Epic game. Reminds us of risk. Had no issues with levels we purchased. Hours of entertainment!
Great game, but maps that are add ons don’t work.
We purchased a new level via in-app purchase. When trying to play the new level, the game will not advance beyond our first turn. We have tried to reach out to "app support" on 3 separate occasions and am yet to receive a response. Buyer Beware!!!

The newest version still doesn’t work for notifications on iOS 8… Been broken for about 2 months now, we get kicked from games a lot because we miss our shot clock since the notifications don’t work… But once it’s back up we’ll give a 5 star review because other than that this game is amazing.
Game is pretty good. Multi platform is cool. We still have troubles with notifications even after this last update. We have iphone 6 plus and iOS 8.1.2. Game is almost unplayable without notifications.
Only suggestion we would have would be to allow for the game to played in landscape orientation. Other than that, the game is very good.

Awesome game. Best "risk" type game out there. This is one of our two go-to games on iOS. We always am checking this game and Clash of Clans.
We LOVE this game! It is perfect for when your bored. Some other commenters grip about the simplicity of the game but that is the very reason we like it. Great job!
Overall we love this so far but the green red colors make it so difficult for us to play! Please make a colorblind setting so it will make the colors able for us to see! Thank You!
The game has amazing potential. However, it doesn’t utilize any of the great potential that this genre of games have (though most apps don’t either). Firstly, we know this is nitpicking, but having the colors of terrorist change by whose controlling it. For instance if red owned an island, the island’w color would be red. If blue came by and invaded said island, and own, the island would turn blue. We would though make it more strategic. Next,don’t have players randomly spawn in different location areas. Have all your forces spawn in a few provinces right next to each other,not scattered about.
Simulates the game of Risk perfectly, however it’s too glitchy. We’ve had the following problems: 1.) wouldn’t let us log in, so we had to change usernames twice 2.) randomly started not letting us join or host games 3.) wouldn’t let us log out If they can make the game cleaner, would be very fun.
Our friends and we signed up and must have doubled the number of users. Crashed the server. Can no longer dominate the world. Update that server!
We love this, it is a great way to play with friends and it runs very smoothly. If there would be any way possible to add an option to place territories rather than random would make it perfect.
This game is great and easy to play. Play with 5-8 people from our job across both platforms. Awesome! Only problem is buying the new map – seahall.
This has to be the worst game ever. So slooooooooooow. Better to buy Risk.
Great for playing friends on iPhone or Android alike. Has some small glitches and it’s actually very expensive if you want all the maps, which are $1 each and no bundle option. Purchased one map, it’s so big you have to scroll around and there is no way to zoom out and get a look of the whole map at ounce. Hopefully the dev can fix this if there is another update ever. Also the AI is terrible so play against friends or strangers that are human at least.
Loved this game on our android, but its been years now and im still not getting turn notifications on our iPhone, please please fix this.
We used to love this game on android. When we switched to an iPhone a few months ago we were excited to install this on our new device. We typically play on the hardest setting because anything less is just too easy. The problem with the hard setting though is that the AI isnt any smarter it just turns into all against one. While all your neighbors gang up on you they let the Ai players on the other side of the map build steam. So if you do survive the initial onslaught you dont stand a chance against the others that got the massive head start. The only way to win is to get lucky on initial placement and to get lucky on rolls at the same time. We dont want to win just because of luck. Im looking for a new game.
Theres only a few maps where you can win on the harder difficulty. The free ones, you can win relatively often once you understand the strengths of the map. However, the large maps that you have to purchase are literally impossible to beat on the harder difficulty. Theres always one team that gets completely left alone and dominates, where if you try to take over too much at one time, every team gangs up on you to the point where you can never get ahead. By the time you can gain a solid area for yourself, another team has dominated half the map. Please fix the AI on the larger maps because its lliterally in playable. In case someone from the development team reads this, the maps Im talking about are: British Isles India North America And possibly more since we havent bought them all. Im scared to, because we dont want to buy an unplayable map.
Landrule team, we love your game – but it hasnt worked the last month on iOS. Can you please update?
We moved from android recently and the android version is 1000% better. The iOS has poorly placed buttons that you cant change and notifications that dont work. At this point with the lack of support on iOS from landrule, this game is just becoming more frustrating and unplayable.
Would be 5 stars if notifications worked – please fix!!
Game is terrible due to AI playing like morons. They dont try to actually win, just ensure you lose. Nothing strategic in their attacks. Game needs way better balance.
We used to play this on Android a lot and found it here on iOS a while back. Its an enjoyable game, we just wish there was a way to pick your own color.
There are a lot of maps to play for free and a lot more to buy for a buck a piece. There’s a good amount of people playing. And unlike the Risk app, you can have up to a 24 hour shotclock. Risk has at most 10 minutes. Also, just recently the developers have been making iOS updates, which has greatly improve the experience.
What can we say – the developers hit it out of the park with this one! Phenomenal graphics, great soundtrack and unbelievably intense multiplayer action. What more could you want? Waiting patiently for LR2 to be released… Someday in our dreams.
Landrule, is the comeback kid of the App Store. Our fellow Risk enthusiasts have been exchanging armies across the board for years and we are so grateful for the platform that Landrule has provided! While once a glitchy, lagging application has now been upgraded and debugged to a modern game full of nuance, and strategic intellectual stimulation. If you are looking for healthy competition against your fellow man in a game of global domination (in the modern era) look no further than Landrule.

Please fix notifications. By far the best Risk experience on mobile but our friends we invite to play quit after losing a few games due to shot clock expiration caused by no notifications. Will be 5 stars once notifications are fixed.
We’ve been playing this for a while, and Im super happy with it when it performs at the level it should. But now it seems like a third of the time that Im playing its lagging so hard that we cant tell whats happening. We restart the app and it temporarily goes away, but seems to come back within 10 minutes every time.
There arent notifications for iPhone even though they are turned on. Should be an easy fix, no?
We’ve played this game for years, and loved it. But with recent iOS updates, this game lags to the point that its unplayable. We contacted support and they requested we send a screen recording of the problem, so we did. But support never responded. After a few weeks we sent them another message asking if they had a solution, but they never responded. That was a few months ago, and the problems persist, and support wont respond to us, so we guess this game is permanently broken.
We want to buy maps and host games with other droids but we can’t. Many updates are needed.
If you like strategy this is the game for you. Warning: not a good game for the weak minded!

We have been playing this game for years and have always enjoyed it. Lately been getting board with the maps that come free and wanted to purchase (actually did buy 1 additional map) but when we go to your purchase screen, only a couple of the maps available for purchase are visible before buying. We would like to see the map BEFORE we purchase. Been like this since we’ve been an iphone user(about 2 years, 3 different devices and multiple accounts). If you fix, we would be much more likely to make future purchases.
We’ve had a lot of fun with this game, but all our android using friends have a lot more features than us :(
We really love the game and all the maps, and the hard work that went into making this is evident. Our only issue is that when we play on the hard difficulty, the computers begin to forgo their own survival in order to make you lose. Its less the computer beating you, and more the computer trolling you. Its so close to being a perfect game, but that issue is serious.
Positive: This is a simple, quick and easy platform in which to play this strategy game. Negative: we would like to purchase a map to change it up, but the store does not load. Take our money, please.
We love this game a lot but we can’t support it through buying maps because the store doesn’t seem to work.. We’ve re-downloaded it a few times but the store won’t let us restore our purchases or buy new maps.. If you could fix these problems, than we would rate 5stars Fix you store for iPhone pleeeeaassse.

The game plays just like Risk and has a variety of maps to keep it interesting. The issue is that notifications don’t work so your turn is often delayed or you time out completely and lose by default. The developer is nonresponsive about the issue despite multiple attempts to reach out. If the notifications were fixed, this would easily be 4 or 5 stars but the frustration right now outweighs the pluses.
It’s a great game for playing friends, it allows you to play multiple games at once and if you have a life it allows you to take anywhere from 10 minutes to a day or so to take your turn. Nothing else is like it and the maps are pretty good. They really could beef up the iOS version but due to the uniqueness of the format it’s totally worth the drawbacks. But you need to update your store!! It wont let us pull up the maps so Im stuck with the original.. We swear these people check this thing once a year.
Loved the app, loved playing with our friends. Switched phones and had to redownload and now it won’t connect to store or restore our purchases. Basically stole our money. If this could get fixed I’d give a better review but its really frustrating.
