We have been playing ever since it came out, we dont mind the vertical update, And we have every monster. Not sure what to do now /: Its still fun to match though.
We remember the old version of this game.. We loved it when we were little.
We love this game but there could be more monsters and more help like good tips that you can learn from.we were thinking about this if you battle three monsters why dont you get three monsters we just dont get it.And also why are there boss levels nobody can win and why is there not a daily monster mini game and maybe there can be daily chests to open every day.You have to make more mega monsters and legendary monsters because there is not enough monsters to discover and make more deals levels.Make a level which you can battle your own monsters and it is a 2 part level. Hopefully you will use our ideas.we are so excited bye.
We love this game because we tried all of the other games.
We have played your game since the very beginning even before you changed how the monsters looked like but know we cant expand world plz help because we are trying to collect every single monster.
We love this game but when we got to stage 4, after we played the first level, we beat it and level 2 didnt appear. Even though all of the other levels were in shadow, we could skip to the nightmare king section. Final boss to level one. Its definitely not just our phone because we got a new phone recently. This might be normal but if its a bug please fix it. We want to move on. <( <_.

Can you fix the size to fit an iPhone 6 when ever we play the game looks cramped and too big for our screen but it is an amazing game.
We really like this game compared to other games. Its addicting , you have to think about your moves, and you can collect rare dragons without even have to spend tons and tons of your cash. Love his game.

This game is really good. Although the bosses seem sort of overpowered.
So when we first got this game which was YEARS ago we noticed something. As we installed it back since we got a new phone we saw that the monster details and looks changed! We didnt really like the new version of the looks. The old ones looked better. So please make them the last look cause we dont really like the new looks.
This game is really fun and cool, however there needs to be some serious updates. First, when you get rewards for feeding monsters X amount of food, a box pops up and prompts you to collect a reward. Well the reward page is horizontal when the entire game is in a vertical format, so its impossible to collect past the third reward for anything. Also, when going to check out the leader board for the event battles, it always shows a blank box show up and you cant click out of it besides by shutting down the app. Same thing happened when we went to purchase the starter pack. Somehow there was an error and it didnt give us the items we purchased, while the dollar amount shows up in our purchases when looking at our Apple ID. We would click on it to try agendas but it again but we cant. It always says this package has already been bought, will restore purchase now for free. Well then its back to the box not disappearing and being unable to close except by shutting down the app.
We want the old update back it was better.
We never review games but this has annoyed us too far lol. If there are no moves to make during a battle theres no option to skip so you essentially have to quit and lose your energy you spent without finishing. This has happened to us like 5 times in a row.
A lot of times Im in the middle of fighting and we then run out of moves. Really needs to shuffle the board when you get bolt locked.
This game is really cool but you can only move up and down witch is Kinda annoying so thats the only thing we think you should change.
Every time we start a battle the game crashes and we can never battle again plz fix anyway its a awesome game.
For a game that requires spending energy points, it has a bad pattern of crashing, freezing, and sometimes just leaving the player with no further options. If you can't match 3 with what's on the board, you are out of luck, chuck.
It's kind of laggy when doing the battles. We feel like it's going to crash at any second.
It changed so much. We were on a high level with powerful monsters and then BOOM random change to everything. We also spent hours trying to get a spark monster.
The pictures and every thing in this game aint your you just stole it.
We deleted it, the monsters weren't cute anymore and it had unfixable glitches.
We got to level 49 and when we went to battle it kicked us out. We only put one Star because we can't give it a zero!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We will happily write a good review when this problem is solved.
Got to lvl 4-76 and the game stopped right there… It went back to default first level and wont move forward from there.

Seriously, a really fun game. Ive been playing for a bit and we just got a really good monster. But for some reason, whenever we begin a battle the monster Im fighting appears before the battle begins and then disappears. After that when we make a match the game crashes. Please fix, we really like the game.
The game keep on crash and we just played for a few days ago but now it just crashes.
If it didnt crash all the time it would be good but it does so it is a waste of time.
Love the game and concept but its been completely non functional. No response from support. Also no option to shuffle a board with no moves so you basically just have to quit the battle and lose your energy. Ridiculous.

What? Why is the game now called Monster City 2? Why is literally everything about the entire game different? The graphics, the combat system, everything? Our six-year-old son is in tears, asking us to get his game back the way it was, and to find where all of his old monsters went, and we don't know what to tell him. Thanks guys. Thanks a lot.

Every time it tells us to play a mini games the wizard disappears and we don't have any goals to complete. Fix this.
Latest update ruined the game. Vertical view either hides or deleted many of the features. Lost breeding habitats, islands, mini games, wishing well, decor, half our habitats etc. Was a great game but this is awful. The gameplay doesn't even fit on the screen.
This new update is really bad, everything vertical, can't find our wishing well, not able to find island 7 please fix this, or have to stop playing.
The latest update is awful! While we understand why you tried to change things to clean it up and make it nicer it completely messed things up. Additional islands are now gone. Additional breeding islands are now gone. Please, please fix.

You guys did a good job with the game. Until this recent update where everything is vertical. So stupid. We can't even zoom out to see anything and half the stuff doesn't fit on the screen. Can't see the lettering or even the monsters. Dumbest update.
This game is awesome! But please do not change the fighting get this game it is the best!!! We're just doing this for the gems. But it's really good get it now.
