We love this game. We enjoy the main story as well as all the side challenges. But it would be nice to have a storybook where you could go anytime to re-read the ongoing story from the beginning to where you are in the game. With so much going on to play we cant remember the whole story line.
We have been playing this game for a couple years, nonstop. We love this game, works with and without Wi-Fi. Many boards so its not all played on the same board, keeps us interested.
We love this game. Its easy enough to be enjoyable but not so hard to be difficult to progress. Id like to progress. We finished the 15 episodes. When will there be an update.
Too much repetition. Need to add new chapter or new event.
We like this game. The graphics are beautiful, the challenges just right except.the jewellery is hard to find, the upgrades to the suppliers very, very slow. Can this not be improved. At this point we wouldnt recommend this game to anyone.
Love this game but its taking forever for Episode 15!! Ive almost finished all of the collections from the other houses and we dont know what we will do once Ive finished that and wont have anything else to do!! Please hurry up with Episode 15.
So we go to pay for items it says it goes through and then it says that it cancelled the payment. But it still takes the money with no gifts. What is up with that. Im going to have to uninstall the game and not play. We really like the game. We dont want to have to do that. Please help.
We wanted to buy a bundle for 4.99, each time we tried it seemed to work saying all set like it went through but the we get a pop up saying something went wrong so we tried again and again and again, the same thing happened every time. We never got the items from the bundle but our credit card got charged almost $50.00 instead of $4.99 and we still never got the items even once never mind the 10 times we got charged for. We tried to contact the company through the support link in the game app but that didnt work either. Please refund our money since we never got what we paid for.
How do you get the egg to turn into the first level of ugly duckling on the farm? We cant open it or anything, and it just simmers after the time is up to transform.
Why cant the $.99 cent specials be purchased? We have tried MANY times to give you money, but cant. Really.

We love this game. Has so many good features so numerous to mention. We paid for the free pass – evidently which just ended. However – we cant open/play the game. It opens and screen shot shows pass ended – get coin but freezes. So Im not getting the coins – last we saw was at least 4000. Also since it will not let us play – we lost out on finishing up the last item needed to get the daily coins, energy and parts! Also missing out on todays options….. Still LOVE this game though :) Thank you for an awesome game and any assistance. UPDATE: Everything back to normal. Thank you for the quick response and fix and replacement benefits. We love playing this game! Ive reached the end of 14 levels and waiting for new ones to come out. We hope its not going to be too long of a wait. We were playing one game, reached and completed the 5th restaurant and been waiting for new levels for 18 months. Please create new levels fast!!! Thank you.
You asked us to update to 3.1.1, but our game is already updated and still having the problem. We tried to click the support button in the app, but it just takes us to our email and then nothing happens from there – no address to send to populates or anything. SoIm having to connect thru a review. If you send us the report address here, we can connect thru a more efficient medium. We enjoy this game, but this most recent update some items that are supposed to produce have not. Examples are the camellia and the pine cone in the camping event. The red timer shows up, but then it goes away and does not leave behind the item it is supposed to produce. Out of frustration, we had to use gems to buy a rose petal so we could complete a task. Please fix as you cant really complete orders without those dropped items.

We absolutely love this game, enjoy playing. We used to play it everyday, buh ive been having trouble playin in the diner. Every time we try ta click on the diner it pops up, buh doesnt show anything at all. And we dont know what to do.
About a week a ago , one of our place had a problem and nothing was shown . It didn't fix with update and all of our work was useless.
Just downloaded this. Been playing a couple hours already! Love this! Wish there was a group on fb, tho. And your fb pages are not kept up to date. Also, would be nice to log in through fb so we wouldnt lose our progress – in case something happens.
On the proofs section in the observatory tab, once youve gotten all of them in the museum, there is no reward, it prompts you to get it but it doesnt exist to claim.
Someone finally helped us at Freeway and this has turned into a pretty fun game. Now we need to get a trophy to move to the next level. But we will.
Great that there are different characters and merge items to find. Cant wait to get to the next levels.
We play a bunch of different games, especially match three games. We love the story and the quest of this game, they are challenging not impossible.
We have been stuck at 92%forever because there seems to be no way of getting tea ceremony items and garden items to pass this chapter. We were told there would be a fix but two events have passed and still no fix.
After latest update we were finally able to move to episode 8 however after a few tasks we now have only two tasks that ask for things that we have now generators for: a turtle, watering can. We havent been able to move on once again. We have the whole board unlocked but we have only the greenhouse generator and the grass generator for birds/bugs. We are so frustrated as we really like this game but we cant make any progress.
Can you please fix the game. It keeps crashing. You forgot the bug fixes. Please get the bug fixes now. Why do you update without bug fixes? It keeps lagging and freezing when we tap the screen.
The play is disturbing slow, and ultra boring. The story line still hasnt developed into anything interesting. We once again regret downloading the app to our phone. We refuse to download it to our tablet ever again.
We have been really enjoying this game and have put a significant amount of money into playing it, but once the windmill venue appeared, the game froze. We dumped the game and then readded it back 4 times, but every time to got to the part where you are supposed to recharge a microchip with a battery, it freezes. This is extremely frustrating, and we hope this glitch is being worked on.

Please take away the pop-up boxes on the generators that require items to start.
Not enough energy to do anything at all, ask money for every thing in game, also the graphics and game story is good but u can't enjoy.
New update for Christmas is still not allowing advancement. Ive spent money that is going to be wasted due to this issue. Please fix.
Could be a good game IF it didnt take Forever to earn a level.
With the update this morning the game will not open. It get to 90% and stops. We couldnt find any other way to contact you so we are doing it this way. We deleted and reinstalled. That worked. We do think that there should be a way to contact your support in the event the game doesnt load. We changed the stars up to 5 since we do love the game.
The game constantly pops up ads when navigating through menus, after making matches, and after a certain amount of time playing. There is no option to pay to remove the pop-up ads. The gameplay is ruined by both the ads and the frequency of them. Definitely not interested in playing a game to get frequently forced to watch ads.
We love the game, but what is going on ? Are you going to release episode 9.
No more Quests available. When the new update, it is taking too long.
Edit: we were able to get this situation resolved by contacting the support link. They did it quick and we appreciated that. We really enjoyed this game until we got to episode 6 chapter 4. We have requests but no clue how to get the source. Counters also has no help online. Completely stuck here.
Ive been playing for a while and today one of the areas wont work and if we go to that place it freezes.
Ive gotten to ep 4 and two tasks need a loom to make cloth, but we do not have a loom. We do not understand how to get one, especially when one of the rewards for the episode is a loom. We have no other tasks we can complete. Because of this we cant progress.
Nothing after episode 7 very bummed we really liked this game but now theres no more levels to play.
For the past two days, the game will get just past the loading screen and show that Im signed in and then nothing. It wont respond to anything. Im getting extremely frustrated considering we paid for the game and now cant play it.
Has once again crashed the game, cant even open it enough to get Id to send support ticket. Last time this happened we uninstalled and reinstalled and had to start over from the beginning, not going to do that again Im in the middle of a golden ticket so there goes money drown the drain. Sad state of affairs.
Got pretty far but the last update messed it up. We cant even get past the loading screen and if we have to uninstall and then reinstall and get sent back to the beginning then we are done with the game but as for now we cant even play it.
Since updating the game after starting the game up the whole thing is frozen. We havent been able to play since the update.

Good game but latest update doesnt allow you to move from Location to location without going back to the main map. Also we have bought the season pass a couple of times and not been given the rewards. One time they did reimburse us for that. And the latest update said we would be able to move power ups from one location to the other but we cant seem to figure out how to do that. There doesnt appear to be an option for that. We were actually excited about that being a new feature.
Our game wont load since update today. Sad cause we love this game, even though you kinda ruined by making boosters worthless and we cant put them in our backpack.
Why?! We really used to like this game, the story was entertaining enough and the art was cute. We appreciate yall trying to make improvements but your update made so we cant navigate directly between boards anymore and has taken A LOT of chests and items earned from daily challenges from us! Days, possibly weeks of work saving daily challenge chests up, poof, gone! We dont need those chests/items right away so we let them hang out in that little portal before it goes on the board and they are all gone. We had one chest sitting right up front at the farm. But its gone. We went to the diner board and just started pulling stuff out, there should be at least two chests from what is on the board and those are gone too! All this and you didnt even fix the actual problem with your game of unusable, unbuyable, and undeleteable items. Why? Why are you cause more issues adding unnecessary stuff while ignoring the existing bugs? Please fix. Developer didnt respond to our email about this either.
