Hello we cant seem to find the customer service to dismiss a guild because we dont remember the password and the game wont let us change the password.
There are so many things to do and the historic characters and story line are so intriguing!
Its a nice game but its always about money for them we have been playing it and everything its costly . Too bad we guess the creator of this game had money on the mind every second.
Hello, we are really bored of this game in the Arab server, not events or clothing. Everything has become boring because of your neglect. We are making permanent purchase through the Apple store and we will stop buying for this game. Fair. Sorry, we are now vip 5.
Firstly we have been playing this game for year’s before it got popular. We use to see all the updates and changes over the years. Our accounts were bonded to our email. We have a new phone and when we went to log into our accounts it out us in a completely new account so all of our progress that took years was gone. It took us forever to try to log out because it forced us into story mode and the tutorial. Then when we tried to log out and log in with our email it took us back to the same account. We tried to contact customer service but the game has so many bugs it stayed on a white screen and it wouldn’t let us press anything. Our wifi is fine and we have unlimited data. We’re super disappointed and distraught that our account that we took years to build is gone.
Honestly we think its great but this has serious stuff like dating the characters and rating it 4+?! Make it like 10+ at least.
This was our first Chinese culture-based game and it was fun. It was never boring. But it was starting to get overwhelming. We started the game during it’s launching but the longer it continued the more they kept adding new events, and mini games. While on top of that the main quest games was becoming impossible to focus on and complete. We had to delete it to find a less overwhelming game. We enjoyed it when it was still new and the community was tight. We’ll admit we haven’t played it in years and maybe they are more stable but that was the end of our journey for this game.
We made a guild a while ago and we’ve been wanting to delete it because no one is joining and we cant join because we need to change leader ship we feel like if no ones joined you should just be able to end it and its annoying that we cant.
Why is this game so money hungry? Even the anniversary event (almost every event actually) is a money grab. You have to pay to be able to actually enjoy it. Everything is centered around gold and even though we get gold for free in game, we get so little of it for free when EVERYTHING costs so much. And the story itself is good but you can hardly progress without grinding for weeks to enjoy only a piece of the story before you have to grind even more. Unless (and to no one’s surprise), you decide to spend money. God. We wouldn’t be so annoyed by this if the prices were actually reasonable for what we get but it’s too much.
This is one of our most favorite online games. We love it.
We’ve been playing for about 6 months, its a very rewarding game. As you progress, it becomes more and more expansive, so it never feels it has stagnated. We had to remove a star because theres a bug right now where the game has been stuck in the loading screen. From what we hear, these are resolved fairly quickly.
We love this game! We have been playing it everyday for almost a year now, it is beautiful and fun to log in daily. We’ve even made a few friends within the Guilds you can join. You can earn ingots by logging in and if you want a little extra the prices arent too hefty. However, the only negative we have is that the powerful players only get more powerful, if you join a server with players who are already established it is nearly impossible to win any event as the top players will always win and dont allow smaller players to gain anything, and winning helps you grow. It is slightly discouraging, and if you arent willing to drop hundreds of dollars to try and get ahead of those top players, you kinda have to accept never winning anything, it is possible but you have to save up for months. Other than that, the game is great, theres plenty of games within the app itself so there is always something to do! The outfits are beautiful as well, our favorite part! We definitely recommend!
MODO has claimed they cannot remove or permanently ban an account, even if its been reported multiple times for hate speech, bullying, and harassment. This tells players they encourage that behavior. We understand its a competitive game, but that does not excuse a player verbally abusing others. Honestly, if we didnt enjoy some friends we’ve made (and if we hadnt paid into the game) we wouldnt have stuck around.

We absolutely loved this game. However, we recently needed to contact Apple over the fact that we were double charged for a $30 purchase. Apple reviewed it and sent us the extra back. The game has now taken away 10x the amount of ingots and muted us so that we cannot share our experiences with others. We have also been booted from ranking events due to owing them money. We were in the top 5, so we are also losing a lot of items that we should be receiving. They want us to pay over $100 to reinstate our account – all because we did not want to pay $60 for a $30 purchase.
Mucho en recargar, por ejemplo la Dala de Diseo y cuando recarga solo te da 2 premios y ganar una pieza de alguno de los trajes cuesta dios y ayuda ni tan siquiera ocurre cuando pagas con lingotes opcin excesivamente cara para no obtener resultados realmente satisfactorios. Esas excesivas demoras en avanzar es lo que hace que uno se desencante y pierda inters en seguir jugando. La vida est demasiado cara para pagar por un juego que no avanza. Lo mismo pasa con comprar nuevos trajes con tickets y rollos. Trajes demasiado caros. Es un buen juego, pero a veces te hace preguntarte si vale la pena seguirlo.

If you have friends and care about them, we would not recommend suggesting this game. It starts out pretty interesting. It premiered during the pandemic when we couldnt travel, or eat out and the micro-transactions, in this otherwise free-to-play game, seemed manageable. It quickly became evident, it was based on a pay-to-win/addiction based model. There are plenty of Chinese dramas to watch on various streaming channels that would provide more monetarily affordable entertainment. The severs are dying out and all merging. That and they dont listen to feedback from people playing for over two years. There are no respec tokens, so if you feel you made poor choices in assigning points to your characters development, you are stuck with them and have to make a new toon. That might not sound so bad, but it not like buying an AAA game for $70 dollars or so and having to buy expansions every three months. You could literally spend $20 a day, trying to keep up with all the events and competing with other players. It has all become a chore. They refuse to make more of the daily tasks automated and as everyones power swells its hard to see on a little cell phone screen which are the more powerful people to attack. The write out numbers like 999999999, instead of 999,999,999 which you would think would be an easy fix in the game code. Overall, Im largely done with this games, we did develop some friendships through external game chats we were using like Discord. The the in game chat is awful, severely limited in characters and censors many word that arent even four letters. We’ve been playing this game for years. There has been countless of updates, clothing changes, but they never make having a darker skin tone available. This is a fantasy game, there is no excuse why darker skin tones shouldnt be available by now.
10/10 bro frequent updates, weekly events, very active, been hooked since day one.
While we love this game, we do wish you could choose your own skin tone. Also, we would LOVE a Middle Eastern or African confidant or partner. There are white foreign confidants and partners, why not darker skinned? Perhaps an African or Middle Eastern prince. Anyway, great game!
We’ve been playing this game since 2020. We spent a lot of money on this game. We were redeeming our points for the Ingenious Bamboo Build event, when the game froze as we were clicking on one of the scenes. We had to close and reopen the game. After we did we saw the wrong item in our inventory, and our points were gone. We reached out to customer service and told them they can take the wrong item back if we can have our points back. They said we can only get 90% of our points back, that wouldnt be a problem if the game wasnt already over and we couldnt get the rest ny pints back by playing more!! We shouldnt even have to do when it wasnt even our fault!! Do you your selves a favor, and save your money guys, dont spend it here. They wont be grateful to you, they wont care. You just lost a player today that actually STILL spends money on your game.
We really like Thai game but a good suggestion is to have an ad system where you can get a few ingots by watching some ads.
They are constantly updating and adding new games. It costs a lot to win things, but it is still fun.
We love this game and its a great time passer. Unfortunately its so expensive and has so many levels to get more partners and confidants but you literally have to spend hundreds of dollars to get there. Im reaching $400 in 3 months and we still havent reached VIP 6 and it goes all the way to 16 we wish they offered better incentives for the money spent and more ways to earn partners and confidants. Im blown away with our addiction to this game or we would have stopped already for how much its costing.
We’ve been playing this game for over half a year and so much has changed. The developers are constantly updating the game and its fantastic. The game is really well designed. Like all other games there are some improvements that could be made but we personally dont have any serious issues about the game. We like how you dont need vip to participate in any of the special events (which there are a lot, btw) like some other games we’ve played. They dont try and shove the vip in your face either. They also constantly have new redemption codes each week as well.
Definitely worth playing. Visuals depicting historic China are eye-catching and creative on the part of the developer. Reading through the stories makes us realize how meaningful they are and how they relate to our day-to-day lives. The Legend of the Phoenix is much more than a dress-up game. In an unpredictable world, it teaches girls how to be the best they can be. As an American who is not Chinese, we have learned about Chinese culture and their sense of togetherness. It’s interesting to see the variety of Chinese outfits and accessories, something we would never see in American society or history.
At first we thought it would be fun and cool. But it is impossible to sign up and it takes so longggg.

We definitely like this game a lot and enjoy playing all the mini games and having so many little things to do. We know this isnt something the devs have control over, but we find it irritating when the same 3 people are getting the top three spots in everything CONSTANTLY. No one else gets a chance to get good stuff. Otherwise, the game is great.

Literally have played this game every day for nearly 200 days. Im top 5 in our server and in a number one guild. Definitely easy to spend hundreds of dollars on this game, but you can also save up a good amount of ingots without money. The lifetime pass and monthly pass are GREAT investments! If youre just starting out, save EVERYTHING for the rankings for faster growth!
We’ve played this for probably half a year now, its not exactly like the advertisements, but we still find it fun, nonetheless. The amount of money we’ve blown on this game is ridiculous, im halfway to VIP level 6 (increase in vip levels by purchasing ingots with real money). Theres so many aspects to the game and there are multiple things you can do. One thing we dislike about the game that is the main thing that they advertise is that your choices in the story don’t actually matter, and we figured this out by replaying the story lesson and picking the other decision that we hadnt chose before; and we got the same outcome. But the story is actually kinda good tbh! The character you play as is smart and cunning and as far as we’ve gotten, shes found a way out of every pickle shes gotten in.
We really do love this game, its the only iPhone game we’ve ever gotten into. It has a great story line and overall the upgrading characters to get more momentum in order to beat the archival makes you really driven to play so that you can get the income to move forward. That being said, the only thing we would change in the entire game (and the only reason we did 4 stars and not 5) is that the higher you get in the chapters, the more you consume fame (you need fame in order to beat the chapters) we think Im on chapter 75 and for one of the 6 parts of the chapter it used 14 MILLION fame. We only get 800,000 fame every 30 minutes. So when we could play through 5 chapters in 30 minutes in the lower chapters, now we can maybe get thru 3 (like maybe we dont think we’ve been able to yet) if we were to play all day in order to buy more fame. This one thing we would really appreciate if we could be lowered or the amount of fame you get be increase because this is the one thing making us play the game less. Like we said we absolutely love the game, we hope this could just get figured out.
Im trying to download it and it says verification required. We had uninstalled it but decided we wanted to play again but now we cant even download it its dumb. This is the only game that pops up with that notification.
We do like concept of the game and its entertaining for some way but there are too many things that makes you stressed especially costumer service. There is no one who can give you answers and solve your problems. Pretty much no use it all. Kinda only option is solve it yourselves but thats for somethings impossible so ended up quitting probably. No solution and no explanation for most of the game parts. We spend almost 1500$ probably more for this game. We know crazy and one thing for sure is they know how to take your money. We dont know how this game has 4star review. Just so sad!!!!! Waste of your money , time and energy.
This game heavily invests in predatory micro-transactions more so than actual gameplay. The games heavily based around being the number one player but the competition itself is how much money you are willing to give this company in micro transactions. You can receive items by playing but unless you play all day every day doing click prompt based tasks and save for weeks or even months you will likely never be the number one player. We would honestly be surprised if more than a few users accomplished this task without paying real money for any gold or items in game. Love this game graphics amazing.
Its not like the ads in any way that we can see and it takes a bit to get into but its really interactive and has a lottttt of things to do, it takes us about an hour to get through EVERYTHING for one round a day (I usually play about 2/3 rounds a day) and by the time we get through everything, the first things we did are already ready to be done again. You cannnnn pay for things and Im sure it makes it easier but we havent bought anything and we enjoy this game every day. Just keep playing until you know what youre doing, then there will be more to do and more after that.
