Love this game, but we have been stuck on level 37 for quite some time now! You need to collect 30 jellies and we find it pretty much impossible!!!! We are on the verge of throwing in the towel? Hate the thought of deleting it because we do very much enjoy playing it but it is very irritating that we cannot advance past this level. If you are good at this type of game we highly recommend trying it. Best social distancing past time!

Been stuck on level 40 for 3 months. Addicting, but it gets old.
You cant win any money in this game, although they promote it. After level 40, you get stuck in that level and theres no lucky draw. Still, its a fun game.
We dont understand how a game can glitch literally every other minute. We have to end up closing and reopening 5 or 10 times in a 15 minute session.
This game would be cool except its very difficult to earn tickets and they set the levels early in the game to be nearly impossible to beat. Im on level 40-for probably a year, you have to get 30 red in 12 moves but there arent any red the most we have gotten is 15 there are no boosts or anything to make the game fun or exciting. Just keeps you spinning your wheels you have to watch ton of ads for no progress.
Theres no point to playing this game if you want to beat it. You will get stuck on level 40. They expect you to get 30 red blocks in 12 moves and there are rarely even 30 red blocks throughout the whole game. After months of playing that level, we have never gotten more than 15.
Just started this game thought it was something we could get into hardcore. Love our games. But now we are thinking of deleting. This 2nd time opening the app (1st was when download). And everything is gone and ticket count is at zero.. So we gotta to do some thinking on wether to keep or not.
We waited so long before we get our refer bonus. How will we reach 50 referals if this works so slow. So disappointing.
We would give this game a five star rating but we cash out over 2 weeks ago no money or no one to contact. So you earn all your tickets and they dont let you transfer it to cash past 90 cents. Because all of a sudden you have a bad connection. Dont waste your time.
When we press the play button at the home screen, nothing happens.
Havent even been able to play one time stuck on title screen after signing in.
We created an account, email password and everything, now when we try to open the app, it just sits on the loading page playing that stupid music.

It was fun at first, but there is no way to get past a level without beating it. That’s fine on its own, but the levels often generate in ways that are unwinnable. We were stuck on 31 for a week until we got lucky. Now we’ve been on 40 for a week and we’re just going to delete the app. Also, don’t play big time apps expecting to actually get money. We’ve used them about an hour every day for months and still haven’t reached the $10 minimum to cash out. At this rate you’re way better off with bing rewards or swagbucks.

Can never get a hold of app support, your site always states that there’s a problem and they can’t connect. We are confused. We can’t stand how you are entered into the drawing for money but we cannot figure out how you earn money to withdraw it.
The Juicy Jelly game is fun and addicting! We would have given 5 s but when you get stuck there seems to be no info to help you. For example on stage 31 you need to collect 20 red blocks in 1 minute… So far we have not played this game where there were even 20 to collect.
Love this game although earning enough money to cash out takes awhile. As of right now we are on a level we cant figure out exactly what it is that they want us to do. Its different & exciting.
We love the concept where you can win or earn money just by playing games but some the game that have levels like Juicy Jelly and Bubble Burst the levels are just too difficult. We played level 96 on Bubble Burst for two months! Its not because its super difficult but because they dont line the colors up. So you have to keep playing until get the exact right colors on the screen and bubbles shooting. So its not all about skill to progress. Im an avid gamer and a couple of times we just want to give up. Juicy Jelly is the same. On level 31 they never give you enough red jellies to get 20 of them in one minute. Its annoying. So if they would fix their levels so it was more about skill and not luck we would of given it a 5.
