Are you adding more levels or should we just delete this game?
We downloaded this because of the reviews! What a mistake!!! You get a few boosters then nothing but pop ups to buy stuff!! How ridiculous!
Game keeps freezing and or glitching. Waste of time if it keeps freezing.
Love the game but been waiting 2 weeks to play the next level, wish the game had more levels will wait a few more days then delete. No sense in having a game you cant play.
We have been playing for a while. We are at level 345. We have spent money in the game plenty of times. We cant go any further, there is no rooms to decorate. We also wrote them asking when they would make more but have gotten no response.
Its fun we love the buildings they give us and the game just fun!

Im confused to why every time we close the app and come back we have to start back on the first renovation instead of picking up where we left off at. Its frustrating and makes us want to delete the game.

But Im now to the Rock Studio and we play games, win coins then purchase things for the room. 3 times now we get to a certain point then stop playing for a bit then when we go back to playing the game, everything we’ve purchased is gone and we have to start that room (rock studio) all over again. We’ve been waiting for a new room all it says is coming soon! Well when is soon? Its been a few weeks.
It would have been nice if we had been able to even try to play this game but after we downloaded the silly thing we tried to get to the game and it took us to the part where the two people come up and it says play. Then the waitress comes up and she saysit feels like we have been waiting our whole life. And everything goes black. We tried downloading the game again and it starts the whole thing over again. We do not know what to do except delete the game! We are retired and on a limited income. But after reading some of the other reviews, we think we should just go ahead and delete the game. It looked like it would have been fun but it seems like it has a lot of issues that we do not have time to deal with and certainly no extra money. Sorry guys but we may try again after a few months!
The game started off so good but then a couple days later we got on and it lost our progress and it put us 2 rooms behind where we were. We have it a second chance and decided to just go from there and it did it again so we completely uninstalled it. It was too aggravating for me.
We have beaten all the levels and wanting more rooms….. Great game just way to long waiting for new rooms.
Purchased gems through the ap and though we were charged for them, they will not credit to our account. Very disappointed in this! So we contacted the company and all we kept getting was they could not help us. So we disputed the charge through our Apple account. Very disappointed!!
At first we really liked this app. But pretty quickly, the glitches started. Not small ones, but major ones. First a room that we had decorated & used lots of coins in, had everything disappear. We wrote in to report this glitch. Got automatic response & then live response. We were told we had a complaint number & they would work on it. Also, would we answer a detailed list of questions. Which we did, with very detailed answers. We waited to buy anything else for the room. We just kept playing & building up coins, for when the problem would be fixed. Opened up the game to play & all but the amount of coins we had days before, were gone. It was a lot of coins, that we had worked hours to collect. Again we emailed the app., again we were told they were working on it. Weeks went by. We would check everyday for emails saying the glitches were fixed. Finally, Im giving up on the game. Its too bad, this game could of been a keeper. But instead, its turned into a loser. Game deleted!
We have been playing and playing and love the game BUT we are now stuck after finishing the nursery and it will go no further. This is going to cause us to delete the game unless there is a way to fix it.
We like this game,but on the level where gloves are introduced, the conversation covers the area and we cant swipe to move on.
The games are so hard you dont ever get to decorate. We gave up.
The game is amazing. But we have been on several levels were the game froze on us and we had to exit the game and lost lives at the same time.
We gave we 3 stars because, while it has the potential of being a good game, we couldnt get past level 33 because thats the level you get the glove to swap pieces. The words are covering the two pieces that are needed to be swapped. And you a cant swap any other two pieces, as they are locked. Poor planning on the developers part.
The game is stuck right now and we cant seem to figure out how to fix it. Your caption prohibits us from pressing the button we need to move on.
Got to level 33. The instructional hint is over the game and will not move so you can play! Makes it impossible to continue.

At the beginning you show people how to play: STOP !!! If you want ask if if they need a tutorial or help. We know how to play Im 58 yrs old so we dont need this we want to get on and play. We love this game or we wouldnt have downloaded it.
We just got done playing a level and the game totally froze on us. We had a bomb blast plus a rocket blast. The rocket blast hit an empty square and no other matches came down. Forced us to quit the level and lose a life. This is the second time its happened.
We only gave four stars for now because we ordered some gems twice and we have yet to receive them we bought them with our card please fix this problem. Otherwise we truly love the game please fix this and credit us what we bought.
It was great til it started freezing up. Freezes about ever 5th game, usually when right at the end and looking like we have the moves to win. Super frustrating as we all know that the winning board wont be back for a while (these games are mostly luckmanipulated by the developers to keep you playing but losing enough that they hope youll pay for those extra moves)
We really love playing this game, but we have bought three of the $1.99 packages and have not received them. It says purchase successful and then freezes. This is very frustrating! Please fix this!
We really like the game, but it glitches literally every 5 minutes. We’ve had to replay super hard levels that we were one move away from winning because the game froze or it shut down. Very frustrating. Once the glitches are corrected we will change our rating.
The game is fun was really enjoying it until we got to level 35 there is no way you can beat that in 20 moves only way to beat it is either you spend a bunch of money on gems to keep playing, well played!!!! You got to make your money some how right, you let people play get into the game, get hooked than bam give them a board they cant get past unless they spend money, well Im not one of them we will not be dumping a bunch of money into a game so we guess we will be deleting it and moving on to the next game it was fun while it lasted.

Games fun and challenging but the last few times we have made purchases they took our money but did not give us the in game purchase. Game freezes now any time you purchase.
Id like this game a million times better if it didnt glitch every two seconds. Our rating would be a five if we wasnt constantly frustrated with the amount of issues and glitches there are. Fix your game and Ill change the rating.
We downloaded the app and they make you do the tutorials which by the way there should be a way to skip for those that dont need them, but regardless the 2nd tutorial in and the words on what to do are over where they want you to move the piece and there is no way to get past it.
We enjoyed the game, but when we beat level 39 it just continued into negative moves. The goals were all met, but it just kept into negative moves. We exited the level and it made us redo it. So we deleted the game.
We have twice paid for the $1.99 one and never got our diamonds or anything.
