- Pick up the planks on top of chest.
- Open chest and grab both umbrella and a stamp.
- Walk up the planks on the left.
- Then talk to the girl. She will ask for help to protect her from the rain.
- Give her the umbrella and she will give you a hair stick in return. Take it.
- Go back down the planks and head over to the door.
- Tap on door to see clue: Hair Stick + Pliers = Key.
- Pick up the second stamp lying on the floor beside to the door.
- Notice there is a locked compartment towards the right side of door.
- Place plank down so you can climb up on them to reach the higher compartment.
- Slide the locks inward to open compartment.
- Then grab pliers and the third stamp.
- Combine hair stick with pliers to make a lockpick.
- Use lockpick on door.
- This will reveal a puzzle to open door.
- You will need to line the bolts according to the height of yellow line to solve this.
- Now grab two heavy tiles from the room.
- Then move over to scale which is beside the girl.
- Place both heavy tiles on the scale to open up a hidden room.
- Go to hidden room and open fuse box.
- To solve this puzzle, you will need to create a path from one end to the other while keeping meter in the green bar.
- Once you are done, pull the lever to complete level.
