What Makes Mr Checkers Stand Out
From the developers who brought you Mr Word, Mr Checkers is a brilliant implementation of the classic board game.
Taking away all the unnecessary stuff, Mr Checkers takes you straight into the game you love. There are no menus, not even a start button, you're just straight in.
Click the small "i" button to access options, which are 1 or 2 player, and Easy, Medium or Hard (1 player only).
You can switch between 1 and 2 player mode at any time and even change difficulty level in the middle of a game (great if you are struggling to beat Mr Checkers).
This is standard English Draughts (also known as American Checkers), on an 8×8 board. No Huffing. If you can take a piece, you have to (you won't be allowed to move another piece in this instance). A draw will be automatically declared if the same board position is repeated 3 times.
Mr Checkers now offers Premium Subscription. Once subscribed, all advertising is removed from the app, allowing you to enjoy the classic word game with zero distractions.
Mr Checkers Premium Subscription is an auto-renewing subscription, at a cost of $0.49 with a duration of 1 year (prices vary in other regions).

Playing against Mr Checkers in 1 player mode, Easy level is perfect for beginners. Medium provides a challenge for most normal players, and Hard will defeat all but the best players.
Mr Checkers is beautifully designed and very minimalist, in keeping with the Mr Word philosophy. Enjoy!

The app is opportunistic, it will disregard primary moves and take more than one move when it suites the winning points. Really frustrating that a program behaves like a programmer. We will take a deceitful human over a deceitful program-AI any day.
We know this might sound cocky, but its so easy!!! Too easy actually which is why we only give it a four star rating. Sorry Mr. Droughts next time try to be a bit more challenging please. Perhaps thats what you can do in your next mobile app update/upgrade. Make it more challenging; put in some difficulty levels (aka easy, medium, hard, extremely hard). Youll get more people to play this game and stick with the game if you do that. Thanks and have a good evening/night/morning.
Would give it 5 stars but it just the ads but other then that we totally love it. At least you can skip the ads.
Sort of a cute game but an ad about every 5 plays, wow deleting because that is sooo annoying.
