We love the game but it needs a global market so you can sell thing in global also slower level progression.

We cannot find the option in game to use the Finisher reward to serve meals. How/ am we supposed to use it.

Slow moving game. Fun, but a test of patience. Some features require waiting a day and a half. Want to serve a pie? Wait one and a half hours in real time for it to finish being cooked, after waiting almost an hour for the apples to finish growing, after waiting an hour for the well to produce enough water for the apple trees to grow. Slow, slow, slow. And the one or two time boosters only help for an hour or so, but it will take several days to collect more.
Takes too long for little reward for growing crops. Needs too much to make one item.
We have played this game for years on our iPad, and suddenly it just quit and wont reload, we have installed and uninstalled several times for several days, and nothing, but still works on our iPhone.

We came across this game about two weeks ago. Thought Id give it a try and we are so hooked on it.
We understand you want people to know whats new but it shouldnt take us 2+ min just to get past pop ups to play our game same with the random tutorials we dont want them nor need them.
They make you use your coins to purchase decor so that you can buy appliances and then run out of coins to be able to plant crops.
Ive been playing for 2 weeks and our rewards screen keeps glitching and we havent been receiving our rewards.
It seems like it went from a restaurant game to more of a farming game . Many of the crop times are out of whack . 16 hours for 6 coconuts is nuts . Then you have a two top order 3-4 of the same dish . Should be more realistic. A couple doesnt go to a nice restaurant and order 4 of the same dessert . Plus cows and chicken outside seems odd.
Bubbles Event has glitches where canon turns on it's own to the right and bubbles will not release. Reported & provided video proof but not fixed. Issues with Kitchen Klash event where bonuses don't always work and completed dishes do not release easily to serve customer. Prepare to spend real $$ to achieve task completion in many instances. Long wait for many crops & dishes to cook. Engaging but other games more satisfying with more realistic achievement goals & less frustration. Customer service is poor to fair.

We love playing this game but the amount of time it takes to prepare the food is ridiculous. Waiting time is horrible make us not want to play the game we will be deleting the game.
Not a fan of the farming update. Like others have said, it takes too long to level up anymore. It was better with the store. When you bring that back let us know and Ill install it again.

We are beyond amazed with the new additions you have added they are a game changer.
A few days ago we wrote a review on this game about the issues that we were having.And we were hoping to give it good ratings again but thats not happening. The game has been loading all night still stuck in the same spot. We have uninstalled and reinstalled this game three times already and we will not be doing it anymore. We have been stuck on the main screen with no progress.Star chef has kicked us out of the game a few times last night meaning that it will take us back to our iPad Home Screen. We have updated it again yesterday and still giving us trouble no other games are like this theyre all loading just fine. The game is crashing and as the player its our job to enjoy playing not worrying about how to fix the problem. So once again we are asking you to please take a look at the game for any issues that may be causing the game to crash and load completely slowly all night. Thank you in advance and we look forward to seeing what you guys have in stores for us next. Hopefully it will be another cooking game perhaps a star chef 3 international.
This was a very good game. It is a mess now. The items are hard to get. The game has slowed down. The appliances are very expensive and the developers are squeezing the players to spend. We cannot give this game a good rating. We are level 127 and stuck. We play everyday and now we are frustrated. Will probably delete eventually. The team tries but they have slowly taken away all the help. No good anymore. 2 stars.
We love the new format of the game!!!!!!! Its like having a whole new game.
Our game has been frozen on one screen for over a week, we restarted our phone, deleted and redownloaded the game, contacted support and gave it time. Nothing has worked and no one has reached out to us. So the game does have bugs, it lags, your device may heat up just be aware and lastly it may make u start over with all progress lost. Other than that it is a fun game and good communities.
Once all stations were built, nothing more to look towards. Boring game now.
Is a super fun and addictive game. The graphics are great, and the gameplay is really smooth. We love playing it, but the ads are a real problem. There are just too many, and they ruin the experience. Its hard to enjoy the game when ads keep popping up. If they cut down on the ads, it would be perfect.
We like this version of the game as well as the first. We just wish some of the features that are in the first game, were also in this one.

We got a new phone and downloaded the game and connected thru facebook but now we cant play anymore because its frozen on the decor we tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it still stuck on the same thing we really like the game but we guess Ill uninstall it for good since we cant get it to play.

Beware: Yeah, sure its a pass-time, BUT By the time you purchase a food item from the store then go back to cook that same item, guess what? THE ITEM AND THE FUNDS ARE GONE!!! It makes you Re-purchase the same exact food item and by the time go back AGAIN, ITS GOOONNNEEEE!!! Scam! It keeps you watching ads to get more food that you never get because its a loop that keeps you watching but when you buy THEY TAKE IT LIKE IT DOESN'T COUNT! Vicious cycle. Just No.
Just started playing this game. So far seems great but is so glitchy that we think im going to delete it.

This used to be our favorite game and we have played for a year; however, with the CONSTANT and downgraded updates over the last few months it has become an entirely different game that is now much less enjoyable and significantly more difficult to play. We do not understand why the game is being frequently changed to the point of removal of all of the core features. It is extremely disappointing and we really hope they bring back all the features they removed, such as the chef store, kitchen, Matt, catering trucks, all 3 boats, the old garden with more space and its previous eye-friendly graphics, Star Chest, all of the boosters, esp. XP boosters and double cash boosters, plus the ability to sell and purchase items from your teammates and other players. It is now impossible to cut down dead plants that require saws because there are barely any ways to acquire them. Instead, you are bombarded with way too many axes. With all the dead plants and everything in the garden being so huge (plus super fake looking now) there is hardly any room to grow items. Before all of these nonstop changes started, we had signed up to be a premium member, but we will NO longer spend money or our time on what is now a money pit. Also, the fact that a majority of our tables require dishes that we do not have appliances for is ridiculous, especially since the appliances are crazy expensive and since there are no longer appliance discounts. It used to be that you might get a few tables that required upgraded dishes from appliances that you actually had, but that is long gone. That combined with the fact that tables earn fewer coins now makes it virtually impossible to afford new appliances. Please return the game to what it once was and we will consider staying. If someone from SC replies here, please help us understand whose feedback you took into consideration with all of these drastic changes. Are you actually doing what is in the best interest of your players and customers? If you would actually take heed to all the feedback of us, then we are certain we would not be seeing all of these disruptive adjustments because they are clearly not for our benefit or pleasure as per all of the negative feedback in recent months.
We recently upgraded to the premium package and after that our goodie ads stopped working. After contacting customer support they gave us 200 goodies and said theyd work on the issue and of course informed us we could do the 3 month subscription and get unlimited goodies. After going back and forth with customer support the issue is still not fixed and all they say is upgrade to 3 months or buy cash packs. Not everyone can afford to buy those things and thats why they watch ads , etc. We hope customer service or developers realize they are doing their players a service by blocking their ads if they go premium and then try and get them to buy more.
Overall nice game to play but we dont like being made to play the challenges game without being able to go back to our regular game. Many dishes take too long to cook. The garden doesnt hold enough ingredients to use for recipes without having to upgrade.

Love the game but Im on Level 31 and cant seem to locate the Chef Store to sell items.
We LOVE this game oh so so much !!!! However, there must be a trick to getting more coins to pay for the appliances without having to pay for them without using the money that you worked hard for at your job? Im asking because Im officially now 4 appliances behind in this game and Im on level 30. Also, you all offer all of these restaurant packs, however, theres no description on what each of them as to what they are? None that we could find anyway. Thank you for your help and time.
It is incredibly annoying to have dead crops sitting in the garden until we can earn the tools to cut them down. Please make it easy to get rid of dead crops. Its taking up a lot of space.

Absolutely love this game and Its mad fun and we enjoy playing every minute of this game.
The second game is better. Or different. We like the grocery cart. We can go away and come back if we go to our club during day hours.
