Community Insight:

Loved playing this gamehoping there will be added chapters.

Soooooo cute! Good cat good magpies! Finished it on Christmas Evefeel warm.

A really sweet and fun game. Its a bit short but the puzzles are engaging and original. Its not like any other puzzle/escape game Ive played. Much of the puzzling is figuring out what exactly is required, and there was a lot of exploring and interacting with the environment to find the solutions, but its all there if you look carefully and try different things. And like every game, once you get a sense of how the dev thinks, it all opens up. Each time we found a solution it was so satisfying, and the stunningly beautiful artwork makes it a pleasure to spend time in this world. The music is also wonderful. Well done, dev! We hope youre at work on your next game. Now we have to go play it again to see if we can find more secrets.

Enjoyable and innovativerelaxing game.

This game is fabulous! Our husband & we started playing it this evening & we couldnt put it down. Chapter after chapter had us enthralled & intrigued. The puzzles are so much fun! A couple of times we were tempted to cheat & look for a walkthrough but then our hubby figured it out so we didnt need to. We sat & pondered & thought & wondered & finally figured each chapter out. The only complaint we have is that now were going to bed way later than we intended! WHAT A GREAT GAME. Thank you very much to the creators. (Well be playing it again just to get the secrets in each chapter, as we didnt find them all). Wowwe had such fun.

This game is very sweet! A visual delight and fun way to relax. The music is charming, the artistry is very creative and the game play is satisfying with clever puzzles and a cute cast of characters. Its a delightful little short story that will leave you with a smile. Bravo.

The puzzles are unique. You just need to pay a bit more attention than youd usually do, to the background and what the characters do. (Review by a 10 y.o.).

We enjoy point and click puzzle games. The music and art of this game are so much classier than most, like a humorous short film. The puzzles were challenging and we enjoyed the humor as well. We only wish it didnt end so quickly. We hope there are more adventures for Milo. We also prefer to pay for a game and not be bothered to buy things in the game.

Good game. Hard but fun & cute Milo is a skrunkily little fellow.

We loved the graphics and it was easy to maneuver we loved it.

Im not a cat-person, but we have to admit this was a kind and tender story that we are glad to have played. The ending was more than worth the simple games and jaunts of this little creature.

The perfect game to ease the tensions of the day. Music was great! Art work and scenery, just right! Very well done. Thanks so much.

Fun because its difference, sure makes you think and not too long.

Milo & the Magpies is such a cute game! Not only did we get to journey with Milo, we got to see all the art and characters along the way- and Milo's story was so cute! It was also nice to get a game that stretched our imagination, but wasn't impossible to beat without help.

Touching tale a.of a cat who wants to find it's way home solving interesting puzzles.

Very beautifully drawn, lovely music, funny, gentle. A little world we would want to live in.

Wholesome and sweet. Felt really relatable to with cat and happy ending.

Simple and artistic, if you dont have this get it.

Meow meow meow (What a beautiful little game)!!! Meow meow prrrrrrr meow meow (we highly suggest you play this wonderful gem)! Meow reeeeeer prrr meow (we played this with our 7 year old girl and had a blast).

What a fun, cute story with quite a pleasing ending. The artwork is phenomenal. The puzzles are not too complex. Milo the cat wants to go home. By helping others he helps himself.

It really is one of a kind, like your playing a book from you childhood, really wholesome and challenging puzzles loved it.

Milo and the Magpies is cute and thoroughly enjoyable. Some details can be hard to see on a small screen but still each puzzle can be solved even if you have to click around a bit more.

It was just long enough..took some time catching on to the game mode..Really enjoyed it, the only problem was opening the Box…now understand, that was a stinker never would have got it without the Walkthrough. Felt alittle like stardew, good luck hope you make many more.

This game was unexpectedly fun and kept our attention to the end. Its clever but not too hard. The end made us tear up.

We dont usually leave reviews but had to for this one. We enjoyed every scene. They were just hard enough where we had to think on it and try different things. The imagery is beautiful. Im only sad we finished it.

We love puzzle games, especially the games by Rusty Lake, so we decided to try out this game next. Holy moly, that game was so good. It was pretty cute seeing a cat dance, and pretty funny seeing magpies carry a cat home.

The ultimate compliment: we just want more! Such clever puzzles with such entertaining results. Theres no hand-holding, youll have to tap around a lot and experiment, but the puzzles are logical and not too difficult. The art is utterly charming and we laughed out loud on many occasions. Its hard to find gems like this amid the mass of f2p junk out there, and Im so glad we got to go on this adventure with Milo (and the magpies!).

This game is fantastic! Beautiful art style and relaxing music. The puzzle difficulty ramps up a bit towards the end of the game but never gets too crazy. The game is not very long. A single playthrough will probably take you 1 to 2 hours at the most. However, the quality of the game and the price make this an easy buy in our opinion. Point and click games like Pajama Sam and Spy Fox were a big part of our childhood so this game feels very nostalgic to us. Highly recommended.

It was short but loved the little story line and visually really pretty. The puzzles werent necessarily difficult but still required some thinking.

You should do a sequel, but please, make it harder and about 10x longer. We did it twice in less than an hour, we suppose a cup of coffee is more expensive, but still.

So milo goes through nine gardens trying to get home. Great but some parts are disturbing. Like why does the girl have a rat for a pet? Or why is milo scared of magpies? Dont cats eat magpies? And the halibut/alligator chasing milo. Everything else is pretty good though. But answer these questions.

We really liked the style of this game, the scenes and characters are a really cute style and looked great! The animations and cut scenes were cute and not over-done or too long. We also liked that clickable objects were not overtly noticeable, though this did lead to some random screen clicking. What we didnt particularly enjoy was the actual gameplay. A lot of the time we were just randomly clicking around the screen to figure out what to do, it wasnt always easy to understand what was even supposed to be solved. The 2 times that you had to put in a 4-digit code from found clues, we looked up the code in an online walkthrough to avoid having to try all possible combinations! Not a waste for $2 but Im happy we didnt pay more for a game with 9 scenes only.

It's a nice game at first glance but a few issues begin to emerge as you go along – some dialogs are a bit crude – sometimes nothing happens even if you keep tapping, or an action gets stuck and you can't reset or restart to try again – it gets frustrating – the flow is just slow and doesn't feel natural – takes the fun out of playing a game.

This has nice graphics and is rather fun to watch but with a problem. Each scene requires the player to go through a very precise sequence of events in order to complete the scene. There are absolutely no clues to let you figure out the proper sequence and without the You Tube walkthrough, we doubt it would be possible to randomly select the right sequence to finish.

It was so pretty and the music was great but we wish it was more of a point and click adventure and more puzzles and even a little longer would have been nice. Very short game. So glad you did not have ads or interruptions. We normally do not leave a review but wanted to for this one because we see so much potential of this being a really big and awesome game.

A cute story but almost unplayable without hints and the walk through. Not worth the payoff. Nice music for sure.

Not sure why such high reviews. It was pretty stupid. Not challenging at all and the story was dumb. Super short. Not worth the 2 bucks.

Congrats to the developer on this first game. So fun and sweet and a little challenging. Keep up the good work.

A very interesting game, wonderful music, good puzzle solving, and even hidden secrets! Since we didnt find all the secrets Ill be replaying this again. Thank you for your creativity.

Enjoyed this game very much. Great story and interaction. Wanted more to play so please add more levels as it was very short. Couldve played a lot longer. Loved it alot.

Adorable, sweet, challenging and beautiful all at once.

What a wonderful game. Im so glad we found it.

Milo and the magpies was a wonderful little adventure, great for kids and adults. Its a little short but the quality of the puzzles and art is top notch! 10/10.

This game is completely worth it.

Short, fun, stress free, sweet and the puzzles were solvable but not too easy.

Love the creative puzzles, beautiful graphics, and a very sweet story.

We spent a lovely few hours getting Milo home. We loved the storyline, the music, the animation and the unique vibe. It was relaxing, not challenging but did make us think, and we just think it was lovely and calming. If theres a downside, we just wish there were more Milo games.

Such a cute and fun game. Gave us a feeling of nostalgia from beginning to end. We subscribe and get emails from Rusty Lake and its creators and we back every single glorious game and creators they are in cahoots with. Loved this and look forward to anything else from this creator.

The graphic is world best, the story line is very touchy. Highly recommend.

Enjoyable, short and sweet. So worth a cup of coffee. Looking forward to this designers second game.
