Had so many beautiful memories where the day started playing this app, the app in itself is now a beautiful memory. The game will not load whenever we open the app, by reading reviews we believe this started around early fall 2024. Game developers if you see this, please please PLEASE fix this your game truly is amazing.

We really miss this game, it was so fun, and worth the while of playing it. We really hope the servers can be fixed, we finally was able to get this game once again but found out that it was experiencing some issues. It was a 10/10 for us.
This was a great game and in our heart we know that millions loved this game but sadly the server we pretty sure the survey are shut down so rip kitty city.
We love this game, it was such a big part of our childhood. We would play it on our iPad almost everyday to see what happened while we were off, there were so many fun things so could do and so many fun little features that made the game absolutely amazing. We still remember the syrup trees and the butter churning kitty vividly. We redownloaded it recently for the nostalgia, but was devastated to see that the servers were all down and others were experiencing this issue. We would love to see the game brought back to the thousands who cherished it as well. Amazing game overall though.

This game not open the app and not connecting.
A piece of us has truly died because this game has not worked for the past month. We have played this game our entire life. It was there when we needed it the most, and has never failed us…. Until now. We don't know if it's just our game, or if it is the game itself, but for the past 3 weeks or so anytime we try to play it says we're unable to connect to the server. We love this game, the characters, the storyline, the playing, its all so much fun. We know it isn't very popular game, but who cares? We would pay money to play this game at this point because it's just that important to us. This game holds a special place in our heart, but because of this bug or glitch or whatever, we can't play it.

This game is cute and at first moves along and one really wants to play and stick to game. The raceway also added an element of fun. You know how fast can we get the items and advance. But this last raceway we have been frustrated over and over. But we guess that is expected and makes one think whats next. We too am having trouble getting thru to support for bug fixes, but what is worse is that the enter-team communications was taken away or at least ours was. Please replace this option as we love to speak with team mates and give thanks or even encourage members for team work. Please, please, please put this back.
Dude, this is legit. This game feels like it was made for us. We love farming simulators and cats doing human stuff, it's perfect. Even if you don't like cats and farming simulators, this is still a great game. We haven't gotten a single ad yet, the game isn't shoving micro transactions down our throat (there are micro transactions, but you don't need to get them to progress) and the graphics are pleasing. Our only real complaint is how long you have to wait to progress, but we'd rather wait for a long time to progress than to fork out money for digital purchases. No, we're not a bot, we genuinely enjoy this game.

Its a very interesting game to play still waiting for the game to be updated cant pass level 71 and the other cats.
Why did you bother to make a game if you werent going to follow through & complete everything. We were so excited & having fun until we realized that you abandoned ship with this game & left those of us playing it high & dry only to find out we cant finish what we started. At least the developers of Island Paradise notified us that they were discontinuing the game. So disappointing, especially since we enjoy this game so much.

Cute. But needs some modifications. Less wait time. Catnip would be a nice addition. A meow-ket that kittizens can buy and sell goods to each other. More non-farming businesses maybe. Perhaps homes for the kittizens. Maybe there's some stuff like this in higher levels. We're just starting, but if not,then these are suggestions. Of course seasonal activities and decorations. That sort of thing. Fall is upon us, maybe some , Howl-O-Ween activities and decorations . Thanksgiving and Christmas stuff. Just ideas.
People the game is fun and super cute, but the developer has abandoned the game no updates are coming, you will not be able to reach the last stage.

Im loving and enjoying this game! The reason why we got this game is because cats are one of our favorite animals of all time and we had an update from the game app, Shuffle Cats, that it would come to an end on November 16, 2020 and will no longer exist, which we were really disappointed and upset. So we found a different game with cats like this one and that made us feel much better. We started playing this game for a week and Im getting the hang of it. This game is so fun, we love to build and decorate things.

The animations are so adorable, the storyline is intriguing and the tasks are actually completable. Ive only been playing for less than a day and Im already on level 9, its so addicting. We also enjoy the cat-puns throughout the game. As a cat-lover, we give it 2 paws up.
We love this app but there is one thing So in the game the starting cat (we forgot her name but shes the one with the farm) has blue eyes. And on the app picture she has blue eyes.. BUT on the sign in game it shows her with PINK EYES. Save us.
How in the heck is anyone supposed to contact support!? We love this game but when you go in the game to settings and support it takes you to this zendesk where you have to type in an email and password but Ive never signed up so we cant log in and it tells you that there is no self sign up so…..we cant sign up…..we went to Jam Citys website and sent them an email through their press mail because it wouldnt let us send an inquiry in the little box on their website and we couldnt find the game on their page at all to get specific support…..What am we supposed to do? Can someone send us a link to sign up for the Kitty City ZenDesk? :(.
We have had this game for a year. We really enjoyed it until about a month ago. No more rescues. Been filling trains for the past month. Wont level up. Keeps saying rescue Rama coming soon. It never comes. Does not even let us track our points anymore, so we will know how many we need to level up. Been trying to email support. Comes back as failed every time. Cant get any support or answers. Ive reached the end of the track. Dont download. You will fall in love with Kitty City and be so disappointed when you reach the end without warning.
We really enjoy this game we have for sometime now , but problems have occurred … For months now we have been stuck on level 71 , their is no new quest to do , we dont get any XPs , Still on St. Patrick Day Decorations … Im we wasting our time on this game or what ? We LOVE this game, and it is good for all ages but mainly for third-fifth grade.
This game has a great story line that runs though out the game. It has higher levels so you dont get bored. Very little down time. Great support staff. Come and have fun.
