Game is cool, but we dont care for how much it cost to expand storage. Things are expensive and it tells us to upgrade our market, but theres no way to click on it to do so.
We LOVED this game lol until we went to sleep and tried to open the app a day later and the network was never connected sadly. We waited a day and it still couldnt load our game.
We love this game. Have played it for years. Our only problem is that the mall shopping doesnt work. Every time we try to open it our game freezes and crashes. This makes it impossible to get any kind of backstock of the energy drinks or gifts so we never have enough cashiers.
This game is fun to play once you figure out what you need to do. We noticed fairly quickly that the words dont always make sense. There is actually areas that are in another language. Our guess is Chinese. You have to constantly feed your employees energy to make them happy. Once you stock your shelves, the inventory is gone within minutes. Ive need to spend a few dollars just to keep things going. If you can ignore all the details that dont make sense, its fun.
We were given a orange character named Lucas & he isnt in our employee list.
We like the game but its a few things we dont like they always say upgrade to make things faster but we dont have enough coins or purple coins tryin to upgrade everything our line is super duper long idk if this game is worth itI keep expanding but it wont add anymore distributors we bought 1 now we cant get another.
Getting notice unable to establish connection. This is the only app that is doing it.unable to play the game . We tried re downloading and adjusting permissions and such where applicable but to no effect. Once upon a time we could play this game but now its running into this issue.

We used to have this game on an old phone and we loved it. There was always something to do and the happy hour option made things really fun. That was a couple of years ago. We had to get a new phone a couple years ago and Im just now downloading the game again and its changed. Theres no more happy hour and everything takes so long that Im out of things to do in less than 5 minutes. Its boring now. And the last few days the game has been freezing up to the point that its completely unplayable. We cant seem to find a way to contact support. Im very disappointed.
This is a nice game and all but why cant more employees we be added? Why do we only have one cashier for 20+ levels thats unfair as well as unrealistic in our opinion. Listen to the reviews.
Its a good game but we get so far and then we cannot get back on. We will get off the game for a little bit after we reach a certain level and try to get back on and it says cannot establish our Internet connection or something like that.
We had purchased something on this app and never got the coins and everything else. Whats up with the wrong grammars? Did a 5 year old made this.
Every time we tried to purchase the newbie gift it said that payment was received then it would freeze so we would never get the gift. So we had to move all our money because we didnt know if it went through yet or not. Now its saying we owe apple $10 & some change for something that we didnt even get. Apple told us to contact the developer but we there is no way to contact them.
Our workers are pooped and cant get in the shopping mall to purchase energy drink for them. We even restored the game by uninstalling the game and started over and still can not get in the shopping mall to get energy drinks for the workers.
The whole game got a completely different redesign and its freaking amazing.
Was doing well for awhile. But now there is no more opportunity to win energy drinks. And there is no option to purchase energy drinks in the market. So now all our characters are idle or asleep…except for the cashier. Thought we would buy employees with full energy…but theres no option to purchase employee vouchers without winning the Active Task. But you cant complete the Active Task because trying to purchase goods in the store results in a full game crash! So now all the necessary items: energy drinks, gifts and employee vouchers are impossible to get. Sigh.
Why are ALL the Black workers C-rated & takes more money before they are given a star while ALL the others are B-rated?? Thats just the beginning.
Customer are not buying anything not coming inside only stars.
Its so weird how every black worker is C Level and they are the only ones who are C level. Haha yeah Im not playing this game anymore the moment someone pointed that out.

Good game ! It also looks good. The lagging and freezing tends to get annoying and makes us want to uninstall it . We want to find another game like this that actually performs better. When we open up the game, it will lag and go so slow for like the first 10 minutes, and also the rewards from watching videos never goes through unless its one for the promotion . Please fix this.
This is a fun game and helps pass the time. However, updates are not keeping pace with Apple updates. Game freezes in the middle of play, forcing having to close and reopen. A couple times required a hard reset of our IPad3. Please provide a new update for this great game.
Its not as good as we expected but it was fun until we reached Level 16 and it started to lag.
This game need to be updated,every time we try to play the game it keep freezing so Im unable to play this game.
We made a purchase of the 1st Newbie gift and the payment processed however we did not receive the 160 cash, 200,000 gold, 100 Shampoo and 100 Chocolate Sorbet. At first the game was great until we had this issue and is there a solution? So Ill give one star until then.
The game was fun but the problem is it made our phone very hot. It has nothing to do with our phone either this is the only game that made it hot. And we only had the game on for about 10 minutes tops. Not to mention the little bit we did get to play the shelves run out of stock too fast forcing you to constantly be playing rather than being able to take a break from it once in a while. And the game is full of spelling errors. Did the creators not proofread anything before launching the game? We hope we can find another game like this one or you guys at least improve this one because the concept is great but you guys really butchered it so far.

Are used to have this game and we loved it. We decided to get it again and we dont even know how to open it. All we see is Chinese letters. We pressed on them and it was just loading. Nothing happened. Can you please help us.

This game looked so fun we downloaded it but it came up Japanese letters and just loaded we were so frustrated and then it kicked us off.
Question why cant we remove our decorations after we put them in the store??? Fix this please.
Just got an update a few days ago and we no longer have the option to use the robot helper! The info that flashes at the top of the screen is very hard to see now and Black Friday is only offered when you watch an ad now smh! We used to enjoy this game. We think we need to find a new one.

We been trying to figure out if theres a way to get pass level 50 and if there isnt a way then what is the point of the game to continue to go on . Am we missing something.
Its kinda dumb that it takes too long for other products to get restocked. Also, when we go back in to our store after being offline, thats also when the superstar shops when the shelves are totally empty! This game is not well thought out. Also, correct the following: The superstar is coming here. Not, the superstar come here. Another one: Yoona buy all the cola. You should state: Yoona bought all the cola. Deleted the game. Good luck.

It is a good game. But, it can be boring.
This is a fun game but we would really appreciate if you guys add a confirm to use cash option. There are so many ways you can accidentally press a button and ended up using the cash youve tried to save up for days when you meant to just upgrade with coins.
We are super addicted to this game. But there are a few dislikes. First we wish you could close the doors to restock. Second it takes so long to restock like 1hour and 15 minutes its a long time and unnecessary and some people have to pay there money to get it done faster. Next the money is is really hard to get money, you either get it from everyday events or earn it which is rare, pay money to get money in the game, but you also have to watch 1 ad to get $1 which is ridiculous in our opinion. So we/we would like if you made it easier to get money. Last, ridiculous payments we are at the point where we have to pay $330 to expand our market we find that a little to much saying you can barley ever get money in this game. Also when you want a super star to come it basically makes you get one to come and makes you spend money. Last paying for a new stores is kinda a force because sometimes it wont let you play the game until you buy a new restaurant or store which cost a lot of money.
READ THIS!! This the borigest game.like if you restock you should have like 100 chips etc…like if we leave for an hour we have to restock it again.

Went on the game this morning and our turnover was back to 0 and we lost our ranking on the list.
Hi , we love this game but after we did the update we cannot decorate anymore and it takes us forever to make cash anymore because you changed certain features.
It will not let us change wallpaper, flooring or decorations of any kind. Its super frustrating.
