Waiting.. We love this game. Its been over a year with no new levels!! Please dont abandon this game.
We like the game but we cant proceed to the next levels because it says we dont have enough happiness points and that we need to decorate the caves. We have decorated them and when we try to click on the furniture to see if we could decorate again it wont open up. Im at a loss. Im stuck at level 31.
We really like getting the little miners out of sticky situations. However, we’ve finished level 21, have 4 flights of our cave full of ugly furniture that can no longer be swapped or upgraded, can get no more happiness points, so our only alternative is to replay levels. No thank you, been there, done that, ready to move on, but how??
Fun game, especially the levels that require problem solving and skill. Some levels are reliant on actions that happen with luck, not skill, and are therefore impossible to complete and have to be skipped. Developer- are you going to come out with new levels?? Weve been waiting a long time.
We’ve been playing ours rescue for a couple of years now but we got to level 29 (amethyst mine) and there were no more levels. We paid for no ads, had our cave set up and had completed every ours in every level. We went to the App Store to try to update and now we have a whole new game and have to start over again. Not OK! We dont see any way to contact anyone so hopefully someone will respond here.
We loved this game at first and so we bought it, but it gets more and more frustrating as you go through – not because the levels get harder (though they do) – but because the little men glitch like crazy. Its incredibly annoying to know exactly how to solve a level, but be unable to do it because the minera get stuck on the corner of a ledge, where they wont jump down or go back, and when theres absolutely nothing in their way. We also hate that theres no in-game tech support so we cant send off a quick screen recording that shows how glitchy it can be. Its not even consistent. Ill have trouble with a level, solve it, go back and do it exactly the same way and the miners get stuck on nothing at all. So frustrating and a waste of time and money.
This game is really fun to play but the ads are ridiculous. We paid for no ads and still, tons of ads. Super bummed because we really like playing it but not worth the ads.
When we upgraded part of our cave, we skipped over the middle upgrade and went straight to the third one, thereby missing happiness points. We didnt realize until later that once we did that, there was no way to go back and get those points and we were stuck in a perpetual loop of never having enough points unless we want to repeatedly have to by expensive coin packs. We tried deleting and reinstalling the game to reset it and start over, but that just made it worse. It reset our daily streaks and cave to the beginning, but not our ours progress. So now Im stuck with having no way to collect gold in the levels, since we already did it, AND having to start completely over in the cave with no way to collect gold. Im frustrated enough that Im deleting the game and wont be playing it anymore.
Lots of times we solve them the same way we used up one of our helps with! We won it the same way but we never get through it and then use up a clue and its the same way. Kinda cheats!
Great game but after we PAY for a game we should not have to buy more coins or watch commercials in order to get to the next level. There should be coins in the game to get to every level.
Love the game but too many glitches where the miner is stuck and doesnt move. Only after updates does the game function properly.
We definitely enjoy playing the game, but the algorithm is clearly rigged to produce an entirely different outcome if you need to use game supplied hints. For example, we played one game at least 50 times and failed, but when we used a hint, the game did the exact movements we did but succeeded. Another game, one where things went into immediate movements, reacted entirely different when we had to use a hint. And in all games where we used the hint, it was impossible to replay the game exactly the same way and get the exact same result and win. So definitely rigged to produce two entirely different game processes when hints are used and actually required to win games.
They get in the way and you cant move. No way to slide them out of the way. Deleting the game now!!
This game has way too many adds. Just about every level you clear it makes you watch an add. And most of the time its games people are not interested in.
This game used to be great, not anymore.
Several levels have issues. Even though you do it exactly as you should, it just doesnt complete. Particularly level 33-7. Its fairly simple, but no matter how many times you do this one the miner gets to the water and dies. We’ve even tried it with dropping one box for him to push down. He does, and he stands on the box and moves side to side but at least hes standing. We wasted a solution on this game – to see it done exactly like we were doing it! Same with another level exactly how we were doing it. Fix your issues.
We were loving this game until we cant progress any further until we get more happiness points. We have 3 rooms and have purchased the middle and best items. The game will not allow us to purchase the cheapest items. We need 9 more happiness points to open the next ours Level. We are stuck because the game wont let us. So FRUSTRATING! Iam rating a 5 Star game a 2 because of these glitches.
Buttons to continue to the next level do not work.
Buying something for our base freezes the game, completing a level can freeze the game, the next level button can sometimes stay we completed every level in ours tour but we cant move on to the next part this game should not have been put out in this state.
We loved this game but now we cant advance because they upgraded the game recently and now we dont have enough Happiness Points even though we bought all the top tier furniture for our cave. We’ve been stuck for weeks. We guess we have to stop playing the game because we dont see any way to move on.
We push the button it makes us push and Im stuck on that page. It doesnt do anything or let us x out. Looks like a fun game but we have to close the game after each round to move on. Super frustrating.
We’ve been playing this ours Rescue for some time, the developer keeps improving it with upgrades and more ways to stretch your brain. Many levels are challenging they take ingenuity, logic, and often quick reflexes to solve, there are hints and thankfully if the level is just too hard, you can skip it. We paid the low fee for the no ads option but ads are necessary for hints and skipping. This is a very clever and often humorous way to spend a few hours. We took a short break, now that Im back playing, driving myself NUTS, our opinion only gets better every time we play. (I wasnt paid to say these thingsI mean every word). This is GREAT COLOSSAL STUPENDOUS AMAZING GIMPY SMITH APPROVED FIVE STAR RATED FUN AND EXCITEMENT (and a few impossible scratch-yer-head whats with this thing anyway moments of concentration and confusion). Not a single complaint. We even love the easy ones!!
Love this game but having troubles with our guy wont move.
We like this game. Its a good puzzle game with strategic moves. Sometimes the little guy doesnt move and just stays in one place at the beginning. Nothing is blocking his way and he just stays there. Maybe a bug to fix.
How do you let the developer know that the miner is stuck on ours 6 (gold mine) level 7 and you cant move on. The miner wont move when you dig a path for him.
We love this game for its challenges and the creativity in developing obstacles. It does have its bugs, such as some glitchy-ness in the Miners movements. This is the only reason we didnt give it 5 s. When you try and get the Miner to move through the challenge, it isnt consistent, and hence makes it difficult or impossible to win. Yet if you use a hint, the Miner moves smoothly. On one level, we could not get the Miner to budge, so it forces us to give up a hint to clear the level. We recorded the bug, but dont know where to submit it so that it can be fixed.
Love this game but we’ve had to skip levels 5.12 and 6.7 so far because the character will not turn around from the start position. It doesnt come up in hints how to make him turn so we assume its not user error.
Hammer ours Level 10:20 has a glitch and one of the miners wont move regardless of what is doneits really frustrating as we finally figured out how to pass the levelI hope this can be fixed.
The ours person wont move, even after you have cleared the way. Also, if hit with an ad after you hit play, the ours will reset and there is no sand and no exit, just a few ladders and a few floors. If you hit reset here you are hit with another ad. You need to fix that.
We experience a glitch once and a while where we cant get a miner or monster to move, no matter how much we clear around them. When this happens, the only way to complete the level is to use one of our solutions, even though we know what needs to be done to get through it. Otherwise, when the game is working properly, we really enjoy playing it. Its fun, challenging and can keep us occupied for hours!
There are times the guy wont move unless you use the help icon. If you dont have that to use and think deleting and redownloading the app will help, it resets your caves. Our current glitch is our cave is darkened and freezes our game when we go to it. The game is fun but these glitches are infuriating and will cause you to lose what could be longtime customers.
We love the game, but there are too many bugs. We purchased and wasted several tips on certain levels, where the miner would not move in any direction. We have screenshots to show, but cannot post here, and no way to contact developer for refund Until this is fixed, its not worth it.
This is a great time killer. This game has several levels that will not let you pass unless you use a clue/ hint. If you get the correct solution the game just freezes. Fun until they force you to buy/ hints.
We tried to like this game, it would have been great but there are too many problems. Some levels the miner is stuck in the starting point and wont move, others he wont traverse the obstacles that he should easily go over. Dont waste your time on it.

We love this game. But we do agree with the other reviews, do the same thing and only pass when you use a hint. After finishing all the levels, what then? Is that the end of the game????
We love the game but we have reached an end at the end of 14. It says we dont have enough happiness points. We have decorated our cave as much as we can but now Im out of coins. We dont know how to get more. We went back and played past levels but got no coins.
We’ve seen other reviews that talk about the impossible levels and we agree. Our largest complaint is there are not more levels added. You get through level 34 and youre done!
This is such an innovative concept and the game would be great but we agree with all of the other reviewers. We tried to find a way to contact app support but apparently we are only able to leave a review. You have GOT TO FIX THE ISSUES! As others have said, there are too many glitches to make the game enjoyable (or winnable) There are too many inconsistencies, such as miners getting stuck between rocks when theyre able to do the same maneuvering in other levels. Additionally, in one level, the stupid miner pushes all the boxes to the ladder, climbs up, and wont come back down. There is even a level where the miner is not provided with the necessary equipment to get to the exit. He needs a jackhammer and its not there. Also, the our Cave button is grey and not accessible. Its a great game but not worth it if you dont fix it.

You fixed something on a perfectly good gamethis caused numerous glitches U should be fixed!!! Remedy these glitches.
The levels some you cant get threw because of the glitches and when you go down the ladder sometimes they get stuck in each other.
Where did Happiness points come from. And whats this decorate your cave stuff? We’ve decorated our cave three times and every time we leave the cave and return all our decorations are gone. Now we cant play until we decorate again??? Fix this please!!!
Used to love this game and have been through it once. Got a new iPad and down loaded the game that has had a update. Wont let us decorate the cave even though there is 5000 coins and 280 stars; wont let us move forward because we dont have enough Happiness points? Cant find what we need to do to get happiness points. We do enjoy the game. So what now? We just finished level 34. We even started over thinking we did something wrong. What now?
Why wont this game work on our iPod anymore it was our favorite game we’ve bought helps when we would get stuck,, please fix so we can reload to our iPod 6.
Level 33 and cant be complete even if you ask for a clue, it still let you fail, and it lets you buy more and more clues and you still fail.
