make it so we can see the puzzle picture without having to go out of the app and then come back in. Thats how we work some of the puzzles. Thanks.
As a senior citizen we love putting these Jigsaw Puzzles together. The puzzles are beautiful and a variety of sizes of puzzles to work.
Ive been using this free app for years and solve at least one puzzle a day. Our iPad limits how small we can make each piece, so we cant say Im an expert. Dont tell the producers, but Ive never paid a penny on this site.
Ive tried most of the coloring apps and JIGSAW PUZZLE IS STILL THE BEST. The stat sheets they use cover most all stats you could imagine. Ive colored every art picture and always get excited when a new art work shows up because we LOVE a challenge and these are tough. GREAT JOB TO ALL THAT WORK AT JIGSAW PUZZLE. THANK YOU.
Our only problem is, its difficult to close. This issue was solved a while ago and its back again. Why does it take 6-8 swipes to close the app.
Those of us who cant just watch a movie or listen to an extended phone call can and need to be doing something, this is perfect. We often put puzzles together during tv commercials, during the programs as one can listen and still put puzzles together. They have beautiful ones to pick from but we often save photos to make our own. Every day you receive a free one and can pick the number of pieces depending on your level of patience. We make sure to pick up the free one even if we intend to use it another day. This puzzle is great. Have had it for years.

We love doing these puzzels, but why do we have to keep going back to the apps store to open it up.
We purchased this app a few years ago. Recently we were diagnosed with Alzheimers and the neurologist recommended we work on puzzles and other mind exercising games. This has been an amazing entertainment for us. We particularly like the colorful ones! There are others that have the antique-type look and we dont enjoy those. We really recommend this app. No tricks or hidden charges.
We have collected all of scavenger xx and it will not let us collect free puzzles. Do we really have to buy more to get these free? Please advise.
Ive tried all of the jigsaw puzzles out there, and this is by far the best the ease of using is unsurpassed.
We have bought many puzzles, and we have over 200,000 coins and can rarely use them. At least let us use them on older packs.
We have very often reached the level of 6 or 8 completed puzzles, when 10 are required in order to win full points, only to have our total reset to 0 completed puzzles. In the most recent scavenger puzzle, currently underway, our total was reset twice. Once it was up to 8, and we kept working puzzles and got it up to 6, when it was reset again. In another contest it was actually up to 10, but we kept working another puzzle and when it was completed our score was reset to 0. We dont care that much about the points, but we dont like to lose. We like working the puzzles, but we feel a little resentment every time we start a new puzzle, because the system is unfair.
Since last iPad update in November 2025 this app needs to keep up. It has major stability issues. Screen slowly freezes up to totally frozen. We buy a lot of their puzzles which we can no longer do due to this problem.
It lacks a desktop version! We would love to have the option to also play on our MacBook Pro.
Relaxing and pleasant with plenty of visually pleasing puzzles to tackle. Our go-to wind down app. Table no longer rotates to landscape. What happened? Update: our puzzle app is not working at all today. The daily puzzle is just spinning and spinning, and all of the October puzzles are whited out. Wi-fi AND data. 11/7/25 Recently, many of our puzzles cannot be done in Landscape. Ive tried turning our screen rotation lock on and off, but it doesnt help. Not sure what else to try.
Whose idea was it to add the tray at the side of the screen? Its a terrible idea! We hate it. It takes up screen space. Please give users the option to remove it. Ive loved this app for years! Dont ruin it.
Our new morning coffee and puzzle routine. We're positively addicted. Love jigsaws, but do not have room for them in our small house with our kitties, who love little play things. Mimi iPad sometimes a challenge, but that's what makes it so fun and enjoyable anywhere! Still our morning coffee activity a year later! The Best. Much more enjoyable with our IPad Pros bigger format. Many years later we are still enjoying Jigsaw.
We probably should have reviewed this app before it started with this new glitch. Ive had the app for years and thoroughly enjoy the puzzles. We always use our iPad for this. But just recently, within the past week or so, its been telling us that Im not online (even when we are, and other apps and WiFi are working fine). We went to the support page, where we learned from an article that there have been problems with connectivity issues in some areas of the app. We can play the puzzles Ive already downloaded but it will not let us download the free daily puzzle or any new ones. Im hesitant to uninstall the app and reinstall it, since the article in the help page says not to do so, as you can lose some of your data that way. Ive tried restarting the app, and the iPad, to no avail. Ill be looking forward to when this is fixed.
You make it easy to get out of ads. We would like a puzzle site that just let us build puzzles. We like lion and lamb pictures which we can get on some of the Christian sites but they also make us play games. Please delete all our completed puzzles. We are not very tech savvy and use our iPad to play games but Im always running out of space. We just had to delete some of our favorite games because our 32 iPad was at 31.9. Mostly because of puzzles but also because the games Ive played for years build up in our memory. Why? Is there a way to not have 10 years of Spider build up. We like Mobility Ware best of all games because your games are clean and neat and not have you adding stuff on all the time and when you do, we can ignore it.
Constantly spinning circle of death on the daily puzzle. Also getting a check your network error when trying to open any puzzle. Have tried all the usualrestart device, etc. Just completely unable to do anything at all.
The range of available puzzles is great – wonderful variety. However, the ads are annoying- particularly the ones for Royal Match which you have to X- out numerous times. What is with this ad being forced fed to us anyway.
If you enjoy puzzles, you will enjoy Jigsaw Puzzles. They have a puzzle for everyone. You can pick your level of challenge and the type of puzzles you enjoy doing. The one draw back is the coins, you cant purchase just any puzzles with them so youre better off to just purchase the puzzles outright. We do collect the free coins and use them occasionally and it adds another dimension to playing but they can be used only for a limited selection. Otherwise it is the best puzzle game available.
We love these puzzles! They are great for travel or hanging out at home. Our only complaint is that the puzzles used to change orientation when we propped our iPad on its side. Its the ideal position for it! Please fix that and then it would be a 5 star app for sure.
We wish you can click on a saved puzzle and see which pack it comes from.
If we wanted to read, Id get a book. Not interested in your new coins challenge.
We like this game, however, older people or people with site issues cannot zoom the puzzle out very far, making it difficult for people who cant see that well allowing us to zoom in and hold it would certainly help.
Im nearly blind so we need to choose them with care but theres plenty to choose from. We have had the app freeze a few times – it usually means we need to clear our history on our iPad. Thanks for the fun.
We played this before the Disney partnership and it was our favorite app. We stopped playing because since the partnership it was filled with glitches but recently it's been fixed and we're back to playing. We're open to completing any and all puzzles but we pay for packs anyways specifically so we don't have to watch ads. We love the app, but our only problem is why am we having to watch ads for puzzles we paid for.
We love this app. It has a wonderful variety of puzzles and Ive played it for years. We gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because we hate the new feature that shrinks the puzzle on the last piece. Its irritating.
We can open the app in landscape. Its perfect for viewing puzzle choices. But when we go to a puzzle it returns to vertical which makes the puzzle difficult to work. The lock key is on unlock.
Our favorite 5 star puzzle now has earned 3 stars and thats a stretch . So disappointed the format has been changed to a few marching pieces at a time rather that displaying all the pieces. Oh, sure, you can select to return to the original display format which is now super sensitive to touch making the pieces difficult to control. Oh well, fun while it lasted.
We love the puzzles, hate being interrupted with Ads.
We were really enjoying this game until they implemented a feature that shows you unskippable ads every time you finish 10% of the puzzle. Ruins the experience.
Bring back the ability to buy puzzle packs with tokens! You offer a few, but they are simplistic and boring. We want to be able to choose the packs we like. We hate that this was removed. We also purchased the ad-free version, yet we are still bombarded with the daily sale every single time we open or reopen the app to play. Grrr. Otherwise, we love this app, just dont appreciate the changes. This was our review a few years ago, and it still stands. We have almost 15,000 tokens, yet most of the packs for sale with coins are BORING. Sky, waterfalls, rainbows, animals, we mean come on. Also, the 3-pack sets are ridiculous. Offer some of the popular packs for tokens once in a while.
We like it but what made us get it is it was advertising no ads and theres an ad like every 5 mins.
Starting yesterday, 10/18/25, the daily puzzle doesnt load. Whats wrong? Please fix asap.
