We read many reviews on how hard this game is and that perhaps a tutorial would be helpful, that the goal times are unreasonable. We’re playing on an iPhone 4S, and have limited screen to see the tools on the bottom but we figured it out. The game is intuitive and exploration is key. This is a strategic game and the goal times are the most efficient routes taken. Needing a tutorial? These players are latest-gen. Kids that are are used to having things handed to them. Play the game and figure it out and stop attempting the same strategy over-and-over again. It will get you your regular solve-time but try other things.

The game is really lit just like the game name.

We liked this game but we deleted it and we forgot why but we don’t want to re download it.

It’s lit! Literally! No lag, no glitch and has a perfect gameplay! 5/5!

We love this game so much, a bit frustrating at times, but it’s a good puzzle game. Great work Wayforward! Keep it up!

We played just so we could see the ending. Rachel and the main character holding hands is too cute<3.

Most of the low star review complaints are about the high difficulty. We’ll admit that it is a challenging game and if that’s not what you want this game is not for you. However, this game is creative rewarding and engaging. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a challenge.

We think it is gucci game and has gud stuffs.

As a fan of the Wiiware title, we were shocked to find out that there was an iOS version almost 7 years later. The cartoony feel was a bit off putting at first because part of LIT’s appeal to us was the visuals. But this game stays true to the original by having the same old soundtrack, sound effects, and characters we know and love. If you liked the original, this is a great and faithful recreation for iOS! (As long as you don’t mind the art style)

Not only the game is addicting, but also !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Loved the gameplay. Loved the art style. The windows are a bit hard to hit and the story (i got both endings) left a lot to be desired…

We gave it four stars because it’s not sensitive enough to hit the windows .I’d be there for like 3 seconds trying to hit it.

We do enjoy this game, HOWEVER, the goal times are unreasonable. Half of the time the character doesn’t move when you ask, or you’ll tap on a window 15 times before he actually shoots the pebble to break it. We made goal time on like the first 3 levels. After that it was hopeless.

Loved the game but all of a sudden on floor 114 the monster would not burn up so we couldn’t continue. So we removed it. Reloaded and on floor 104, again the monster wouldn’t chase us or burn up not letting us go any further so we deleted it again. Too bad, really enjoyed it.

Cant figure out how to play, still gonna try to figure out the first room but a beginning tutorial would help a lot.

Seems like a sweet little game, but it’s difficult to move the character around. Even when we drag him over to a square it seems like there’s a lag. We’ll have to drag twice. It feels unintuitive. If you care about scoring well in the game, your steps are counted and this lag can be very frustrating.

We think the game is boring, but you might like the game so if you like dark games and boring games then this is for youBye.

This game is really nice and has a cute art style, but there are some issues. First, the swipe to move doesnt work well on tablets, and the slingshot can sometimes take multiple taps to actually hit. Which is super annoying when trying to get the target goal times. Could really use something like a virtual D-pad or analog stick.

We were a huge fan of the original game when released on Nintendo’s Wii console. We loved its creepy atmosphere with third person flashlight controls. The problem with making this a swipe-to-move is it takes away all fear of the dark. You can’t even swipe your character into the darkness which removes all fear of needing to light the way. It’s still clever and still fun, but changing it from third person to a top down game loses some of the originality of the WiiWare title.

It would be good if you can add an option for manual or a quick discription of how to play the game. Either we are not able to figure it out how to play or our phone has got problem. Sad that we wil have to delete it now!

The gameplay is alright, we’ll at least give it that, but it’s so bland. This is a game you may as well just put on one of the millions of flash game websites, because that is all it is.

The game is great but you can’t complete room 113 the ghost at the end kills you but if you make this level completeble or more easy this game will get five stars.

The touch controls are bad, which we could get over if the "goal times" were realistic. With such bad controls you can’t get close to those times, this has potential, but for now it needs work.

The objective of the game is clear, however there is no instructions on how to play the game! We’ve been restarting over and over again to try and figure it out, and maybe we’re just an idiot but a set of instructions would be nice.

Its a great looking game and has neat mechanics but the controls are really bad and unresponsive.

Glitch on level 15 that doesn’t let you kill the monster.

We don’t even know what this game is supposed to be. There’s zero tutorial and absolutely no help figuring the objective. We couldn’t even figure out the first level.

This seemed like a fun game, but the controls are not sensitive enough… No good way to be sure you can stop the character on the square you need, and sometimes impossible to get him when he is standing behind something without taking extra steps in the wrong direction. After walking into a monster three times in a row with just barely a tap, we gave up. Very disappointing, this would have been a fun game if it worked better.

All the graphics are cool and everything BUT,the game doesn’t teach you how to play To play you must move back and forth and break the glowing window the ball to move. It’s so weird we can’t understand it.

We just downloaded this and every time we try to play it it kicks us back to our homescreen before it even finished loading the "wayforward" screen when we first turn it on. If they could fix this? Then I’d play and see if we liked it.

No Tutorial. Can’t figure out how to even take a single Step. PASS.

We literally FOR the life of us cannot figure out how to play, it’s sad because it looks really awesome, please add a how to play page.

Makes no since deleted right away.

No tutorial, intuitive moves, and challenging puzzles, just perfect! Please, make more levels!

We love the game’s style and stuff. Also the alternate ending was great!

This game was really cool when we played it’s Wii version. And even love this one more, but there is only 16 levels. Will they keep our more levels, like candy crush more levels.

Its such a fun game! It makes you think of how to get to the door while avoiding the monsters and darkness.

We’ve never played original LIT game, but we like this game! It is really simple and fun. We also like the art style. Cute and not too spooky. It can be a lil bit tricky sometimes to control the character, but this game is free.. So… How can we complain? Haha Hope WayForward will release games like this more!

This game is amazing!!! We only ask that you add more levels, a story and possibly cutscenes, a better control system, and a clue what is happening in the game.

Great game by a great developer.

We’re trying to play it, but we can’t press the slingshot button. Is there a tutorial? Or…

We love this game on the wifi store and now it’s portable that makes it even better.

LIT started out as a fantastic puzzle game for the Wii console. We are very glad to see it now available for iPhone!! Thank you WayForward!!!
