This is a game that is great to play while streaming. Very straightforward and easy for all ages. It could benefit from some developer tweaking: diamond bonuses that actually occur when you click on the update & Level 85 in match three mini game does not reflect correct amounts/count on the left side. Blue fish constantly change count. Reproduced several times to the point we closed the game,rebooted ipad and it still occurs. Customer service is done through a texting format in the app and the thought of a pop up, saying there is a reply to view, would be good. Otherwise a user has no clue there is a response. We have made in app purchases over the years but you can play without, which is nice in comparison to games which bombard users with ads. We like the interface of this version best. Works great overall, on ipad.
We dont know if they stopped supporting it or what but the game is totally broken.

Do not waste your time. Made in app purchase and did not get what we purchased. Then we were refused a refund. This game will literally steal your money!

We had downloaded this game, which looked really exciting. With the items so hard to find, trying to play without paying was nearly impossible. We repeatedly told support, and they gave the usual, we care about you and take your comments into consideration, blah, blah, blah (not verbatim, but something close to that.) So sad to share, we just deleted this app, and went on to find a similar game, where we wont go bankrupt. Still looking.
This game is a tool trap, from the get-go! They make it impossible to find the items. Wheres the fun in that? While we may love a good challenge, this is nothing but nonsense. We will be deleting it as soon as we use up the tools, that we quickly and foolishly bought before, giving it a good go.
The game is fun but how come we cant get passed a certain task or whatever, unless we download the game on a PC? We dont have a computer so it should be another way to get the character other than downloading on a computer.
Our favorite part of this game is the challenges and they tell you bye before you can even play them now. TERRIBLE GLITCH!!!!!!
If you can get past the glitches that come along with every update, this is a good game. The graphics are good and the puzzles are challenging. Unfortunately in order to keep up like most games that are repetitive, they release frequent updates with special events. There is always, 100% of the time, bugs and problems with these events. If you really are into the game and technical glitches make it impossible for you to achieve goals, it just becomes frustrating. If youre looking for a game just to pop into once in a while and play, this might be for you. But dont bother trying to commit!
We’ve been stuck at the same screen for several days because it cant be beat without purchasing their diamonds in order to trade them for bombs. Only started playing a few days ago and already cant go forward. Who can afford to waste money on games in this economy? Ill probably end of deleting the app as this is it enjoyable.
Stuck at level that we’ve played MANY MANY times. Can no longer play as all tasks now have to do with this one level. Evidently not winnable unless you purchase items. Tried the help button but does nothing. Disappointing!!!!
We really like this game, last week we noticed that we couldnt get into one of the challenges in the game that comes up with the ghostly guy and the male mermaid thats usually dressed up for like Fourth of July or other fun holidays. Major major glitches in this game. We cant play it, we click on the challenges and it does nothing. So we deleted it. Whos in charge of glitches? Someone has some esssplainnin to do!
We solved the first few screens, and enjoyed them, but then they put in the timer. We have stress in our life, we dont need a timer on fun. Its just a personal taste but we doubt Im alone.
This is a search and find game we dont like match games why did you have to include it? Makes us not want to play it and remove the downloaded game because it stops our progress and we cant go any further makes us angry.
Lately it does not recharge the energy that gives the third reward of the day. We don’t know what happens but the same thing has happened several times and it doesn’t recharge the diamonds. There is an error happening in the game.
The sea contest just finished and the Astral was supposed to start but as soon as it showed up it automatically ended. Didnt even get the chance to play it. This is the third time this has happened and nothing has been done about it and yes we did report it.
We have played this version for the last 2yrs and previous version for 5. This version takes forever to open new rooms, tools arent as fun or plentiful as the old version. Special events are redundant. Its just too hard and too costly to play this version. This use to be our favorite game now its just boring and frustrating.
We absolutely loved this game. We played it every day for months. We dont mind spending some money but as you go along, the game gets harder and harder. The quests take a long time to complete unless you are willing to buy items so you can even play the rooms required. For the full moon, we’ve been waiting for the right chargers to drop for over 2 months so we can charge the required collection to advance in a quest. Right now, Im on level 70 and we play and play but cant complete any quests unless we spend quite a bit of money. We understand that the makers of the game deserve to be paid but they make it easy in the beginning betting that you will continue to pay more and more. Im out.
Why cant we buy the game and not need to watch ads every 5 minutes to get energy. We would love to continue to play but we cant afford to buy energy all of the time.
Annoying ads, garbage earning rate, and such low energy. This game seems real pay to win and the support as well as devs dont seem to care about their players. Watch they are gonna say that stupid scripted developer response they always say on any negative review!
We get bored quickly with games like this, typically because they aren’t as interactive. This game keeps us engaged. We adore this game. It can be difficult at times but it’s worth it.
Unwanted ads after each room have become annoying. We play less and less. You used to be able to choose to watch an ad for extra time, now ads are pushed whether you want them or not. The art in this game drew us in but these changes have made it unenjoyable.
Has anyone actually completed match three mini game level 210?? We’ve been playing it for almost a year!! Is their a trick to beating the level?
Whats wrong with the game!! We reached level 11 then the game doesnt work every time we press (play) it stops and kick us out, please fix this, we really like the game and we want to play.
In game ads are ridiculously glitchy. Currently stuck watching an ad that is on its 4th repeat, no way to cancel and it doesnt move on. Will have to close game and lose progress. We have lost time, diamonds and rewards because ad glitches have kicked us out of games or just stopped working. And we are unable to request help through the game because our help queue is stuck on a question we asked over a year ago. And yes, just updated today!
The seek items can be quite challenging and the extra challenges and twists make it exciting. Wish lives regenerated differently and quicker. Even if you beat a game you cant continue on.
This game is fun but once reach a certain point you have to download the game onto a PC before you can continue to make progress on the mystery. You can continue to play the puzzles and whatnot but it doesnt go towards the actual gameplay. Super lame.
We loved this game when we first downloaded it. So much so that it became too much of a distraction so we deleted it to take a break for 3-4 weeks. We just re downloaded the app and not only are theyre new cheap-skate features that r prevalent in a lot of app games (like paying to unlock the pot of [insert in-game currency] you earned). But worst of all we cannot exit out of any in-game add pushing promotion for us to buy gems or diamonds or whatever. The second a mystery manor ad comes up, we have to exit and close the app entirely before it will run again. But of course, the purchase buttons on these ads work just fine. But there is no exit button. Very Frustrating.
Save your money!! Almost a year and we’ve to keep writing about the game freezing or rebooting and always when youre about to win. Its not coincidence, its a scam!!!!
Played it for a short while. Incredibly easy at first to draw you in then suddenly the ads start popping up constantly and its hard to get to the next level without spending money.. Im done.
We were having fun until we met up with a scrambled words level. Stuck, we deleted the app.
We used to love this game! The newest updates have made it impossible to play now. We cant stretch the game site as much as we used to be able to do, so we can barely see the game anymore. Everything has become so small, its nearly impossible to see let alone play. Wish they hadnt updated it. Before it was really fun, now its just a memory to us. We stopped by the developers site on our app store only to find this is the exact same company that made several other games we’ve had to abandon. We guess Game Insights has no insight at all except to be greedy. All of the games have similar problems, all cost a flat fortune to play if you want to get very far and each update on each game made it worse, not easier or more friendly. Now that we know, we will avoid any of the games they make and do a write up on all 14 of our consumer blogs (with a half million people following it should have some impact)
Started out good but as we progressed it wouldnt even let us play without downloading an update that takes up over a whole gig of space so we just deleted it.
The game prompts for purchases but you can enjoy the majority with paying.
We love this seek game so much only to get stuck on terribly hard match 3 games!!!! We love Match three games but none of them are as hard one difficult as yours!!! We are supposed to collect 110 turtles and when you get close there are none on the screen to get!!! We had this with collecting bottles as well!! Wanted us to get five bottles but only had four. We kept trying and trying but there were only four!! We exited the game!! So discouraged. Considered not returning but we love the seek and find way to much. You do a very good job with that!! Our opinion!! We can play without doing the match three but we like to keep going with the story so we try, only to get stuck again. Cant we somehow win help tools for the match three? Or get these impossible boards out! We dont even play when the mermaid guy comes up with a challenge, Only the ghost detective guy challenges.
GET RID OF IT!! We hate it and we hate that a lot of quest require it to win prizes/rewards & sometimes after playing these extremely hard levels, you dont get the reward! We’ve been playing this game for years and we enjoy everything about it except that mini game. If we wanted to do a matching game, we would of downloaded candy crush.
Fun game but be prepared for lots of glitches. Many of the levels require removal of some creatures to move oneven if you remove all of the creatures, the level shows 1 remaining and it doesnt show up to clear.
We give this app no stars, it should be removed from the apple and all other stores so it cant be downloaded anymore. Gi has bankruptcy issues and has removed their customer service from the game. We sent in a ticket on an issue, game showed they responded but no access to their response as it has been removed. Now even the response notification has disappeared. Well, it would not let us give no stars so gave it one, only because we were forced to in order to send this review.
Use to enjoy the game till it updated and lost all our progress and all the purchases we made. When we contact support it takes day for them to respond when they do they do not help what so ever and won’t refund anything ever. Horrible we’ve spent over a hundred dollars on this game only to lose it all and no support help.
There seems to be a glitch. When we are in the Airship and find the last item with only seconds left, it freezes. If we go back to it minutes later, it hasnt given us credit for finding that last item and has to start all over! Annoying!
