Its great, but a little laggy and also we finished all the levels but cant create another floor, Im stuck at 13 stars when we need 15.
Nobody wants to wait on a guy to walk after they solve a puzzle. You should add a fast forward button.
This is a very good childrens game and if you play enough levels (very many), eventually it becomes an excellent, adult level, puzzling game.
We keep playing levels 1-34 over & over. Cant get any further. We have 75-75 Happiness Points. Have bought all expensive furniture in caves. How in the world do we get past level 34???? Tired of playing same levels.
So realistic when we worked in a ours a giant finger would show up to clear our way daily.

The game is fun but they need to fix the bugs in these levels. Nobody wants to keep restarting the levels because if this. They don't even have support.
We Googled to see why our app only goes to level 35. How do we fix this? Google states there are 800 levels.
We love this game but the recent update changed the way our cave is done. We really miss the old version.
Our mother and we have long been addicted to Dig This and Dig This 2.. .so this game was simply the next level, and we have become glued to it since installing it 4 hours ago. We completely understand all the rules and evolving gameplay dynamics, although we find having to furnish a home to unlock new levels kind of odd and unnecessary…. (you know, because miners are SO much into interior decorating…) But there is one thing we just don't get, and of course it's the one thing the Instructions neglect to explain: HOW does a player earn the stars required to add more floors to your cave habitat?? Hopefully the developer will either explain this here, or add it to the (we) gameplay flowchart on the Main Menu screen. EXCELLENT GAME and at $2.99 for ad removal, it's a huge bargain considering the challenging entertainment you'll get out of this. TO THE DEVELOPER: There is an audio bug that occurs when dropping medium sized wooden crates into water, for example, and other similar situations involving the crates, where the sound effect continues in an unending loud hiss. Im thinking the sound effect is supposed to end when the crate(s) find their resting place.

Every time we do the same exact move as the solution the miner falls, gets stuck etc it takes several ads before it lets us move on or we use a solution . We feel they do this to make money since Im not paying for no ads.
The best ours rescue game ever.
Theres a glitch in 31-9. The miner only jumps in place and doesnt move we would love to move on. We took a video screenshot but im not sure how to get it to you.. 02-14-2024 Have loved playing this game. Now Im finished, hoping youre going to be adding more levels.
In October 2023 we opted to pay to remove the ads and they still appear to us. What is the point?! If you are going to keep showing the ads, then you have to return our money, dont you think? We tried to seek help on the support link tha is listed here, but all they have there is all the games you have developed. Remove the ads or return our money. You cant have both ways.
So far its actually really fun and we have a lot of fun but Ive seen some people complain abt glitches we dont know if they fixed it or if its on higher levels but we havent glitched or anything.this game is fun and a good game to play when you have nothing to do.

Dont get us wrong we love this game but we think that you should put new characters in the game. Im a a girl and dont like how theres no girls or women(boys and men too please)in this game. So Im just asking if you could please add more characters to the game that would be awesome.
Ads interrupt the flow of the game and then more ads and then even longer ads. Give this a (3) rating. This game is quite unique. It is challenging. But it got too complicated too quickly and almost impossible to play.
Just started playing this game and get to the first spot where we have to decorate our cave and it freezes. We would love to be able to play some more of this to find out whether or not we like this game.

The thing we like the most about this game is that the way you preview it is the way it looks and the way its played. A great way to pass the time at the mechanic.

We like this game. But we like to play, play with a capital play. Happiness points decorate our cave? Goodbye. Goodbye. Goodbye.
We used to play the original version of ours Rescue and liked it very much, until it stopped allowing us to update it, telling us that we can't get that game in our country (USA). So now in that 1st version, we sadly can't play any level after 29, as they are locked. We downloaded this current version of the game, but it has SO many ads. So we paid to upgrade to no ads. We didn't mind doing that, but now the game won't let us deliberately play ANY ads when we want to watch an ad to earn rewards. Please can you fix this? We don't want spontaneous ads, and that is why we paid you for the no ads version, but now we can't play the game, because we can't deliberately play ads to earn points. {{UPDATE: Im no longer having this problem – so thank you for that. However, on level 14-18, the little miner moves only sideways when he hits the bottom level. So he cant step up to the exit door (and level cant be completed).}}.
Progressively more challenging to the point of discouraging and frustrating if you dont spend money and thats after waves of advertising pauses. Other than that it was fun.

Good and fun game for young kids learning.
Overall the game itself is very fun and kind of a unique puzzle game! However, there are two obstacles. One is surmountable and the other isnt. The first is that there are moderately coming glitches. We can do everything right but sometimes the little guy just cant jump over the rock or something. To solve this we use the Solution that will solve it for us, and its irritating to watch the solution do the same thing we did and it works. But its a fix. The second is that even when we do all the furniture upgrades and complete all the levels, at some point Im stuck where we cant add another floor to the cave because we dont have enough happiness points, and to get happiness points we need to complete levels, but Ive completed all the available levels and need to expand the cave to get more levels, but we dont have enough happiness points. You see the problem? Im stuck on that second one now and we cant fix it, so Im done with the game, sadly.
Love the game but there are a few bugs and annoyances. Too may adds first of all. We read some of the other reviews and looks like you already reduced the adds but just get rid of like 1 more add per every 5 resets and it would be perfect! Our other main issue is that some of the levels we will do over and over again with no success until we finally either buy or watch even more adds to use that lightbulb for the solution only to find out its EXACTLY the same way we just lost the last 20 trys. Why are the boulders farther apart or the box gets stuck sideways when we do the level ourselves, but when we use something we had to pay for it works perfectly. Not fair!!! We will be more than happy to give this game 5 stars as soon as this glitch is fixed because like we said, its a really fun game to just relax and zone out to. The levels are challenging without being too difficult to figure out. Well done game creators (other than the hint glitch thing) Love it.
This is the first game in our life that Ive ever finished on a phone very fun wondering if they are going to be adding more levels as our cave is pimped out to the max and all levels completed we still have 30 solutions left and a ton of Money.
Great idea with clever puzzles but this needs to have bugs updated. Little glitches mean that theres a difference between the solution vs what you can actually do by yourself.
Even though we purchased the option of NO Ads, we're still getting ads every play. So what's with that.
We paid for no ads but still get them.
There are a few glitches that are very irritating. Ive played this through before and am starting over. Level 13-13 is stuck when the miner tries to climb on the three rocks, he is stuck on the smallest rock. Thanks.
We love the level of challenge this gives but we are having an issue with the characters climbing ladders and going to the exit. We have had to skip several levels because of this glitch. We solve the puzzle but the game wont acknowledge it. The higher the levels the worse it is getting. Fix this for five stars please.
We purchased the app, for ad free game play, because after playing for a few days we were completely addicted to this game. We could still choose to watch ads to increase our coins but we were no longer forced into ads after each level. The game itself is great! Its fun and challenging and for us very relaxing and Ive recommended it to several people but after a week of ad free play, we were forced into ads again. There seems to be a glitch and after reporting it several times we cant get any feedback so we guess Ill have to request a refund and quit playing because we CANNOT deal with the ads! Hopefully it gets fixed so we can keep playing.
Fun game but when you try to watch an ad for a hint it tells you there are no ads available. 16. Abandoned ours level 19 the 2 miners on the right climb up the ladder and back down instead of going into the exit.
Super fun a few hard levels but figured them out. Time to add more cave levels & other levels in general. Im at end of game.
We enjoyed the game even with some occasional annoying glitches. We reached the end of the levels a while back so now it just takes up space. Hopefully an update with new levels will be released soon.
When will new levels be added?!?! We kept getting an alert on our phone telling us new levels have been added. But when we open the game? Nothing. We cant even add to our cave anymore. So what is the deal.
Love the game, despite the fact that there are levels that appear unsolvable – until you burn a hint, and find out that your solution was right. But Ive run out of levels. Evidently, 563 is the last one. Bummer.
We hate using a hint and it shows you the solution and thats EXACTLY how we were playing the stage. Also, it completely ends at level 34.
Its a ad after EVERY play! We do understand they helps pay the bills! But Ive had some that lets you skip the ad if you want it youll get it, why does the ad have to go on & on.
Great game with a few flaws when you know youve won the level the miner gets stuck in some type of back and forth motion and you have no other choice but to restart that level.
Waiting.. We love this game. Its been over a year with no new levels!! Please dont abandon this game.
