This was a great game we hardly ever write reviews but that's because there are really very few great games. First of all we look for the ability to mute the voiceovers and the music, and to make sure the inventory items are labeled This game has all of those plus there is not an overabundance of hidden object scenes and the ones they have are brightly lit. There is a map but in order to transport locations you have to use the hint button which is fine with us. Good story lots of puzzles fun fun fun. And yes there is a bonus game.
We must say that this was an excellent game! The story, graphics, voice over we really enjoyed this game and we're looking forward for the next one from this company.

Great game. Challenging and user friendly with no load delays like so many. Loved it.
We love these games, but yet again they are not well tested….the bonus game simply does not work in detective mode….we liked the cheesy finale of the story though, hence 5 stars.
This game has all the makings of a winner. More and more new games coming out now are very predictable.this is a challenge.
Elephant games usually don't disappoint and this one doesn't. A great map, a really helpful hint button, with these two you don't actually need a strategy guide… A nice story line, you save a journalist and some mysterious royalty, also we like the new twist when you are looking for the warm clothes…and you collect the cute toads. Elf the doggy, your little helper, is back.
Thank you Big Fish and Elephant games for a terrific game. Perfect! Great graphics, great story, a map that transports you, etc. The story is interesting and logical so it is clear what the objectives are and there is logic to how to achieve them. LOVE the new Polaroid picture trick!!! That is very cool and one of the most creative things we've seen in a long time. One criticism is that we wish the items in the inventory were identified. We thoroughly enjoyed this game. More Mystery Trackers like this PLEASE.
This is a great game! We stopped playing games because so many were boring. Also some other games the interactive sections were hard to work but not with this game. Enjoy.

We feel like we have played this game before, but what has changed is the interaction and graphics are so much better and creative. We love the clearer images and the pacing of the game. Fun upgrade and replay is just as challenging.

This is one of the best games we have come across. We'd like to play on our iPad and this game totally rocks.
Finally, no elves, fairies or other annoying characters. Loved the plot, many inventive HOGs and puzzles. Excellent Hint button, responsive interactive map. No problems either with the main game or bonus game. Love "Elf", the assistant helper dog. Looking forward to the next Mystery Tracker game.
We loved every aspect of this game! Our only tiny complaint would be we wish it was longer. The main game and bonus game seemed a little short! Please keep games like this coming BF.
This was a really a great game. We are enjoying these new hops and puzzles. Story and graphics are wonderful. We had not one problem. Well done BF.
You are sent to find a reporter and she is about the only one that's visible. The rest of the inhabitants only show up when wearing special clothes. You have a frost button which you can turn off but if left on you must keep finding things to keep you and Elf from freezing. Yep Elf is back as your helper. Good voice overs and map you really don't need the guide that much with such a good map. You find a video camera at the beginning and the keep finding videos along the way that produce pictures for special hiding places. Your main object after rescuing the reporter over and over again is to save the prince and his sister from the bad guy. Have fun!! Thank you BF for another good one. L/M haven't seen any mice or Rats yet. We think it's to cold. Lol love and prayers to all the gang.Snooper-158.

Fun game but way too many area changes! It like go here then go there etc.
Finally a new Elephant game that is worth it. The graphics are clean, albeit a bit off on some of the objects. The HOs are moderately challenging, and the story line in general keeps you interested. Glad this has a map, as sometimes you need to traverse several scenes to get to one you want to work in. The free portion ran quite long, and was fun. The puzzles were not too easy and not too hard. Great game.
A game that has great legible graphics, descent mini games and a nice flow. When the price is right we will buy it.
We have really enjoyed games from Elephant in the past, but rated this game only 4 stars. Elephant is falling back on its reputation for great games, but is beginning to feel a little stale lately. It has great transporting hint buttons, good music, and above average (not great) voice overs, although there is no mouth movement. Graphics are getting outdated. Blue Tea Games have incredible graphics, great voice overs with mouth movement, and very good music, but suffer from poor tapping response. Maybe these two excellent companies could learn something from each other.
We had a great time plating this game . We especially love the "Polaroid" photos where you have to find them in the scenes. Unique.
And the map didn't always work during the bonus chapter. But otherwise no complaints.
One of the better mystery games we've played…and we've played a lot of them. Puzzles are fun and challenging but not too hard. Didn't have any glitches.
We love the Mystery Trackers series of games. We loved this one. However it has some glitches. A few of the touch areas are so small, we had to use a stylus to get them to work on our iPad. Very good though.
The game is a little slow at times, but it makes you think.
Maybe we are the only one who has had this problem, but found several items that were VERY difficult to pick up. Felt like we were mashing our fingers on the screen. Also had several issues in the bonus chapter of the map not working. Still worth playing but can't give it five stars. Great serious, though. Keep them coming.
We thought mystery trackers and Rain Cliff were the same game, so we started playing them side by side. The theme is the same, graphics are different and very pretty, so for $5 we will probably by this game unless it has problems, which we all know could happen after we pay for it. So far so good. Good Luck, McKenna TAKING ONE STAR AWAY BECAUSE tapping objects on these games are irritating. Either you have to beat your iPad to death or you barely touch it and it was the one thing you didn't want to do. And it just seems to be the Mystery Tracker games.
We would have given 5 stars, but had several problems selecting needed objects. It wouldn't let us pick them up without punching around them many, many times! Also, map transport didn't work in bonus game. But, very enjoyable game.
Just finished the free section and have found the game good. A couple of times the sound disappeared. We checked the iPad sound setting, mute button, and the options of the game. The settings were fine, but still no sound. Logging out and re-entering the game finally gave us sound. Otherwise, very similar to the other games in this series. Which still means it will be worth buying.
Th biggest problem we have with this game is how hard it is to touch some items to get them. Most are ok but there have been several where it took tens of taps to get them. We tried exiting the area and the game itself.
Touch area for items have been a little off target the whole game. When you know this just touch a little of center of target. This worked until Chapter 5, in the Archway when trying to retrieve the Eagle. We can see it after completing task to make it visible but can not get it. No matter what we tried doesn't work. The hint button just circles it so no other action is needed to retrieve other than touch. Touching on Eagle Brings up the statement how run down the place was. Please help, cant advance in game.
This is a good game. It is not way too easy, but not so difficult that we totally lose interest. The reason for not giving it high ratings are the glitches. It needs some work. It frequently freezes to the point we have to reboot to get it going again. Right now, we are on the bonus chapter and it is completely frozen. We have rebooted several times without success.
This game has a good plot, but it was annoying because the sound turned off. We checked all our other apps and games, it's just this game that doesn't have any sound.
Not sure where story line will take us but interesting. Nice mix of easy puzzles and HO but not excessive HO scenes. Wish it had a little less back and forth but we are enjoying it.
After the free trial, we bought the game and felt that it was over too fast. Like another reviewer, we are having trouble part way into the bonus chapter – the game seems to be frozen.
We liked the main game. Not too hard or glitchy. However, the bonus game locked up so tight our only choice was to delete the whole game.
We enjoyed this game but the bonus game didn't work. Froze up crashed then wouldn't load. Really need to fix that.
