This game in the 2010s used to be way more fun. Helping customers with situations, storytellingnow its just too much and overstimulating.
Theres this one guy the one with the glasses (we think his name is Ben. He wont get up and leave hes just sitting there. When we try to move the table he just moves to another one.
This game has been so addicted for years. Ashamed to admit we have spent so much real money on this but we love this game so much. And no ads unless you voluntarily watch them for rewards which is a huge plus.
We LOVE this game so much. We find most games about owning a food place not as interactive besides making and selling the food. In our Cafe, you not only can make all the snacks & drinks; you can interact with every single customer. Each customer has their own complex backstory which is so entertaining to ask about. This game truly has it all: a story, tasks, prizes, interior decorating & and so many little events to participate in. Another amazing part of this game is the decorating. You have like 8 different styles to choose from for your cafe. French and English style are the ones Ive switched between. We mean seriously, how many games have interior decorating, stories, and fun recipes to serve? You can definitely play this game without spending money as well. The prices are really cheap if you decide to though. We find ourselves buying energy for certain events that are worth the prizes. Overall, amazing game.

This game is super fun. We have played it since we were a child. It is very interesting.
We absolutely love this game. Its cute and cozy, the storylines are dramatic and hilarious, and the characters bonds with you gets stronger as you progress. We think its neat. We easily lose an hour or two playing this game, we have started to play it only at nighttime once the kids are asleep because we get so lost in it. Definitely recommend for a decently paced coffee shop game, we wouldnt change anything at all.
Task panel update is horrible words are so small, then its written in white. It is soooo hard to see.
Im not getting the rewards we earned. All of our festival tasks are limited too.
We have been playing this game since 2018, built up our township, we got sick and wasnt on the game for a while a a new member gained control over it. Stole all our diamonds and ingredients built up for years. Sent it all to themselves. We are so hurt by that. New township but we dont think we will be as active as we were before since that happened.
This game is amazing. You dont HAVE to spend any money to have a good time. We love how they are always changing things up and put a lot of effort into the animations 11/10. Love this game and recommend it to everyone.

We used to love playing this game and we still do! But these new quests are boring. Theyre not exciting. We miss when customers used to pull up and would have a huge order for us to complete for a reward. Please bring those back!!! Those were fun! Im begging. Also- we hate how money hungry they became. We miss when we didnt have to wait for new recipes to load. Wed just click on the ingredients until the recipe was created correctly and we could use them instantly. Please bring back the old challenges that involve us making large orders for customers. The merge isnt fun.
Pretty fun game but does get boring by spells, its a bit pricey , for the items and spices especially, the only way to get spices is to spend diamonds or ofc through gifts, orders etc but usually they dont have what you need to complete an order it would be great if you could purchase spices with coins or even watching an ad . Another con for us is how slow the machines are for a refill wish there was an option to actually upgrade the machines so that they perform faster. Its a slow moving game, may be the game for you if youre patient and wanna pass time.
We actually really enjoy this game, but you have to pay actual currency for things you need in the game. Its almost as if everything is set up for you to have to pay for it. If you wanna enjoy the game truly the storyline are a bit boring and for some reason, the customers can run you around your own shop demanding that you add the more you level up the more ridiculously expensive the object you need are. Overall a decent game., money, hungry, and we also get a weird vibe and how the only black character is a police officer, somebody that you cant really dislike making him the token black. The characters start to look like a regurgitation of each other in different formats. We need this game to evolve. And Im not talking about diversity.
Enough variety in games that we have played for years. Just wish the rabbit game didnt take so many tickets at once. It gets ridiculous to the point we dont play that as much.
Ok, Im giving this game 5 stars because its versatile, challenging, and FUN! The only drawback is the amount of money youre tempted to spend on helps to earn trophies for your team. At the lower levels of play the cost is appx. $5 per help. As you progress through the game they are much more expensive costing between $10 and $15 for the less expensive helps. Because the helps are short lived, its easy to buy 1 or 2 helps per day.
We enjoy playing a lot but Hate that we cant claim the prizes. They are automatically given. Would be nice if we could claim them as we need them. We have missed out on completing many tasks for this reason and it is very frustrating!!! Wish yall would change it please.

We love the game but we hate all this extra stuff like the mystery game quest thing with the doors and we miss when the festival tasks were just about coffee and food. We dont even get on the game as much because its just not what it used to be. We just miss what it originally was. We still enjoy the story and the characters we just wish it went back to being the coffee game we once loved.

We never got the 30 days gift because the app kept update at the day 28. It happened over and over since we downloaded.

Played this game a while ago but lost the ipad we played it on, downloaded it a couple years forward and we love it so much literally we want all of the cute furniture and the stories are actually interesting.
One of our workers served a customer the quest order we were supposed to give someone (or so we think they did) and now Im completely soft locked and cant serve him. If we click on talk, then ask about rubies and grab the drink, it completely halts our game. No closing out of the screen serving, no serving, no character movement. Nothing. We have to close the game out and reopen to be able to play (which doesnt fix the soft lock btw). How would we fix this if he never leaves the shop?? Good game regardless, slightly expensive in game products, but fun :).
We have updated to a new device and couldnt access to the old account one. Our old device is not compatible for the newest version. There is no chance to log into the game to connect with Game Center to restore the progress.

We love this game we like designing our cafe we wish it was more three dimensional so we could turn the screen and see the whole cafe and the items didnt have to just go in two walls and we could fully decorate but we love it Ive had the game before and we missed it so much.

After four years,lm play this game again, we feel its a fun game,every day ending our work, we play this game.
The game was doing fine until it left us stuck at level 13 with no tasks to complete in order to level up. We tried logging off and back on, deleted the game and reinstalled it and the problem remains. We reached out to customer service Twice via email because theres no phone number to contact them, and they still have not replied to help with this issue Wich is a shame because we do enjoy playing this game.
We have a screenshot we can share. It happened several times to us with purple gift and we end up spending 50 diamonds to get rid of the task.
We like the game, but no matter how may orders we fill, things we buy, stories we progress, we have been stuck at 942/1020 for days. We cannot get to level 11!! Help ):.
