We love this game and we’ve loved it for a long time but there hasnt been a new chapter since December of last year. No updates posted on Facebook or Instagram either to let people know when or even if any more will be released. Its really frustrating to keep people waiting so long without at least giving any update on progress or if its no longer being worked on. :(
We love the game and play everyday but we can not get on at all today. This is the only app that is not working so we know it is not our internet.
The coverage area of has reached the level and cannot be unlocked.
Got a new iPad and had to start all over! And some of the merges are ridiculous. Also can not play same game from iPad to iPhone.
When our generator disappeared and they never fixed it we were really disappointed because this had been one of our favorite merge games. Now its a completely different game, meaning a brand-new game, and the pieces are different than those of any other merge game and its one of our favorites again. One star off because Im petty and cant forget the generator issue of the original game. UPDATE: objects overlapping on tiles, invisible items taking up space we had a level 3 tree in our dresser and when we touched it to put it on the board it disappeared. We already dealt with disappearing generators in the first incarnation. What is the point of completely revamping the game when the root problems havent been fixed? We give up!
Great game, but WAAAAAY too slow with new chapters. Downloaded their new game and its nowhere near as good. We’ve been waiting for new levels for a couple months now. Getting ready to delete the game and forget about it.
The game freezes. The game crashes. The ads freeze. The ads crash the game. Starting the game crashes the game. Issue has been going on for MONTHS now and every update NEVER fixes the bugs they just add more crap.
We come back to the game after a long break to find everything has changed. Some changes we can deal with but what we cant deal with are ADS and plenty of them. Thinking that an in app purchase would get rid of them, we spent $2 only to discover it doesnt do anything to the ads sucking all the fun out. Good job devs! You just lost this player. Ugh!
Please stop the intrusive ads. We have been playing for some time now and having fun. All of a sudden, loud and intrusive ads pop up. We understand ads, but this is ridiculous.
We hate, hate, hate that every time we complete a task now, we have to watch 5-10 seconds of an ad. We already watched ads to refresh our generators or get an item and now this is just annoying. We’ve been playing since almost the beginning of this game but they are starting to lose us with all these updates. We miss the old boosters that were much easier to get! Getting money hungry just like all the other games.
It was a good game until they added the ads. Now ads wont stop after you click on the completed items needed to continue progress. Will look for alternative merge games to play.
The latest restructuring of the game makes it way more complicated to complete tasks. Especially regarding boosters at the bottom. We liked it better when they just Appeared with chests and whatnot. Its confusing and we find myself playing it less. Its just not as fun and the board is a bit annoying in the x pattern. We have to make sure we check all the squares much more than we did in previous boards. Hopefully yall revert back to the old style! No complaints about the old one.
We really like this game but we have to give it three stars, for some reason it always freezes and crashes. Since the update it wont let us get generator and freeze on the screen. Fix the glitches please.
We hate the new updates, it made the game so confusing that we dont wanna play anymore. If it aint broke dont fix it!!!
The game used to be so good, but this new update with the boosters and the new story points is the worst thing. We wish there was a way to disable this mode so we could keep playing the old game.
We hate the new update. It is now just like every other merge game where you get books to level up rather than just completing the task.
We’ve been playing this game for a long time and we loved it, but recently we’ve had a few problems. Today we opened it and it had reset to the beginning of the game. We couldnt find anywhere to restore it and we sent an email with no response. We decided after a few hours to just start playing, but after a few merges the game freezes. We have tried rebooting it and rebooting our phone, no help.
Really dont understand how to get the baseball & the bat we might as well delete this app because we cant do anything about it since theres no sports box that we can click to get those items .
Love the game but since last update we are having problems merging some items.
We just downloaded the latest update and the game is now either stuck in loading at 52% or it actually opens for a second then the screen goes black and kicks us out. We really enjoy this game but, it seems that the gliches are far worse than any we have encountered on similar games.

We havent been able to play this since October. We’ve done all the updates but it stops loading at 40%. We just uninstalled and downloaded again to find we have to start all over.
The game is super fun, but the developers are top notch. Super fast response when our game glitched. They were able to fix it in hours and restore our progress. Highly recommend!
We just updated the app and when we opened it, everything is gone!!! The game forced us to go to the next chapter even though we wasnt done with the first chapter! Now Im in chapter 2 and we have to start all over with nothing! We were on day 50 something. Super frustrated and may delete app from our phone.
Now we cant access the first story? We dont like the second one as much! We put a lot of time and spent money on our first story! We were happy playing it that way with access to the second story! Now we have the second story and no way to buy stuff from the store to help progress our play and u call this a bug fix? Im mad that yall did this! And no we dont think what we had in game play in both sides and storage was worth the measly 200 gems n 4000 coins u gave us! Im maaaaad and no store for the second story.
We just had to get a new phone because our last one got busted, and low and behold, we open the game on our new phone, and find out that we’ve lost all our progress because there isnt a way to connect and transfer the game from one device to another. Fix this, and we might consider giving a 5 star, since we were really enjoying this game until now.
Im not getting our daily quest and our awards for completing the common quest . We finally got the option to update the app but it didnt fix it. At midnight when it changes the quest and gives rewards for completion has stopped working . Please help! We dont want to install and restall because Im afraid to lose our progress. Im on day 88 now .

There are several merge games but this one is by far the best. We have been playing it for some time and never found myself stuck having to pay. A great experience on its own. What is even more phenomenal is their customer support. Having migrated to a new phone, we had issues. They quickly responded to our email and solved our issue in less than 24 hours. So impressed! Thank you!!!
We cant find where Im supposed to get these items from.
Our hobbies generator is level 5, but it only gives 6 items, all baseball bats, when we have only needed art supplies for the past week. All of our generators are level 5 or above, yet yesterday we couldnt even use all of our energy because they all spit out 6 items then timed out. Watching a video only gives us two more items. Something happened to the game recently because it didnt used to be so stingy.
We have enjoyed this game despite stars and coins being worth so little. A previous update began showing stickers but they have now disappeared, which we liked having them. This update downloaded today is awful. We play till out of stock, watch a video to speed up but only get 2 items from the source and have to watch another, Im not at all happy with this. Its a waste of time and energy, Im not sure its worth our time anymore. We would have given this 5 stars had it not been for this new update.

This game lags pretty bad at times. Its a pain to be dragging something to merge, exp is notorious for it, and have it glitch and say it was double clicked and activated something that we didnt want to claim. Another really annoying part is dialogue being cut off to make room for a friggin purchase pack. We cant finish reading what characters are saying but hold on we can get a gold bar and 2 energy for 2.99 instead of getting more of the storyline. But wait theres more. It needed an update the other day, which is fine. Dont mind that. What aggrovated us was what happened after the update. Our game started itself over, completly. We were on day 6-7 and was at level 13-15. It erased everything for 24 hours without a way to recover the account. The next day we had to redownload the update and then things worked fine. Had it not fixed itself we would have been much more upset. The game constantly replays itself. We will play during our break at work and get so far only to come back next break two hour later and be in a spot BEFORE we were the previous break and have to do everything over again that had been played hours before. Including replaying diolague, item merging, generaters not being refilled because the game said they were not used in the first place, energy not being restored or quest not completed. Not happy with the game so delete it goes.
We only played this game for a little but now it wont load. It gets to 88% and then just stops. This has been going on for several days. If this isnt fixed we will uninstall the game.
Until they start asking for items without showing you where to acquire them. Im deleting this game.

The creators run out too fast!!! Especially the Hobby creator. Geez! 3 at best & its NEVER the pieces you NEED @ that time! So FRUSTRATING! The booster does absolutely nothing for that! Then you give us the same impossible order twice in a row!!(Computer) we get your Main objective is to get us to spend real, but get serious. Give us a good enough game to want to spend REAL then you ppl wouldnt have to use sneaky tactics like that.

We play a lot of merge games, theyre our favorite style. This game has so much potential but we find it extremely frustrating compared to many others. So many experience stars pop out that are worth so little that the board fills up so quickly. Have less stars pop out but make them worth more. Also the graphic of coins that shows at least 12 is worth ONLY THREE?? A gold bar is worth 7 coins? Come on. Stop being so cheap. Your max of merged experience is lower than every other game. Another big issue we see if that the generators dont regenerate until theyre fully out of stock. So when we close the app and come back two hours later expecting full generators, we get only a couple items before then being made to wait for over an hour. Thats not fair, especially if we stopped playing because we ran out of energy and couldnt deplete a generator. We hope the issues we listed are taken into consideration because we enjoy the game despite everything and only wish to enjoy it moreso.
Great game love it , spend a lot of money on gems. After the last update game keeps crashing .
Im on Day 32 and we cant figure out how to get the green shoes for Dave.

The game is fun but it is lacking in the hobby room. It needs more features. Im stuck on level 22.
Gives no clue on how to get men shoes.
But when we watched the video to get the hint for the brown shoes, it didnt help us at all it just said level 13, but we dont know what that means! We love playing this game and the shoes is the last thing we need to complete day 27, any tips??
