We found this app from our sister, with it we have made so many friends! Everyone is so kind. Though there are still some suggestions like the mouth when the character speaks is weird or how a infant heir shouldnt get sick after one day (treatments are so expensive) but the memes are cute, storyline is amazing, amazing friends! So when we downloaded this game we tried to name our character but it kept saying character name in use so could pls look into it and see whats wrong great game though.

The gameplay and story is fun and we love that you can have romance with other players or the emperor. Plus the class choices are awesome and we love going bard. We just wanted to thank the devs and for making the game both free to play friendly. Love this app thank you for continuing to update it and we hope to always be able to come back to it.
Addicted to this game! So much to do in one game!
The translation is always a little iffy and the romance aspect is pretty cheesy but all in all its a fun game to pass the time with. We’ve played the game on and off for around 2-3 years and we have a lot of fun building our night ans making/getting outfits. We wish it was a little bit easier to get outfits but other than that the game is very fun :)

We literally love this game so much andm a little biased bc we just got a fabled hero, but its literally so fun like omg we dont really like other games like these, but we always love playing this game. So like the storyline and characters are just so interesting, and we like how you can have different relations with your friends and even have cute little babies.
The game is absolute amazing but the problem is, that the children cannot be replaced/change their gender. We have only gotten 2 boys, and no girl. We wish to have a girl but you can only have 2 children. Please make something that can replace the childs gender or reroll for a different child. Thank you.
We love the animations of this game, they are so beautiful, but only one thing is bothering us The eyes and the lips when they move stretch in a weird way and it looks glitchy. It keeps distracting us. Other than that, we absolutely love this game. One other thing that we’ve gotten used to is the translation. Most of it is good, but you can tell when there is a language barrier. Maybe an update on translation? Beautiful game and interesting storyline, though!
We’ve been playing this game on and off for several years now. Love the storyline but the graphics have truly fallen. We dont know if this is a glitch with the new updates but the mouth and eyes do not flow very smoothly like they used to before. The mouth stretches the female models face making it look very robotic. And when any of the characters blinks you can see the character skin stretching(for lack of better words) over their eyes as if a new modeling student was trying to create a blinking animation for the first time.
The game is great! Its very fun and entertaining. We just have one problem with it. Every time it starts to load, it just gets stuck at 59% and stays there for about 15 minutes before it actually starts to load again. So if that could be fixed, the game would be perfect.
The game is great we love playing it everything is awesome but when we delete it whether that be on accident or purpose we cant recover our old account when we re-download it, do you think you could do something about that?
As the title suggests we love the game lol, we keep coming back to it even if we end up deleting it for a bit and waiting for new chapters. Very friendly users for the most part, god DEV team who listen to users concerns, lovely animation along with a good storyline.
Why do we have to do battles to finish the story line why cant we just do some of it today some the next. Its either our electronic or the game but the blinking and mouth movement looks weird. And why do we have to wait two hours to fill the challenge.
So we have played this for over a year,and It has been amazing. So we leave the game for a couple of months and we come back to the faces not working properly on the story further into the game. It very much creeps us out, For the Mouth on a face we have doesnt move at all and it does a weird position and the eyes are not doing a normal blink. We would hope this would be fixed soon. It is true that you lose might when you dont play the game and we understand why. But the game itself is good.
Great game but our update isnt downloading. Every time it finishes, it starts again. Im in day five of waiting for the update to download. It finally updated, but when we opened it, it said it need to be updated again. Today, it told us the update wont work. Its July 2022 and the update isnt working.
We love this game but theres a lot stuff that they want you to buy in order to advance further or just enjoy the game in general. Like costumes for example, cant really get those without buying them with really money or the materials necessary to upgrade your characters. It just takes a bit out of the fun for the game. However, we still enjoy the storyline. We just wish more of the game was accessible without having to pay money.
On a android the graphics like the eyes and mouth of the characters are fine and the outfits look normal but on and iPhone the eyes and the mouth and the clothes of the characters even the person your playing as looks really weird in our opinion the eyes look really long when they blink and the mouth looks also long when the characters talk. Still love the game though but maybe fix the graphics.
Hi the game is fun yes but theres something wrong. We get degraded because of our lower ranking but when we look its just fine bc when the demoted ranking said lower then 900 Im at 904 or at 940 so we dont know if this is a bug or something but its really hard for us to understand what it means all we know Im doing is just trying to not get degraded.
It was great when it first came out then everything turned into a pay to play not only that but you cannot delete characters if you make them and dont like the class.
We’ve played ever since the beginning years ago and we’ve noticed the animation is weird now. Too much money to put into events that we cant even participate in because we dont have money. To exchange for materials and costumes it can be expensive and requires you to grind for a long time or spend money. The game is fun but progressing and collecting outfits that we like are difficult.
We downloaded Royal chaos and it failed to download. We had to re-download it. When it did download we had to create a character which was easy. Then we had to create a name but then it said the name was a real name. We are really confused we dont know whether Im doing it wrong or whether it is the actual game.
We noticed you guys deleted our paragraph review from over a year ago that you guys gave a robotic response to. Why do people hate this game? Because the developers dont care about their player base. They only care about the money they get out of them. Congrats on letting the game die by the way-thats an achievement. Havent released a new server on NA for over half a year. That surely has made a ton of people quit because new people cant catch up to the old players. By the way, hows your new game going- something of the phoenix or whatever? Bet youre making money there. That why you gave up on this one? What a waste of a good game that wouldve been great. If only it wasnt in the hands of scummy money grabbers.
We havent log in nor got into our account. When we redownloaded it, our account was gone. We only have our other one which was our starter and we spent money on the other. Im deeply upset and we dont know how to get it back. Our account was named probably Himmel or Ami or Mael. Im not completely sure what happened but its gone :(

We love this game and we spend a lot of money in this game and honestly if you would make it to where we could buy more stamina even if its just like a few packs that would be great. Ill give it five stars and we would spend more money if we could buy stamina.
This palace game is pure perfection! We absolutely LOVE it! It has a great storyline. It is full of drama and twists that keep you engaged. It does have battle, and it is great! The costumes are just gorgeous! Its so hard to choose one. It makes you want to buy them all. Plenty of Events keep you busy and satisfied. We havent gotten bored at all! Our server is quite polite. We have yet to see any drama or negativity between players. The graphics and music are top-notch! We couldnt ask for more. The translation does an excellent job of getting the point across. So, there is no confusion. You should definitely play this!
We think it would be nice if you could make outfits cheaper and also make it so you can adopt a child.
We love this game its fun and theres a lot of things to do. The only problem we have with it is that any events especially ones with costumes are $20 and above which is ridiculous, the prices of these in game events needs to go down.
We love the game but could you please let us choose more classes to start as? Maybe sorcerer or hunter? Some more F2P friendly options would also be nice.

We love the designs of the out fits we hope they put more in shops and we love the details in the game and we love how it makes you feel you are actually in the story we would suggest this to others this game is amazing.

Thank you App support for your help, now Im back in our game and we love it. This game can be pretty addicting, we love the storylines and the characters and the costumes are amazing. The graphics are awesome too we would like to see more storylines could be and maybe see the heroine character interact with her children and the Emperor more. Other than that we love it.
We played this game a few years ago and we didnt like it very much. We heard about all the new updates and we decided to make a new account and we have to say that the improvements were HUGE. There are many more activities and events as well as stunning graphics and beautiful wardrobe and thick plot 12/10 would recommend.
In this game theres a lot of things that you can buy with jade like gold ingots,coins,ect. For example: 6 jade = 60 gold ingots which is barely anything cuz it wont get you much in game if youre gonna try and fill your wardrobe. The prices are ridiculous for this game its even more expensive than the Harry Potter game! But overall still a good game graphics could use a bit of work. Please lower prices.
One change we would love is that we dont need to do so many battles just for one chapter. And if we needed to then at least dont make her might change so quickly! For example, we were battling a wave then all of a sudden the the next wave is has 90000 might! Which means that we have upgrade all of our heroes and waste money. We have played royal chaos since 2018 but took a two year break. We’ve made alot of amazing friends but the updates to the story are prolonged more than the updates for events and costumes ect. And it would be very much more appreciated if rc developers could manage their reports more often as in there is a a few pedos and creeps on here. We all work together to notify everyone who is who in hall of who to watch for. But maybe watch who makes accounts >_> those that read this might know us ~Starr.
We really wish the server merge did not happen because now everything is so much harder to do and is more competitive but if that never happened then we would rate this 5 stars.
