Praise for Lifeline:

“I’ve played many games that I find engrossing, but Lifeline may be one of the first that changed the way I thought about my daily routine, which leapt off the screen and became a part of my lived experience.” – Eli Cymet, Gamezebo

“For a few brief hours I cared – really cared – about the fate of a completely fictional character. I don’t think any other game I’ve played has made me feel that way before.” – Matt Thrower, PocketGamer

Lifeline: Halfway to Infinity Reviews

This game has everything you need in a mobile game. It has adventure, humor, and sadness. Mixing those together makes an awesome platform of 2d text based gameplay. It’s very intriguing. This story just blew our mind because it was so good. We’ve never seen a mobile game have such a good story. Even when we were in school we took our phone out and started playing this game in the middle of class. We just didn’t want to wait to play it so we just hopped right on!!!!! Great game!!!! We hope they make more like this!!!!

It was very good, and we were very happy to be talking with Taylor again. However, it needed more Taylor-ness, as we could feel the sarcasm and horrible pop culture references and jokes as strongly. We also felt it was like "Lifeline: Silent Night" being shorter but still good. Overall, we would recommend this game as it is very amazing and fabulous just like Taylor.

A very good and weird narrative again! Always glad to see Taylor again.

We’ve played all the lifeline games through at least two to three times each, but Taylor’s story is undoubtedly our favorite. Something about it draws us in, in a way that the others don’t. This latest installment of Taylor’s story is no exception. We love the geeky pop culture references and the fact that you have to really look things up like magnesium fires.

Well done. A fun story, thrilling choices but not always predictable, and a writing crew I’d like to hang out with.

Well, you have once again outdone yourselves. This installment of Lifeline was incredible. The story was very smooth, and the characters seemed carefully planned out. We have honestly never been so hyped over an iOS game in our entire life, and that hype is for good reason: we have never seen an iOS game as good as the Lifeline series. It is truly remarkable. We desperately wait anxiously (almost in agony) for the next part of Taylor’s adventure.

Ever since the first part of Taylor’s journey we’ve been far beyond intrigued.

Taylor is our fav! When he died in this one we were sad but happy cause T2 died. We recommend this game to everyone. #NeverForgetTaylor.

We really enjoy playing this game. It’s addictive, and keeps you on the edge of your seat. Although we’re not much of a science fiction fan, we find the Lifeline games about Taylor far more interesting than the others. Please come out with the fourth one soon. We NEED to know if Taylor survived. We’ve been hooked every since the first Lifeline came out, and we can’t wait for more. If you make another, it HAS to be about Taylor.

We’ve been playing lifeline since the beginning and have always loved the references made here and there. But for them to have a short bit on ROBOTECH of all things brought back SO many memories and we were so happy to know someone else remembers, and that’s why we’ll always be coming back for more!!

Add another amazing game to the amazing series so far! We loved every bit of it. We can’t wait for the next one to come out to see what happens next.

This series of lifeline with Taylor has been some of the happiest times we’ve played video games Taylor is a remarkable character which we feel we can actually connect with, we’ve gotta hand it to you guys you’re really good at making us love the story we really hope you guys continue.

We dont write reviews for anything but we feel like we have to for this game because otherwise what is the point of life. We just finished this one and havent yet played BYiT bc, we kid you not, we still need to emotionally recover from this one. We have never been so emotionally attached to anything. Not even Bird Alone could make our cry the way this has bc it just feels so real. It makes us wish Taylor was real. She says she wishes she could see or hear you, and you wish the same. It makes you wish you could bring her back to earth safely even though she is many, many light years away, making it impossible or at least it makes me wish these things. Not only that, but the suspense that builds is phenomenal. Everything about this series and about her character, is so human, yet is also perfectly balanced with otherworldliness and cosmic lore. We were always felt excited when she notified us and a lil anxious when she was busy. <3 Obviously, we cant promise youll have the same experience that we did, but you will definitely have a strong experience playing this game. Also, the soundtrack SLAPS.

We have played all lifelines involving Taylor. He is our favorite character out of any character ever. From what we read at the end of this game we’re thinking the geniuses who released this game is making another game. If you are we can’t wait for it and will look forward to it. Such an awesome game! Get it!!! So happy we downloaded this we love it!!!

Next chapter in the life ofTaylor. Its a great episode and took us several attempts, and hours,to get to the correct ending. Have fun!

Halfway to infinity has probably become one of our favorite lifeline games. It has a great story, plenty of twists, and it keeps that little bit of humor most people desire. Not to mention the awesome Sci-Fi themes and theory’s! This is an all around amazing game and we can’t wait for the next!

We highly agree with Nicholas Cadge, there needs to be a fourth game. Based on the first three of Taylors adventures, if there is a fourth, it will be amazing.

At first we thought this story would be boring and another read along story but boy was we wrong. As we started to talk with Taylor guide her and assure her that we would get her out of this situation and that she would get back home alive. We would tell more but we don’t want to spoil the game for anyone. If we could give this game a rating it would be a 100 out of 10 and we sincerely mean that. We hope be able to guide Taylor back home from where ever she ends up next! PS: we had to use that silly name because there was no other nicknames available. In the future you guys should make a Kickstarter to fund the development of a game where the player can help and interact with these characters in a 3D environment. Plus have it be on console and/or on PC. Keep up the good work.

It’s good to hear from Taylor again. We thought the story was too short. We don’t mind the cliffhangers, but this story should start coming to an end or at least progressing. We’re wondering if this takes place in the past? It’s either that or Taylor doesn’t know that the Greens have already made it to Earth and established the Pearson Corporation. We think it’s almost time for Arika, Taylor, Wynn and Alex to team up and figure out how to destroy the Greens once and for all. Well, that’s assuming Alex survives. We’re not sure how he’s going to do that, unless he wasn’t shot in a vital organ. Keep up the great work! We can’t wait for more!

This game is amazing! Definitely deserves a five star, but still needs to be a bit longer. We had so much fun talking with Taylor again, and we hope they make another one. Some of the times we had to wait made us so mad because it took so long. We know that’s how they want it. To make it more like a real-life encounter, but please make it a bit shorter. Still love the game though. Probably the best on the App Store right now.

PLEASE give the option at the beginning to use fast forward and rewind. We really only have time at night to read, and would like to get through as much as we can each night. Also, with our ADD, we tend to forget and miss important details over a period of time. We hate having to kill the main character off just to start over to get the FF. Please???

Just fun, and great how the options change as you go.

At first we thought that this will be a boring story but we really wasn’t and we were so into the story and we want to know more of what will happen!’

We’ve played them all, every single one. Taylor’s story is the one we can’t wait to learn more about.

The hardest part is waiting for Taylor to respond! But we also like that because we can go to class and not be bugged by it. If she doesn’t return in one of your next ones, we will be sorely disappointed. We have recommended this to all our friends who like these games and we want more Taylor! We want her to make it back to her cat darn it!

Amazing! We cant believe it! Please make another one! Im still in shock after the ending.

So happy this game continued the story of Taylor from the first one but we’re sad that Taylor is RIP.

Ever since the first lifeline, this has been our favourite series we’ve ever played. It connects on an emotional level, like you don’t want Taylor to die. This game is amazing, and we hope you guys keep this series going! Thank you!

There were parts of lifeline that we would shout and celebrate if something worked out for Taylor. We would forget that we wasn’t talking to a real person and start feeling real emotions. This isn’t like any game we’ve played before (well before this series and the games like this) but we can say that we will always come back to these games. We love them. We’ll miss Taylor. As if he were real. Waking up to an alert that he has woken up as well. Made our day. Thank you guys for creating this.

This is a great game for all readers out there! We love what you doing. You really start to feel for Taylor and become attached to him.

Best of the Taylor series yet. The ability to actually make decisions that mattered (in a few cases) made the story more fun. That and discussions about his family and preferences help make the character feel real. Plus better options for general responses… Can’t wait for the next of the series!!

We really love this game. The story is great like always and we missed Taylor. Also, there was the Lonely Astronaut playlist with Galaxies by Owl City!!!!!!! Yay!

It was great to have Taylor back. The ending was so emotional and we really hope we get the full story of what happens to Taylor soon.

MFW they leave it on a huge cliffhanger and the last lifeline game was a year ago.

We played the first lifeline game on Apple Arcade and needed to know more because we love taylors character. We will 100% be splurging on this companys game. Unlike the first one, you can do fast mode from the start as well.

We loved it so much… It’s such a big jump from the first one. The ending was so emotional, we cried. We really did. We were trying so hard to keep Taylor alive; we kept rewinding and rewinding until it occurred to us that that was how it ends… Please, tell us he’s still here? We’re waiting for #4!!

This series of games is one of the only series where we’re excited to see what happens next and one of the only games to actually make us genuinely feel for the characters to where we actually cried a couple times, overall YOU BETTER GIVE ME A PART FOUR TO TAYLORS STORY OR ELSE (Jk keep up the great work can’t wait to see what next)

We remember as a child, reading choice stories and loving them because you could sort of be interactive with the author to finish the story. Taylor, is a well made protagonist and very relatable; you’ve done a great job building him into the hero that readers want. As for the plot, it’s amazing! It’s been a while since we’ve read a story with cool little plot twists in it. We find myself upset if Taylor doesn’t get the choice tats good for the story and this previous installment has made us anxious for the next one (cause we KNOW there’s got to be more for Taylor, right?!) A story for Mari would be nice, but let’s face it: Taylor is the man of the hour and he’s the reason why we even downloaded the other LLC games like this. Seriously, good job.

We love these games. The story is fun and the characters are great.

We loved this. We loved Taylor’s story about the cat. We REALLY NEED a sequel to this though. What happened to Taylor? Did he survive? Did T2’s Green survive? What happened to Mari? Where is the queen of the hive mind? Love you guys, thanks for this story!

Please keep making these games- our family finds it incredibly entertaining seeing how involved and concerned we have become with Taylors adventures!

We’ve played most of the lifeline games and we’re telling you this is the best game you will play.

We find myself replaying the lifeline games over and over again because they are very interesting, but we hope that we get to meet Taylor, on the other half of infinity…

JUST MAKE A FOURTH ONE ALREADY ITS BEEN YEARS WERE ALL WAITING FOR IT AHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

How have we never heard of this before. Such a interactive and deep story.
