We just downloaded this game because it looked kinda like a game called Celeste and tbh these developers did an amazing job and it feel really smooth and in our opinion is a definite yes if u are thinking about playing this game.
This game has an amazing sound track and is a perfect strategy challenge for yourself to try. We highly recommend you get this game its free.

We just got Celeste and realized that the main guy if this game is the side characther of Celeste so we thought that was cool, we cant play this game for more than like 30 minutes without raging thoe good game.

This game is basically Celeste. They did a good job making it tho.
Its better than we expected, but its clearly based off Celeste. We do like that it has its own added mechanics and clever ideas. The developer did a great job, and Im impressed. But Celeste is a masterpiece, and this doesnt come close. But for a mobile game, its pretty great. The fact that the controls are all tapping is also really good. Developing a game is hard, and the one person who made this probably put a lot of work into this.
Yes this is a Celeste rip off but does that make this a bad game? No it does not however we do agree that the ads and lives system is a bit dumb, we should NOT be punished over and our vet going through level to level because of some bs spike and jumps we have to get just right in 6 or even 3 tries. While there are a few problems with the game there are some highlights worth mentioning. 1. The ring system – this allows you to adjust your lives to up or downgrade the difficulty 2. Mountain theme – this sticks with mountain theme through and through and doesnt have any weird space blocks 3. Short and enjoyable- its short difficult and fun to play. If you dont mind the flaws get it but dont waste your money on hearts or no ads.
Its kinda like celeste (if you dont know what that is you probably havent played it or something) And the cursed ring just gives you one heart and im not doing all that agian with only one heart But its still a good game we wish we could actually control our character not play leap day or Mario run((leap day and Mario run are still pretty fun games)) And another thing plz add a ring that gives you infinite lives.
Yeah yeah we know, this game is a copy of Celeste. Lets get that out of the way. As someone whos played Celeste, yes we can say its pretty much like that. Its more linear by you going straight up rather than all directions but we digress. Ok now for the selling point: Do we think this game is good? Our answer > Yes. Even if its sharing lots of assets from Celeste, still worth a play. Its not one we of those cheap knock off Marios where it has trash controls and an ad every 5 seconds. Theres actual effort in here. If we made this game, Id have it so you have this guy in the medieval times climbing up 3 towers (with their own little levels) and 2 of them have a key. At the 3rd tower you insert both keys and its 2 long difficult levels (fairly difficult, not just a super spike), and then once you beat that theres a wand and you save the world or something. Maybe that could be your next game!
Um sooryy we like your game and the micanics but please add in the pause menu bottun mod be like the runing the dash and the jump like the other platformer please make it would be cool if you add the moving and jumping and dash buttons in the settings to make it more like a game than just a tapping game you can let the touch but add thise from the settings we beg you.

Its not even trying to hide that its a copy of Celeste, it has the same art style and the main character looks a lot like Theo from Celeste but with some slight changes, and aside form visual similarities there are a lot of the same game mechanics like the dash and the wall jump… This game is a ripoff even though its free just dont waste all of your time.
Just to let everyone know this game is exactly like Celeste just with a different character. Its blatant, straight up ripping someone else off of their hard work.
Like we said, its not all that bad; the level design is fairly nice, the art is fine; but it so blatantly rips off Celeste we just cant accept it. The art, the overcoming of the mountain, the elements, the its all too similar to Celeste. Even the main character is just Theo with gray hair. The only main difference is the auto run mechanic, which we didnt really like anyways. If you wanted to play a free Celeste game, just play the pico-8 version by the creators which doesnt have ads or an annoying life system and is honestly a much better use of your time. The game dev definitely has a lot of potential, dont use it to rip off games on mobile. If you use your own ideas we think you could land on something pretty good, but its not this.

Celeste is a masterpiece of a game. We beat it, (not farewell) and wanted some fresh content. We thought getting this game would be great, and we loved it! But after dying 6 times, we realized how dreadful it actually was. WHY ADD LIVES!!!! It gave us some cheesy dialogue about not giving up, and told us to watch an add! When we said no, it made us restart the whole level. We never right reviews, but we just had to get this out. Its not just an innocent game like Celeste, it IS Celeste. Just 100x worse. The main character is white Theo, and the music doesnt even compare. We deleted this so fast. Wanted something good, and got mobile game trash.

The developers have ignored all reviews pointing out the blatant rip off of Celeste. Please support the original game by Matt Makes Games. Celeste is everything you want this game to be without the ads and with real engaging gameplay.
The controls are tight and the character feels very fluid, the challenges are difficult but fair, the characters and dialogue are amazing, and this soundtrack… Oh gosh this sound track is amazing! … Of course Im talking about Celeste, THIS game is a piece of garbage.
This game is obviously meant to be a free option for Celeste but do not judge Celeste by this game being awful. The music is basically the same, the same art style but the story if you could even call it that is terrible and, you cannot stop sprinting. If you want a good game, just buy Celeste its not that expensive.

Liking it so far, has a very Celeste feel to it, only minor thing, it could you use a little more music but its still fine gameplay wise.
This game was so much fun to just sit down and play. The difficulty was not to so hard so that it was annoying, and not to easy so that it was boring. This game finds the difficulty sweet spot that lots of games fail to find. We hope to see more come out.
The game design seems inspired very much by Celeste, we mean you play as a re-color of Theo. The game isnt bad though, its fun.
Pretty good game but the amount of advertising in the free version is obnoxious. Ads are inserted into the gameplay in three separate ways: banner ads, ads when you lose all your lives, and then randomly after any death. One of these might seem fair, especially the 30 second ad you have to watch after you lose all of your lives, but the other twothe banner ad that runs constantly on the bottom of the screen, and the random forced ads when you die (but havent lost all your lives yet)are awful and annoying. One might see this and purchase the ad free version but this level of in game advertising is so reprehensible that not only will we not pay for the ad free version, but we will abandon the game entirely because Im so soured by the grossness of the in game advertising. Why would a developer accept this level of adulteration to his game?
Do not download. It is gimmicky and money hungry.
This game is literally Celeste but a crappy off-brand. The main character has a similar hair style to the one of the characters from Celeste, Theo one who has a pretty heavy role in the story. It takes elements from so many games undertale somewhat and super Mario run. Just next time make a game that is different and actually is original. Also if your thinking about getting this game your better off with Celeste it is totally worth the money.

Celeste (the game this app basically bootlegged) is currently free on the Epic Games Store until tomorrow. After that, its 20 bucks on whatever platform you please. It received an 88-94 on Metacritic (depending on what platform it is) and was nominated for GotY 2018, up there with games such as the latest God of War. It is a fantastic platformer with tight controls and an excellent soundtrack. Please go play it instead of this crapp that clearly stole the art style and gameplay.
This game has more ads than game.
Its no secret that this game is meant to be a straight copy of Celeste. It basically reuses the exact same artwork and puts a calming piano song in the background. Problem is, this game fails at copying one thing about Celeste, that one thing being that Celeste is a good game, while this is a major cash grab meant to be as unfair as it can be to force you to pay money. To give credit where credit is due, we do not think the programmer did a bad job. The physics work mostly fine, but we think thats the only thing thats just ok in this (I still wouldnt be surprised to discover the physics were not written by the programmer). Now onto the big issue with this game, is it isnt meant to be fair. You are given limited lives, you die if you fall below where you previously were, and spikes have unfairly massive hit boxes. On level 3, if you dash in an area with moving spikes, you are dead. We thought something seemed weird, so we screen recorded, and sure enough, we died even though there was 0 spikes around us. If you wanted to play a pixelated platforming game, pick up Celeste. Its gonna cost you a lot less than this game is forcing you to pay and youre gonna get a lot more game. We wouldnt say this game is worth installing.
This game is obviously like Celeste but worse in every way. You keep running no matter what, you got a stupid life system, and pixel art JUST LIKE CELESTES ART. . Now, we do like the visuals and the programming, but thats just it if were being honest.
