Find out what gamers are saying about Labyrinths of the World: Forbidden Muse HD – A Mystery Hidden Object Game (Full):

We haven’t finished it yet but almost and so far we are enjoying this game. It has great graphics, really good puzzles and no glitches. It gets 5 stars. Great job team.

Great game. Kept us intrigued. Caliope was a fun addition! We do understand the comments in regards to game being short.. However we do recall other games in the past with ratings up to 4.5 that were in our opinion on the short side. 5 stars for the overall game for being colorful, fun and different.

It’s a decent game. The graphics are good and the puzzles fun. Definitely worth the money.

Enjoyed the game – wish it had been longer – we only played for one hour and we were done. Some of the mini games were very inventive – some classics you have seen before. Art was crisp and clear. HOPs were interactive and there was an alternate option.

This game contains many of our favorite things, including art work, pretty antiques, and costumes. You even get a little doll companion who finds costumes that miraculously fit into the story. She looks like Jeannie in we Dream of Jeannie, and finds costumes such as a handy person, a snake charmer, or a cowgirl to complete actions in the story. If you use your Magic Paint Pallette, you may bring paintings to life, such as a marten who can climb objects to retrieve something for you. Also, you must break each vase you find to acquire money to decorate a boudoir. When you touch plants, they release swarms of butterflies. All very nice, but a longer game would have been better. You are trying to discover why the goddess, Calliope, has been split into pieces and is so angry. We liked the game and the premise, but we love a longer story. Good luck pleasing Calliope!

Thanks for the heads up, Dracyy. Those rats playing instruments looked real, so we wasn’t too thrilled but we dealt with it. Btw, KimT, we just bought both those games you mentioned. You are a better source than BigFish, and usually we enjoy all your recommendations. Dream Team Elite, we have a major favor to ask of you now. We are going through some horrific medical crises right now and we’re terrified! Please if you can find it in your hearts to pray for us we will be ever so grateful! Thanks so much! We love you all! This was an excellent game. The story was interesting, you could customize settings, the graphics were incredibly gorgeous and the cut-scenes magical and enchanting. Loading was not quite instantaneous between locations but it was close, and there was a marked teleport map to get you there. Inventory was labeled and there were plus items. You collect coins and olive branches. The branches are used to decorate a boudoir. The HO scenes were varied. You also had a choice to play match-3 instead. You get an adorable harlequin helper, who helps you in various ways depending on the costume you find for her. You also have a magical palette, tuning fork and enchanted book to assist you. In the bonus chapter you have a magic amulet which you have to first charge with music. The gameplay was smooth and glitch-free. We couldn’t rate this game a full 5 stars because of several reasons. The first was that there was no journal, and those are always helpful. The second was length. This was a very short game even with bonus adventure. The third thing was that a lot of the mini-games were either games of skill or boring rotational stuff. We still forced myself to try them because if you don’t at least try you won’t improve. We wish there had also been more locations to unlock in this game, as it was so magnificent. It needed a little tweaking and then it would have been a 5 star game. Remember, length is important, as is a journal, as is a wide variety of puzzles that are not all rotational. The game itself was terrific, and we believe the entire DTE will like it! Enjoy everybody! Lynxie sends lots of !

Could have been oh so wonderful…. Gorgeous art, unique story, an adorable helper…… But the constant freaking begging for ratings pop up from big fish plus the shortness of the game …. Sorry we had to deduct points. The BF pop ups would have earned this 1 star but we didn’t want to hold the developers responsible for BF begging (most undignified to beg for ratings guys! Are you really that desperate?) the deduction of a star is solely for the too short length. It really was a fabulous game it just needed to be twice as long or half the price. Other than that: only vermin we saw was a jazz playing quartet, has transporting indicated map, logical game play but is a tad sloooooow in places.

We enjoyed playing.. It was fun, but pretty short even with the bonus chapter. The storyline was interesting and the artwork was beautiful. Although as another reviewer mentioned, it had potential to be so much more, but fell short. We felt like it seemed a bit rushed, or over edited. Most of the puzzles were a bit too simple for our tastes, a couple did not seem to respond well, very sticky, and difficult to move the piece.. Like the dragging the object through the maze and going through the forest. A couple other puzzles were just too annoying , like the lining up the slots one.. We just skipped it. We did like the boudoir and the shop, except they didn’t really seem to have any extra purpose beyond spending coins or olives and decoration.. Ho hum. All in all, pretty good, fun, but just falls short of being awesome.

This was just an o.k. Game. We thought initially that it would be a nice long game, but not so. Had a hard time getting into the story, even though the graphics and hidden object scenes were good. Good voiceovers, just not exciting in our opinion. Overall, disappointed. Kdboots.

This game was ok, not awful, not great. There were so many things that we liked and it could have been so much better. Lots of fun games but super short and… Kind of cheesy. It was $3.99, not too much to pay for a game.

This was aimed at the tween players in our view. The puzzles were fine but the little doll annoyed us and we almost quit the game over the costumes. It would be helpful to get an age guidance with the description. The painting was unnecessary too.

In the main game, having to trace over and over to get rid of evil is stupid especially over and over with every encounter. The bonus game is corrupted in that map doesn’t work and hints in bonus stopped working within 4-5 minutes. Play other of this series but do not buy this one until BF fixes it. Recently we find more and more glitches in new games.

Good game not great also too short. A little boring for us. Lynx minx, we will pray for you, everything will be Ok, God bless you.

First of all, we would like to share some suggestions on other games to play; we enjoyed them both: 1. "Order of the Rose": If you play this, purchase the out front paid version for .99 cents; otherwise, you have to unlock the same game for $3.99. But it is worth the cheaper version. It has a great storyline, very nice graphics, good journal to follow story, no map but not needed at all, good puzzles, and glitch free. We did a review. Worth the price. 2. "Castle – Never Judge a Book By its Cover": It’s a good mystery thriller with teleport map with task indications, snarky humor at times, murder board with suspects and evidence, word lists with interaction or switch to silhouettes, fun puzzles, has real life-like crime scenarios like interrogation in room or cell, and lots of interactivity with devices. Go check it out! Now on to the review: The graphics are very pretty, being fairly sharp and clear, with rich, darker but vibrant colors accentuating the intricacy of the detailed artwork. We only saw a snake-like rope, but it’s not very scary. You can customize your settings. Inventory is labeled and interactive; items require assembly. The teleport map indicates available actions and the extras (vases you break to acquire coins) in custom mode; you can view your Boudoir Room, Gallery, and Shop through the map as well. You have a Harlequin doll as a helper. You collect occupational costumes to dress her; thereafter, she performs relative actions, such as repairing a leaf blower while wearing repairman’s costume. You use different elements, such as a painters palette to bring pictures of birds to life. There are nice background animations whereas statues will pop out at you and make menacing noises upon touch. The HOS are varied; some types are "find and use", find pairs of items, and word lists. The puzzles are varied as well; one type is rotate a circular board using arrows to move a ball through a maze to the bottom. You collect olives in the locations to furnish the Boudoir Room; you collect coins to upgrade the user interface, such as your doll’s chair. This game got three stars because there is no journal or back button, it implements very linear gameplay, transition is slow and clunky at times, and it is flying by fast to lead one to believe that this will be a short game. Not one of the best!

This game is too easy. Objects are easy to find and mini games are too simple. This would be fine for a newbie HOG player, but not worth the money for anyone who has played these before.

Nope. Not worth it! Very childish and far to easy. Took us an hour to complete. The last month they’ve had horrible games!!!
