Fabulous game! Lasted much longer than we thought it would. HIGHLY engaging story and one you shouldnt skip through just for the gameplay. Someone put a lot of time in this game and, after we played this one, would gladly pay to play. We bought hints twice for a reasonable cost. There were no annoying ads.
We are thoroughly enjoying the games. We are on Lost Lands 7. We are really enjoying them. The puzzles are awesome and challenging. We are looking forward to more being released!! (Hoping so anyway). We think what makes these stand out above others is you dont have to use energy to perform tasks and it is only -1 coin for a hint.
We are a fan of all the Five BN games. We are so impressed by the incredible quality. Puzzles are great, graphics beautiful (or frightening depending on the scene), stories interesting, and hidden objects have purpose rather than finding something over and over. We need to find a way to open this door, the object is found and used to trigger the next puzzle. Thank you to the developers.
An excellent continuation of an already awesome game series. We love that the story comes back around to the first game. Also, horror elements in Lost Lands? A surprise, to be sure, but a welcome one.
Love these Lost Lands games. Challenging, interesting story line and just plain fun to work our way through. We do need to fall back on walkthroughs but we are getting better at solving the puzzles ourselves. Good for our 74 year old brain.
Love these. One slightly annoying puzzle (with blue lines you have to drag) that was really hard to do with the iPhone interface. It kept pulling down menus etc. We got past it anyway, but in a perfect world the puzzle should be mentally challenging not just controls challenging. Minor complaint, great game otherwise.
The series is fantastic. Its our favorite game by far. We love the variety of different puzzles and the storyline. We cant wait till the next one comes out.
Ive liked this series (Im on #7) but some of the puzzles had become tedious and repetitive. We liked some of the newly introduced elements in this round where it had more of a timing / adventure game element. Beat so far in our opinion. We are wondering why the main characters face changed in this one. We liked the inclusion of the son in the adventure.
We hope the sequence wont end. It is crazy addicting.
Love these games! Even our husband commented that the graphics are really good. We purchase coins only because we want to contribute to the making of the games. We cant believe they are free without ads! Keep up the fantastic work.
Started on one and on seven but must admit we need walkthroughs to complete.
Started with 1 saw it was a series and we love series and it has not disappointed best game Ive played in a long time story lines are great and graphics are remarkable hope to see more like this.
Ive played the first 6 games rather quickly and figured it was due a review. Ive enjoyed each game immensely. The puzzles are challenging enough but not so much that you cant solve them eventually. We love the story lines and the graphics just keep improving with each new game. Five BN should be proud of putting forth a quality product especially offering it for free. Ive played these games far too often way into the night because we want to see whats next. Cant wait to see what Susan and Maaron have to solve next.

Text was way too small and no option to zoom or increase the size. Puzzles need zoom option. We play on iPhone 14 Max and it is still too small for us to play comfortably (20/20 vision).
This game was engaging and well done. But we miss the option to buy a game at a fixed price. Do not like having to keep purchasing coins until we finish the game or give up.
We have played all of the lost lands games and Im definitely disappointed with this one, while the story line and games seem fun enough just like the 6 before this we have had to skip at least half of the games because the system wont register that Im clicking on exactly what it wants us to click on. For example during the bonus chapter there is a game in which you move hammers around on a gong system however the way they have the hammers laid over one another when you go to move one it clicks on a different one and sets it off and you have to start from the beginning. Very frustrating and disheartening when thats the main reason to play it.
This is a very addicting series.

We have played all the Lost Lands up to this level, #7 including the bonus chapters. This one was harder due to some of puzzles were hard to do on mini iPad, so we gave up and went on to the next level.
Lost lands 7 is as engaging as all the other lost lands games, but in 7 our protagonists son is a whiny baby of a man. It gets really irritating. Why couldnt she have a son who is a little more supportive and adventurous? Seriously, it is so irritating.
We love this series of games. They have all been really great. But we love it because it doesnt require us to have fast fingers. We dont have fast fingers. And now Im stuck on a bridge that has arrows and fire and poison gas and sawblades. Nobody in our family can get past it. We take turns trying and all die over and over. Not sure if we can finish this one.
Some the puzzles, especially the 4 shapes in the bonus chapter are basically impossible to do on iPhone because your finger is covering up what your trying to do.
We really dont like spending so much just to have hints. Then when the hint goes no place.. Even watched the YouTube walk threw. Climbing up out of hole was a shame. 10 hints just to pass the job, crazy.
Having played all previous, the puzzles in this one, even in the hops, are way too complicated. Are they trying to be Myst? May as well go back and play Myst. That was a game worth dedicating hours to; this lost lands, not so much.
The games produced by this developer are always good. The puzzles are hard but doable, and sometimes they are easier. We like that your are not limited in how many to times you can poke around, unlike some other games.
We cant begin to tell you how much we love these games. The first game was difficult for us because we wasnt used to a game that had such a large amount of locations to explore and items to find and/or unlock. We finally muddled our way through. On game two, we took notes in a separate journal to try to remember everything, but found that exhausting. By game three, we started to get the hang of it, slowed down, and really made ourselves pay attention. The stories are interesting, the characters are wonderful, and the graphics are stunning. Ive even become fond of several of the characters and will be sad when the series ends.
Out of all the lost lands, this one with the upset son storyline made us laugh hard. What a joy to keep going and building on each adventure. We like how necessary the cut screens are. Puzzles are challenging and at times frustrating. Have patience! Enjoy the standout logic games in a world of candy swapping mind dumbness. If you like to think, this game is for You! All lost lands & New York mysteries are worth discovering and rediscovering.

Ive played every game in this series, getting through each of them in just under a day, (theyre that interesting) so we can faithfully say this series has been getting better and better with each new release. We were surprised with the third and fourths new innovations, and while palying the seventh one we couldnt put off writing a review any longer. Wow!!!! For anyone discouraged by how difficult the puzzles are in the first four games of the series, Im relieved to say theyve made the puzzles much less time consuming to figure out, they still rack your brains for clues, but progress is made easier compared to the first game. We were beyond in AWE of the complexity, cleverness, and quality of the puzzles in this installment. Wow. The graphics have also made major improvements, and you get to play the game through the characters point of view. Absolutely spectacular, and this is coming from someone who rarely enjoys games. We loved playing each of the games in this series. Thank you Five-Bin.
We love this new chapter of Susans story! We were so excited seeing Jimmy, seeing his anger turn to recognition for all his mom had done for the lost Lands! We hope we see more of him, and that maybe hed one day take over her burden. Also this fixed what we felt six lacked, the answer for what happened after the museum heist.
This series will always be our favorite for numerous reasons. Its beautifully made, the puzzles are intriguing without being ridiculously hard and the game is a good length. The animation is beautiful and each scene has so much thought put into it. The story has kept us on the edge of our seat the entire time and we hope there are more like this to come. We have spent well over $250 on games alone, trying to find one we enjoyed as much as the lost lands series, which is free. We have yet to find one. Thank you for these gems, Im currently replaying them for the third time and still enjoy it. Hope to see more from Five-BN soon.

Im glad to finally know how we dodged a stint in federal prison after the events of game number five, but we might not be as lucky this time, as Ive now moved on from breaking and entering to international ecoterrorism.
We love every game they have made and have played them all but they seriously have stepped it up with this one and the last game. Not saying anything was wrong with the others considering we played them all and would play again!!!! We love them and hope to keep getting new ones.
We see there is a lost lands 8. We will hold out to purchase the full game. . It wont be easy to wait.
The best games out there amazing, and with every game the graphics are getting better the story lines are even better and the plot is amazing, even the puzzles.

Stories are creative and well done in the continuing Lost Lands episodes. Games are nice as well, most importantly for us.
We were astonished he first time we stumbled across one of your games that it was free, with no ads we Hines,Ty didnt believe it until we finished the first one and we were still in shock. We quickly downloaded more and began to binge play them for a while until our life got busy again with school. We finally came back to continue this series with this game about to head off to college now and it blows our mind how we still adore this game and the series to this day. And each game seems to be even more creative and engaging in the story line and puzzles etc. The improvement through each game is incredible! And the puzzles have even become more enjoyable for us personally. And the scenery and overall game design has always been so intriguing and often quite beautiful from the very beginning. We dont understand how such a gem of a game series could be free and so well done and seemingly still underrated.

We just finished 1-7 of the games but we did notice that in the bonus of the 7th game we cant get past a certain point. Im supposed to go down a gorge but we click everywhere possible and all that happens is the zoom in on the rope. Once that is fixed Ill be excited to finish the bonus area.

Not only are the stories in this series pretty well done, the game itself is very fun to play. Im very thankful that the developers didnt turn this into a money pit. If you are patient and even keep a notepad, you can play without having to get many hints. Basically a very professionally made game, for free with no ads. We buy at least the 2.99 hint deal just to support the developers. We get probably 3 to 4 hours of very enjoyable gameplay each episode. This is a rare find, well done.
This series is seriously one of the best escape type games Ive played. Quick points: -It is free and completely free. Theres not even ads! ZERO ADS throughout the entire game! All 7 of them! -Great story line with great graphics. -Great mini games/puzzles that are hard enough where theyre a challenge, but not impossible to figure out -Large map with many different locations that you continue to go back to throughout the entire game -When you highlight an item in your inventory, it will say what it is. We always hate when games dont do that because sometimes you have no clue what the heck an item is! But, we never really had that issue with any of these games, but its still nice to have it. It has a great story line with great graphics. The mini games/puzzles are great..hard enough to give a challenge but not so hard theyre impossible to figure out. We love how it has this huge map and you have to keep going back to different parts. Its not like most where you finish a room and move on and thats it. With these you will have to keep going back. It can be kind of confusing to remember where everything is with such a big map and so many parts, but the later versions (6&7) actually had names of each location on the maps and had each location kind of separated on the map, which made it a lot easier to remember where you wanted to go. This is completely free with ZERO ADS! The entire gameNOT A SINGLE AD! Ive played many free escape games and other free games and they ALWAYS have a ton of ads. Even if you dont get the interruption of ads, there are usually ad banners on the screen somewhere. These games have NONE of that! There isnt a single ad or ad banner anywhere! Even with most games if theres no ads, there are still at least ads if you want to see a hint, you watch an ad. If it goes to the next part, you watch an ad. NOT WITH THESE! You want a hint, no need to watch an add. You do have to use coins for a hint, but you get some free ones so thats not really an issue. Personally, we dont like using hints unless Im pulling our hair out trying to figure it out. We never had that issue with these games. But we did want to test out what it was like getting a hint and it used 1 coin and highlighted where to go next. These games are great! Im sad theres only 7! Lol but they take a good amount of time to get through each. After these we moved onto the Darkness and Flame series. We like it, but not as much as these ones. The Darkness and Flame mini games/puzzles seem easier than with these. But, theyre still great too and have the same great features these games did.

So unfortunately we do see what the harsher reviews are talking about. The previous games had similar puzzles to one another with a little spin and it didnt bother us because we knew those puzzles and they were fun to solve. This seems as though they wanted something different and reached at the bottom of the barrel of ideas to come up with new puzzles. We refuse to give a super low rating since we cant even finish the game (too difficult, tedious, and expensive). We will YouTube the game so we can see the story and hopefully things are better in the next one. Ive always loved this game but this specific one really is too difficult. Its not challenging because thats actually fun. Its actually very difficult and we run into a difficult puzzle that annoys us every couple of minutes or so. Still a SUPER BIG FAN OF THIS STORY! Just not this specific one.
