This game is gorgeous! Takes our mind off anything Im stewing over, beautiful graphics, and we have never had any issues with it not working. We always update our apple software and close program down completely before doing any updates and we think this is key to smooth downloads. Ive looked at other hidden object games and nothing compares. Love this game and hope adventures continue as we are at top level and have been playing 3 years.

We love this game. Im 63 years old and this game has helped our memory. But as of last night we cannot log in! We were pretty far into the game too and had 97 diamonds! We deleted the game and reinstalled it and no luck. We get a message saying it cant log into the server. Every other app has no issues at all. If we ever am able to get back in we really hope we havent lost our game and our diamonds. Help.
We love this game! The rooms are well designed. However, on our end, when you are given the task to catch ghosts, the ones that are supposed to be caught never show up. Ive been through all the rooms that we have opened and we see everything except for the task given. Whats up with that? We have tried waiting, catching what we dont need and wait for the next one. Still what we need never shows up. Last night when we played they actually came up and we thought YAY they fixed the problem. But today its right back. Whats the point when you are given the task and everything but what you need shows up. Please advise or fix please.

Good game however we dont like like that you have to earn so much coins and for the amount of time Ive been playing this games (years!) it would be nice to get a bonus sometimes in good faith for sticking it out with the game for years.

There is something wrong with our beloved game. The last update gets to 27% and quits. Please issue an update free of bugs. In all the years Ive played this game! Where are the holidays been playing for five years and all of a sudden no special bonus screens. Why cant we get this game to load all of sudden.,! We have played for hours and explored way over 100 hidden objects puzzles and not one brown ticket. This is definitely not a fun game anymore. Whats the point if you cant advance? Thinking of giving up. Ive played this game for several years but never been this frustrated with it. Fix it developers.

There was definitely a glitch, and it took a long time to track it down, but Andy never gave up. Thank you! So: gorgeous graphics. Fun side quests. Fun seasonal quests. Team that works hard to make it come out right. Worth your time to talk to the support team if something isnt working. Worth your time if you like pretty games. Definitely a great way to fill empty hours.

Game is in the middle to download but stops at steps 22 and will not download.
We enjoyed the game itself, but there are downloads every 1-2 weeks that take too long to update. After about 5 minutes of downloading our device would go to sleep and Id have to restart the download process. The third time we gave up and deleted the app.
We were disappointed when the game did not do a Halloween update. Missed that.
We have been playing this game for years, and we still play everyday . But not nearly as long as we used to because its become very boring. Absolutely no story, just repetitive scenes with no challenge. However, the artwork is still lovely! We dont plan to delete it anytime soon, but how about adding some interest.
Wonderful graphics, kookie characters, story lines that go way crazy at times, no need to spend money on the game. Hours of tapping finding objects. Really, not sure what else you need from a game. Friends! You need friends and you can have all you want in this game. Helpful FB groups, contests. This is our go-to game. When our kindle bit the dust, we loaded this game on our iPad and started over. Still loving it.

This is one of our all time favorites. We have been playing for years. Not even sure honestly. They keep you interested. Whether its extending the story or having different side stories. You are able to earn items pretty good. Even if we leave for a bit. We always come back because they know how to create a game thats great all around.

It seems like years Ive been playing this game. Now it is getting very boring. Updates take forever for new scenes, challenges so we can move on. Im so tired of playing the same scenes and so are many friends quitting the game or just not playing like us. Also we should be able to put bushes on our other islands!! Ill give this game 2 more weeks for the update or Im out of here.

Like a few updates ago, after downloading the required update, game is stuck on the Your save has been updated in a later version of the game. Download the latest version to continue playing. When hitting the Download Now tab, it will take you to the App Store. Please fix.
This game has some of the best graphics Ive seen. There is no need to spend money unless you want to go faster in the game. Its relaxing and you can go at the pace you want. Try to get as many friends as you can (200 seems to be a nice number) because when there are special events, you can visit their rooms and make a lot of coins. You can use the search feature for friends and just start typing names and sending invites. Our advice is not to spend all your coins or pet food. Let it accumulate a little or else it can get frustrating. You also dont need to send the airship every few hours. There is a Facebook group that offers a lot of help and tips. Have fun.
You dont need to follow the story- just keep doing the quests. The pattern for the quests is the same no matter your level. We have never spent a penny on this game and we are at the top level. The trick is to get 20-30 friends and participate in the special events. You can get hundreds of thousands of points to use in the game the rest of the year.
We have been playing this game for years now it has an update and we cannot update it. We have tried everything that we can think of and nothing works. It says cannot connect to the App Store. We dont know what that means. Ive gone to the App Store 50 times to try and figure this out. This has got to be our ultimate favorite game. We wake up and play it. No stress, no timers ticking, and as for $$ It all can be free. In fact we love to collect the money by going into different sights, and playing them over. Finally a Keeper! Time to play! Definitely worth downloading.
we really enjoy this game, BUT – this update we had to process to continue will NOT complete the download. Its stuck in a loop or something – it just stays in the 1st download screen (1/2). Closing the game and restarting does nothing. Our next remedy (maybe) is to close out our system and then restart later. .
This is the best HOG in the store with excellent support and gorgeous graphics! Not sure how Apple determines most helpful but we totally disagree with the comments they list first – the first 2 that show up were posted 5&6 YEARS ago. How can they be helpful? Obviously no one from BigFish/Elephant actually reads any of these as there are people who state they have been playing the game for more years than the game has been around and then make negative comments. IMHO, that type of review should not be allowed.
Ive been playing this game on and off for ten? Years. Im up to level 98 and it is telling us we have not updated as Ive been playing, but we have each time. We would like to keep going. Im locked out, can you help.

We have been playing this game since way, way back. We cant believe they still havent solved the problem of internet disconnect when too many players try to log on at the same time. Telling us that MY internet is at fault has gotten so old. Our internet connection is fine, thank you. This is your error.

We have been playing for a long time and am never disappointed. It does take the designers a rather long time to develop a new kingdom but understandable with the beautiful graphics. We just entered the 14th, the Citadel. The new rooms and items require a lot of coins to open. If you go into the bag in your Inventory, a lot can be cashed out for 80, 90, 100 coins each. With 1270 items, it was easy for us to get enough coins to open everything.
Collect other players to go further in the game.. Keeps your mind busy.
This started last year when the download special for Halloween arrived In late November. Then Christmas came in February and Im still waiting for the Spring/Easter egg download. Whats up. No fun playing after the holiday is over.
We love this game and play it whenever we have some spare time. However, guys at the zen desk? With the newest update Ive lost ALL 25 of our friends, except the John bot.
