This was one of the best games we have ever played. All of Davids games he creates are wonderful and provide hours of game play. There were times we needed help and other times we knew the solution. The graphics are stunning. We cannot wait to see what he comes out with next.
Once again David has turned out a well-designed tricky but solvable game. Well worth the cost, even though Im reviewing this partway through. If you liked the last few Legacy games, youll like this one.
Love the game! Had a blast as usual with this series. High quality puzzles, great in game camera and hint system. Literally shouted with glee at a few reveals and play time was a good 10+ hrs and we play a silly amount of these types of escape room/puzzle games. Challenging in the best way! Lost a star for some bugs: pretty consistent issues with the lasers resetting to original positions while using fast travel (both via rooms map and photos travel). So objects melted, fast travel, refreeze which was esp a bummer with in the vehicle rides. A few times we also found ourselves revealing hints only to find we had been trying that exact thing (eg trying to hang bucket). Some detail quite hard to see on our smaller iPhone 6SE but thank goodness for the camera zoom! Edit: thanks for the reply from David! Wonderful game! This is a top tier puzzle/escape game lots of play time, very in-depth, great story, great graphics, and worth the few bucks, which we were glad to do since David has put out so many great games already and we knew we wouldnt be disappointed. Word of caution this is not a quick easy escape, it takes some real thought and effort. But David doesnt leave you hanging there are many hints and walkthrough videos if needed. Very much a labor of love. Also hitting the robot in the groin with a pebble ouch. LOL.

We kept checking for any updates since Legacy 4 and replayed Legacy series while waiting. Its worth to wait! David gives us another great game with so many puzzles and beautiful graphics. Its a masterpiece. Great job, David! Cant wait for the next.
We will always give these games 5 stars. They are so clearly a labor of love. We are so excited to wake up and tackle more puzzles with our morning coffee. Highly recommended if you enjoy point and click logic puzzles. This one had a few puzzles we found a little too obscure (roots and shapes), but the hint system is there if you dont want to bang your head against the wall to figure it out.
Legacy is the only trilogy we purchase without wasting time on a trial. And, spoiler alert! Another episode is coming maybe? Each sequel is packed with its own unique story which takes any perceived assumptions out of the journey. Keep it going, Legacy is a goldmine of adventures.
If you like games like The Room, we highly recommend this. Dave did a fabulous job on the entire Legacy Series, highly recommend.

We loved this game but it was a little confusing because of the way you had to jump from one window to another, we had to get more help than usual. Keep them coming we loved it anyway.

We enjoyed the many puzzles. This one had hints so we didnt feel stuck or defeated. We certainly liked trying to figure things out on our own. Sometimes the next room hint helped if we were coming back to the game after a break. Quite a creative game and we cant wait to get the sequel.
This game is so beautiful, original and engaging. It is pretty difficult in a few spots (for us at least!) so we have had to peek at an occasional cheat when Ive been unsure what to do next we feel proud of ourselves when we figure stuff out on our own so we really try to exhaust all options before peeking. Love the graphics and animations. Challenging but there are great hints and supports, including hints in that connect you to video hints.
Ive played all of the Legacy games and this has been one of the most challenging, most beautiful, and most fun. We got stumped several times, but never had to get a hint. Hints are available, however, if you need them. The puzzles are clever, the mechanics are interesting, and the world is immersive. We eagerly look forward to the next game in the series.

Such a fantastic puzzler! We love how the difficulty of the game seems to increase as you progress. We made it about 3/4 of the way through the game without having to take a hint but then had no choice. Even in doing so, the hints are tiered in such a way to just give you a little nudge without completely giving the answer away. Oftentimes it really just confirms you are on the right track. This game can be a little frustrating because there are so many rooms and lots of puzzles going on at once, so its hard to tell what cipher goes to what puzzle sometimes, but it all works out in the end. Overall, the journey was worth it and we want MORE.

The game is amazing with difficult but definitely doable puzzles. Its just under 9 hours of gameplay for those wondering but we would consider ourselves a slow player so some may be closer to 6 or 7. Still a long game but we were pleasantly surprised at how long it ended up being since we thought it would be more of an epilogue to the first three in the Legacy series. We think the only thing we would change is having a pinch to zoom feature on the map. It took us an embarrassingly long time to realize there was a zoom feature in the form of buttons in the bottom right corner and we kept thinking to ourselves we wish we could zoom out especially as you unlock more and more rooms and it starts to get busy. We do have to say we love the fast travel feature that includes multiple spots of interest in a single room. While it does make the map slightly more crowded, from a gameplay standpoint we find it to be one of the best choices made for the map given that the user taps/clicks to move rather than using arrow keys, WASD, or an onscreen joystick type of feature. All in all, another great game from David. Cant wait to see if the next installment will be a continuation of this one or if itll be something new. Either one would be great to see but with the ending of this game, Im personally hoping for a continuation.
We love these games. We are not the best puzzle solver but the hint system works well when our patience fails. A warning some of the puzzles are extremely difficult and can be vague to figure out and even with the hints. We dont always understand it. Will be playing a second time around.

We have been a fan of your games, we enjoy that they very fun, little hard at times, and the plot/story are so interesting. This one especially is a wonderful one. But it also has some flaw like at part in behind the second door some of the puzzles are very hard to solve without the hint. But nonetheless its a great game. Im wondering if you are going to continue this games story after the ending since it would be interesting to learn more what happened to the guardian and why it got stuck there. We kind of hope so. Waiting for your next game.

All of the games in the series are great, but this latest one tops them. Graphics are detailed and the gameplay/puzzles are difficult enough to make you pay attention yet not completely impossible. Well done again.
This is not just a short chapter, but rather a full length game with puzzles that are easier, and sometimes harder, but all can be solved with some patience. Kudos to the creators.

We deeply enjoyed the story of the game! Davids puzzles are hard, so dont get frustrated. Dont be afraid of hints either. This game is ad-free, so just by getting the game youre not going to be trapped by a crashing ad. The hints are there for you. This game is rated G in language and graphics. We cant recommend this enough, and we hope the ending means more of Davids work will be coming. To David and crew: more like this, pretty please with a pyramid on top.
