The game itself and everything about it is good but Id rather pay $10 for the game then have to pay $5 monthly subscription to apple just to play mainly the Lego Star Wars games on the App Store.
Lego Star Wars has no ads nothing that can distub you when youre playing.
This title borrows the basics from Clash Royale, another similarly addicting mobile game, but adds elements that give it a unique challenge. The vibrant 3-d Star Wars visuals were what caught our eye at first, but a genuinely complex and varied experience keep us coming back. The more you play, the more cards are unlocked that allow new strategies and countermoves. Hint: build towers! Its Lego, after all.
The only thing we want to say is that this game is amazing.
When we first played this game we were so excited to play it it was our first time playing it we got the app and it went awesome like it feels like we playing star wars out of Lego and developer if you are reading this you did amazing working on this game like.
It is really fun to play. We dont really play anything else anymore. We wish there were more modes to play. But the overall idea is very good. It could be frustrating to people at first because you may lose a lot, but that is what makes fun. You have to level up and progress. We also like that it is fast paced and doesnt slow down. Overall probably one of our new favorite games.
This game is exactly what mobile gaming should be. NO MICRO-TRANSACTIONS AND PAY TO WIN PRACTICES!!!!! You can earn everything within this game simply by playing. Fun and addicting game. Although currently Mando is extremely OVER POWERED. We cannot get enough of this game.
For people who dont have arcade BRING BACK FORCE ARENA.
Im level 9 and still havent earned mandalorian heavy infantry card :( Although imo this card should be eliminated, or maybe create a strong air and ground defense like the infantry for the dark side.
This game is great its literally the best we have seen in a long time to keep it short its great loop and addictive competing aspect keep you comeing back.
Its basically just a reskin of clash Royale but heroes are unlocked earlier and are stronger.
Lots of fun, frequent updates while keeping things balanced, lots of extras to keep you engaged we really like this game.
Hello! We absolutely LOVE this game! It is a good game. This does need Wi-Fi. Well, idk. We were in a car ride and it took like 10 seconds to connect to internet. But yeah This game has events that last a certain amount of time like around 1 month. In that time frame, you get challenges that you can do and unlock things! This is also an online game. In battle, it randomizes the chance of you getting the light or dark side. (The light side includes the rebels and the republic, the dark side has the separatists and the empire) Anyways, that is it for this review.
The battles are fun. We like how you have to play the game and cant buy your way to the top. Its makes the playing field even and very fun. Us and son enjoy playing this and he is 4 years old and has a blast. Keep up the great work. And the interface is very user friendly.
Pretty darn good! If you are on the fence about trying it do yourself a favor and go for it! The force is very strong with this game.
What this app needs next is an Alliance you can create/join to circulate cards people are willing to donate allowing for more upgrading.
This is a very fun and challenging fun Lego game. If you like clash of clans and Star Wars this is the perfect game for you, with many units and champions(heros and villains) the game can become challenging when fighting against someone. At first you think its a kids game but once you play more it can become more fun. Thank you to the people who created such a fun game and we hope you updated more and or make new games to play. Sincerely, a Star Wars fan.

Lego Starwars Battles is a hidden gem on Apple Arcade. Strangely, it scratches the same itch for us as SC2. This is easy enough for the kids to pick up and play but complex enough for older gamers too. Awesome product.
Instead of having to exit out of a match when we are losing. And then restarting the game. It would be much easier if you just have a surrender button that ends the match with the same consequences as exiting out of the game.
Very fun game so far however the only thing keeping us from 5 star is the draws, there should be a sudden death at the end of battle causing the one who had more damage to their tower to lose, kinda hard to move up in the beginning because its constant draws on our end overall super fun.
We like the game but we want a mode that you can battle npcs please add what every this mode is gonna be called.
Im a huge Star Wars fan and lego fan and we were so excited when we started! We love how you need to beef up both sides and not just one because it gives the battle variety! Im so glad they made this and we are playing almost every single day. We would play this endlessly if we could. The only problem we have had with this game is that when we logged on this morning, it said Game Center account not connected , and so we did do some offline battles and then we tried to connect them. So we went to our settings and it said they were connected so a little glitch there but we would give it 5 stars if we didnt have the glitch! BUT we HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GAME!! Oh yea!! Good luck ! We like the game because its Star Wars. We dont like the fact Im assigned to play with the Dark Side 85% of the time. It would be much better if we could choose our side, or if the system made it 50/50.
Rules needs to be more strict; for the sake younger age groups. This is suppose to be fun for children. Not so serious! Base destruction may be a bit overwhelming at it core. In addition, maybe consider the hero a optional too. Anyhow this game awesome in itself. Dang on grown-ups and young adults relax. Have enough innocent inside for Lego gameplay. Just our observation. Have fun all together (e) for everyone right.
Love being able to play on our M1 Mac, and it's nice to see extra stats on the sdies of the battle screen, but this game on Mac has zero visual graphics settings you can adjust. So if you have a big 4K monitor, it doesn't take advantage of it–it's a bit fuzzy and just scaled up from the iPhone version.
A great game through & through except its impossible to win any Tournaments. Fix the Tournaments so players fight against opponents on the same level.
Fun game while in a waiting room. Needs to simplify the rewards structure. Where is the collect all rewards button. We dont want to wade through 30 types of rewards across 8 screens to upgrade our troops.
It needs better matchmaking cause we keep getting matched with people much higher in level.
Love this game but could really use some new updated content.
We just got back into this game after a year. Its a fantastic game with how it functions the characters and maps. But good god the matchmaking is awful. It feels like a discipline being a high level. For us Im a level 8 tower and seem to barely manage with our matches. Meanwhile Im fighting level 10 and 11 towers every other match and we just have no chance its ridiculous. Got on today just to unlock a small chest just to get 2 wins and 4 losses back to back.
We love this game and would easily give 5 stars however, theres just one flaw that is keeping us from giving that additional star. Its the daily missions that have tasks that have to be completed to obtain prizes. The missions are sometimes very specific like win with Darth Vader in your deck. Now heres the thing that just drives us 100% insane. The battles are completely chosen at randomI have played over 20 games as a rebel we have gone as long as 2 days and never played on the dark side. IMHO the missions should not be so specific to where players are unable to complete.

So we really thing this game is good but there is one thing we never get to play dark side and it always pairs us with light if you could make it so that you could chose it really would be a great game besides that it is a good game.
Din Djarin seriously should not be in the game. This game used to be so fun until he got on . Literally no one runs any other champions jts so frustrating.
Remove or increase time limit. Its not fair as many time the game is about to turn around.
Biggest complaint is the event cooldown after 3 defeats is terrible for those with limited play time. Several over powered characters unbalance the game a bit. Seems like some percentage matches are against over powered bots which after a half dozen or so can kill you ratings. And better cards rarely drop making some of the over powered cards very difficult to get so you end up getting slaughtered by those who have them. We get they dont want the game fully populated by high level cards but still its frustrating.
The introduction of Din Djarin has made it pretty homogenous. 9 out of ten times if you are imperial its the exact same Din Djarin deck youre playing against. We have started to turn the game off because it is starting to get rather boring because of it.
As others have said, there are matching and/or cheating/hacking issues. Ive had people lower level than us and somehow all of their units are higher level than ours or their base level. Ive also been matched with the same person multiple times in a row and been stuck playing the rebel side over 15 times in a row. Have also seen players dumping an impossible number of units all at once Please fix.
For veteran players this may have been a popular update. For newer players however the amount of effort required to upgrade makes the game almost unplayable. Players tanking to win still goes on and playing against cards 2-3 levels above ours every other game removes the fun. Almost impossible to get necessary crystals now and there are way too many epic cards to upgrade all at the same time. Personally we keep getting ones that we dont like or plan to use. Please fix, we dont pretend to know how.
The game is good but we have no audio at all on our iphone se 2.
We live this game its great, however there are problems with trophy system, for instance we won a recent battle but lost connection so it counted it as forgot and took away trophies even though we won. Not only is the trophy system bugged, but some of the cards are way to op, some examples of this are mando, the missile launchers, the weird guy with the electro staff, as well as the gamorean guards, sweats with these specific cards can ruin the game. We personally like these cards but they need some kind of nerf to keep both sides balanced fairly.
Great graphics and exciting gameplay but Mando needs more nerfing. Youll get frustrated every time everyone uses him.
We really love this game, when it works correctly. Im not saying its buggy so much as the pairing system is so out of whack that you end up being one faction or the other nine times out of 10 which for us is extremely frustrating because we would much prefer to be the other faction. What this creates is a situation where one faction has a lot of trophies and the other that you dont get to play nearly as often has very few. It also means that you open a lot less cards for that faction. You dont get to play as often. Couple that frustration with the fact that certain characters are ridiculously overpowered and create a situation where basically when anyone plays as the light side, they are going to use the Mandalorian as champion. A game like this is fun because of the variation and how people customize their teams win that doesnt happen anymore. Its not a lot of.
This game could be and would be great, but too many people drop down with higher levels to dominate. The developers really need to make changes to discourage this type of behavior. It completely ruins the game.
Now only people can play Mando. Get rid of Mando and the game is fun. Or limit rounds to play with Mando. Its getting quite boring.
