The game got stuck when it was loaded to 67%, and it was useless to delete the app or restart the phone. There are no issues with the device. Can you update the app to solve this problem!
Hello we just want to know how do we claim the leaderboard price.
So, this is a decent game, but its missing ONE thing, BUNGERS, you know the hit game bugsnax, there is a bugsnack called bunger and it is a hamburger with fries for legs, and we think he would make a solid addition to this game. Overall good game, just missing bungers.
New recipe, smoked suckling pig is glitching. When we are finished, it does nothing. We have to exit out of game to get it off of the screen. Please fix this as this is the only recipe we need to finish a goal in spotlight. Thanks.
Unfortunately with the game update we were forced to restart. In the old version we were allowed options to pick our recipe (with chef bonuses if you hit all the marks that they were looking for!) and we really enjoyed the variety of plates at the end. It made it more fun! But now, we are always forced to cook the same dish and its just about speed and precision of the dish. It completely changes the game for us. To start with every recipe confuses us too. We hope that with all the feedback given by people who used to enjoy the game, it will be considered that you go back to the original game mode. It was just more fun and more unique and played more into the Masterchef show itself.
After this newest update our game and progress has not saved , we got very far into the game just for our progress to all be deleted . Very unhappy .
Every time we try and play a spotlight recipe we get to the end and the game freezes. We have to quit which means we get no credit or trophies for playing that level. Also our leaderboard and spotlight goals wont load.
Why does this game get stuck every time it loads to 67%? Whether it’s deleting the game and downloading it again or logging in to the Apple ID again, there’s no way to solve this problem.
Please fix the bug it doesnt let you put the pizza on the oven when playing fist level.
We love MasterChef because once we started playing we couldnt get off of the game.
We love the game but make the stirring game easier.
We make every recipe under the spotlight recipes and it always says that we make one less. That costs us 100 points every time.
Spotlight says complete each recipe at least once. There are 13 but there are only 11. Am we missing something??
Im on this weeks spotlight challenges and it says make one of each spotlight recipes and its vegetarian recipes but we’ve completed all 15 and it says there are 16 to complete!! Please help.
The game is fun, but for the past two weeks we haven’t been able to complete the weekly challenges because it says there’s 13 recipes to make but list only 12. Emailed them like they ask but it was pointless. Fun game, but be prepared to be annoyed.
This game used to be fun, but with the new update it is bad. Whats the point of doing chef matches without the judge bonuses, and being able to place even if you dont do it well. That takes away the fun of the matches. Also, we had to restart our cookbook, but for some reason some of our recipes updated on higher levels but others didnt. Unfortunately, we wont be playing anymore because we love having all the recipes but the new style takes away the fun.
The controls only work sporadically. Little explanation on what to do. This game is terrible.

Very fun game but when Im at our last spotlight quest it wont count as completed and collect the stars it says 32/12 completed.
We dont really like it but it is nice and it is good for people who like to cook.
We cant load in bc it gets stuck at 67 percent and never gets past that.
Since the last major update, we feel like the game has had major problems. There are so many bugs it is hard to keep track of but here are a couple we have noticed: 1. For the daily challenges, sometimes the judges requests are for the previous version where they ask that you meet 3 of the battle requirements. This is annoying since it is impossible to meet the judge request with the new update since you pick the recipe instead of choosing ingredients like before. 2. For stamps requirement and some judge requirements, there are a lot of achievements that are not registered. For example, for the finish first in Prime Time 10 times, no matter how many times we finish first none of the wins register and it states we have zero. Another example is the make 10 butcher cuts recipeso, none of the recipes under Butchers Cuts register but somehow the Veal Marengo does even though its under Stews (and it doesnt register as a stew recipe for stamps! 3. We had a majority of the recipes at the max level, but with the update most of these are back to level 1. This is frustrating because it is so hard to upgrade recipes especially with the new recipes. Overall, while we do enjoy the new recipes and activities, there are a lot of kinks that need to be worked out which makes it difficult to enjoy the game fully.
We used to have this game on our old iPhone 11, and it would work perfectly fine. We redownload the game on our current iPhone 13 mini, and the game will open and take us to the first loading screen, but then it will stop at 100% and wont go past that screen. We have deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times and it has not solved the issue. We have also restarted our phone, but it doesnt seem like our phone or connection is the issue either. All in all we genuinely enjoy this game and we want to play again, but we cant keep playing unless it goes past the loading screen.
We really dont understand how to anyone mixes anything in this game. The way to mix is way too confusing.
The whole game was changed and we are confused. It wont let us earn any stamps even though we’ve done the things required to get them and one of our daily challenges is to fulfill chefs requirements but that mode of the game seems to be completely missing from the app. Please help we used to love this game.

We enjoy cooking games and really appreciate this game allowing more interactive cooking skills and so many cool recipes! One of our favorite mobile games.
Fun, but wish there was a story mode.
The game is nice but you really need to make at least ONE curly hair style. Also frying on mobile is WAY TO HARD.
We hate the new update. Our favorite thing about this game was the ability to experiment and discover new recipes by trying different ingredients. There’s no incentive to play the game if there’s nothing to unlock or discover.
The new update is terrible. You now have to choose a recipes to cook before starting the contest instead of being able to choose your ingredients in the contest based on the 3 rules they gave to get bonus points. Its also very very glitchy now.
You must get this game. Its awesome! We still just got it and its so cool already a five star rate is perfect for this we recommend you get this game its so so so so so so so so so so fun! Have fun playing.
On our 13 pro im deleting this game for the second and last since its the same issue.

We really enjoy the game play but its so difficult to do certain tasks if youre a left handed person. Some of the actions you are doing you have to switch and we cannot get them done correctly because of this. We kind of wish the screen could not be straight. Otherwise good game.
Love this game but every time we make a recipe that is a featured recipe our screen freezes and doesnt go to the award screen. Its fine with any other recipes but the featured ones. Really annoying.
The game’s amazing, but we have some issues with some recipes after we complete all the process, it wont let us get the recipes review, it doesnt even say that we finished, the only option we have is to go to settings and quit the game, its so frustrating bc it happens even when Im competing online.
Fun game but freezes too much. Every-time Im about to finish a competition it stops and we have to restart the app, its really annoying.
This game is overall really fun but it is way too glitchy. Usually the three main glitches are 1. Not giving us rewards that we earned 2. Staying on the time screen when you first start cooking something, while the other players progress 3. When your done cooking something it doesnt go to the review screen, you are just stuck there. Only way to fix 2 and 3 is to close out of the app which gets annoying with how often you have to do it. Its a good game but it would be so much better without the glitches.
We love this game but every time we are in a challenge or Im cooking it wont let us go on and kicks us off we would not recommend to play this game but other than that its a awesome game if you are the creator reading this please respond to this comment please and FIX IT!!!!!!!
We love the game and concept and competition, but our goodness, we keep trying to complete a prime time dish and on the last step nothing happens. We could be in first place and then nothing, it wont complete! Smh, this game should not be this glitchy after being around so long. We played a few months ago and none of this happened. Maybe there is an issue with choosing the saved cloud file. We dont know. Then you see the red numbers on outfits and utensils like u have new stuff, but you dont. The numbers are just stuck there. You fix those two things and this game can be great.
This game is fun but we feel like the avatar is very feminine. All the hairstyles are girly and so are lots of the cosmetics. Almost none of the chests are flat and we dont really want to look like a girl. (Yes we are a boy. Yes we are playing a cooking game)
We love the game but recently it broke. We cant finish activities. It stops after completing a dish and before going to the judges. Very annoying and makes the game useless!
This game would be at least 4 stars in our eyes if it worked better idk how many times we have had a problem with the gameplay.
In spotlight week, we did all of the quests for stars for it. We had 449 stars and was in first place for the 1000 coin and golden box prize. When the week of spotlight was over, we never received our prize. Maybe a glitch? Very upsetting as if we complete all quests again, and reach 1st, im not guaranteed the prize that we should be rewarded for it.
When we try to cook on the cooking corner it never lets us finish :( it freezes every time Im about to serve the dish to the judges, we want to play more but It wont let us finish cooking it seems really fun.
Enjoying the game but it wont stop freezing at the end of prime time matches and making it so we cant even finish the round.
