It is a fun game but needs som work like bug fixes.
This is not a bad game to kill some time. Its not a real money grabber but spending money on new karts and upgrades will help a lot in the win lane. You can get some game money each race but it takes a lot to have enough for upgrades. Im on level 19 and havent spent any real money yet and up to level 19 is fairly challenging but beyond that it gets harder to a point it may not be all that enjoyable. We only play the lower levels as Im not that good and seldom have time to play. Its been a year that the developers have made an update so this may be as good as this game will get.
We half to admit this is a pretty good game but on round seven our dad got 34 seconds which is less than 35 seconds and round eleven is probably the absolute hardest and round 22 is very difficult to achieve even a third place finish.
Just make the game .99 cents and give us a kart that actually moves.
This game is broken. This is a broken freemium model based game that is so demanding of your money. It has you play a few levels which you can easily win. Then when you reach the next level the other racers practically fly right past you and you have no chance of catching up. It has an upgrade system that has overpriced upgrades and a slow rate at which you earn the coins. But then they have the shop where you can spend money to upgrade your kart and buy new drivers very quickly. The multiplayer as well is laggy and in our opinion this game is not worth a dime. However though the game is sometimes fun if you play with friends. If the developers do decide to come back and work on the game, they need to fix the lag in multiplayer races and increase the amount of coins you earn in multiplayer matches and in the single player. This is a interesting game that could be good. Only its being held back by the freemium model that the game is connected to.
If you want to go past a few levels be ready to spend $$$ in the app. Too bad they couldn't monetize using ads. Oh wait they have those everywhere too.
Anyone know how to get your character into this game.
This game is amazing except the fact that it is so hard. In order to get past even the early stages you have to pay for a boost of some sort. The levels are super hard and sometimes the levels are just not fair.
We are stucked because we have no coins and no lives.

Greatest gokart game on AppStore, this is like a realistic generic version of F1RaceStars. In which is pretty good knowing that game is pay to win. We really want that tonykart btw.

We put our thumb on the gas,half way through the race the kart just slows down! We have to try to find the sweet spot on the gas peddle again! Every time this happens.
Many bugs in this game. Motion is choppy even on a 6 Plus, coins don't always register. For instance, if you win a race, and tap the screen, your coins won't register. Level 103 just doesn't load at all. Save your time and money and play another game.
When you watch an ad to earn more coins or lives, after watching it, you don't receive any.

This game is absolutely the best racing game we've ever played! It has amazing graphics we totally suggest this game to young and growing kids.
Every time we flip our iPad, tilt controls act weird. Right is left, left is right, it just doesnt work out anymore. Please fix this issue immediately, Kart Stars.
When we try to purchase a vehicle in the ON SALE vehicles, we have enough money for the one we want to buy. But, the coins shop comes up when we have enough money for the car. Please respond to this, Kart Stars.

We cant drift witch is totally unfair for some tracks. Once you get to the 80cc super kart Ill just tell you, good luck on that one.
The game is fine and short ,but most of the time we couldnt even drift without the car crashing.we try so hard. The game as well kept glitching on us. So these guys need to update the drifting and animation.
We enjoyed playing this game for the last year, but have stopped playing after the most recent update a couple weeks ago. This update changed the tilt control feature in a bad way. The steering is awful with this update. We have to tilt our device almost 180DEG to steer around corners and still unable to make corners smoothly. We cant even keep our eye on the screen because of this we have to steer so aggressively. Its taken the fun out of the game for us. Is there a way we can go back to previous version? Or change a setting back to previous steering settings.
With the newest update, you can no longer control the cars. You can turn hard but the car still goes straight into the wall. You cant even be competitive on it anymore. This was a great game and very addictive, but you destroyed it with this last update.

This game is so fun but there are a couple problem .the karts are super hard to control.Second problem the the race tracks.And if this game it to hard to complete we will just play our other favorite game Mario kart 8 deluxe.What game is better to you Mario kart 8 deluxe or kart stars.creators please fix.
The game is fun at first however even though Ive became very proficient at driving the upgrades are far too many coins. The prices you receive for winning are not nearly enough to make purchases for your next upgraded vehicle. We would not recommend this game. It would be great if they made some changes.
The ad starts the same time as the game (normally the game starts after the ad, but this bug is recurrent if you choose to replay after one game). It screws game every time it happens as we basically drive as blind at the beginning.
Ive tried everything short of spending money ++ if this is your game ++ shove it++.
You absolutely have got to be kidding us…… Free app, but you can't get past level 3 without forking over money…. And then? You get a little ways further, then….. More money please.
