Boards like this are hard to distinguish which one needs to be lit up, please make boards easier to see whats missing. Love the game.
Ads yes we understand, but a pop up requesting our passcode, NO.
We really like playing this game but we only get half a screen when we download it. Ive contacted support a couple of times and it is fixed for a day where we have a full screen on our Ipad. The next day it is back to a half page again. The last time we tried to contact support it wouldnt send our request so guess they are sick of us at this point! Update – they still havent fixed the problem! We have always liked this game, when we have a full screen!! But alas, only a half screen so will delete it again.

Its fun when we can unlock so many different characters! And these characters can provide different power ups just cause or completing a quest for them. We wish there were more events happening frequently. Or a place for us to spend our tickets. Now that we have all of the characters, theyre accumulating.
We've been using this app since August 2017 and love the complexity. While it took six months to fix, it is back and we're ecstatic! Most complex game and creative. We missed all that but it's back. Thank you.

Hey so when we play the level and the character wants coconut milk or honey its a rabbit dressed like a carrot making monkey noiseseven with the purple jam too!! It makes us uncomfortable for some reasonmaybe fix this when you get the chance.

Obsessed with this game! Im pretty far in the game at level 3104 and we love playing the challenges weekly but we havent seen one in at least 2 weeks, will there be more? The bingo one is our favorite! Also our shop has nothing more for us to buy so Im assuming Ive purchased everything available.
This is a fun game with different types of levels. The original voices cracked us up, but they've changed them to somewhat annoying voices, but otherwise a very fun game. Challenging sometimes, easy at other levels. Free bonuses make it really fun.

Its sad to see that a game we once enjoyed in our childhood fall off so much Back in 2016, this game had a lot going for it, interesting characters with lore, a villain, something most match 3 games didnt have at the time. But then they removed the villain, and replaced them with some pointless character, and turned it into a pay to win game, it was sad watching this game fall They were so ambitious and changed what made their game so good in the first place. Though we love the cute characters.
Please explain HOW to get off a level when the items that are needed does NOT appear. We had about 10 moves left and the game would not drop the needed items to advance to the next level. Ive been on this same level week after week ( still on this same level ) to get the items we need to move forward. Please explain.
While we wait for new games to drop, we play Cloud City. Today we lost all our progress and it sent us back to level 1! So frustrating that we have to wait for new levels, then sll our levels in CC were wiped out! Finding a new game.

Our game is stuck on level 5260 why cant we access the next level.
We want to play this game so badly but no matter how we sign in or with what service (FB or Google) it automatically connects with our moms old game board. We WANT TO PLAY FROM THE BEGINNING!!! Its like the game just wont let us because we have her old phone and it is just stuck on her old progress. We even tried to delete her saved account and deleted the app and reinstalled and the same thing happened so now we are super frustrated but determined to play! Please help.
We've been using this game since August 2017. It is a very interesting match 3/match 4 game. It's very complicated and takes a while to complete each level. We're only at level 575. Our main complaint is they switch the the buttons back and forth between "Pay to Play" and "Replay" between each lost game. Thus, it's too easy to hit the wrong one and pay for games there's no way you'd win anyway. Given it's hard to win and earn coins, it is not fair on the developers' part for the users to keep losing them by accident. Buys are too expensive given how few points you earn as it is. There is no "five move" left warning either and this adds to the accidental Buys. Whenever this happens, we offload the game for a few days to a week. We love the game but don't like being "played" by the developers. November 21, 2022 8,32 PM Eastern USA.
We have been playing this game for about 3yrs maybe more and was connected to our FB to save and recover our progress and then all of a sudden one day it disconnected on its own and never returned. We attempted to connect our FB again and there was no saved progress. We were on about level 3120 and now Im back to 1. Very disappointing. Reached out via email and no response as well.
We searched for this app for a while and finally found it. We played this a lot when we were younger and the nostalgia is amazing.

Ive been playing for years, since 2015 its been a staple on our phone. We have gotten up to over level 3000. Then we log in this week and its lost all of our progress. We contact support and they give us our levels back but its not like restoring what Ive lost. Ive lost all our stars, our cards, our characters, our trucks, our town square decorations etc. So its pretty much like starting over. And now the game has ads. So Im starting to think it was an error with a new update or with all the changes they just made to the game. If we had all our true progress and everything we would have gladly paid to be ad free but now.. After 7 years down the drain. Im like whats the use.

Our favorite game! Ive been playing it for 3 years now. Its fun and relaxing. We like how you are able to get free items by watching an ad which helps us when Im stuck. No ads when youre playing. You can also get free items by playing mini games. We like the sounds too. ASMR vibes.
